January 16, Tuesday: 5:42 A.M. Luna's Residence

In a bedroom on the top floor of Vice Principal Luna's home, there was a young man by the name of Solar Eclipse, with skin similar to Sunset Shimmer's skin tone, spiked black hair with a single blue streak running down the left, sleeping soundly until he slowly felt his emerald green eyes open up. He knew the minute he opened his eyes that he would never go back to sleep, so he slowly crawled out of bed and looked around his room. His room was painted a crimson red and has several posters all over the wall. His 40 inch, plasma screen TV was on the opposite side of his room with a PS4 currently hooked up to it. Maybe I can get some more progress done on Fallout 4 before I have to go. He thought as he turned on his PS4 and started playing. After about 30 minutes of gameplay he heard footsteps coming towards his door. Guess Cynder just woke up.

When the door opened, it revealed a little girl with purple skin, dirty blonde hair, and fiery orange eyes wearing a cute little turquoise shirt and skirt to match with a symbol of a little green dragon on her skirt. "Good morning bubba. How long have you been up?"

"I've been up for about 32 minutes. Let's go get some breakfast, but let me get dressed first, alright? You can go ahead and get started, I'll be down there in a sec."

"OK." She said as she made her way down the stairs and into the kitchen. Alright, let's get this uniform on and get today over with. He quickly puts on his uniform along with a pair of dark blue jeans, a nice, black leather jacket and a pair of black and red tennis shoes. As he made his made his way down the stairs to the bathroom, his nose was hit with the smell of bacon. Looks like Cynder's already got the bacon started, I guess that means I got the eggs.

"Hey Cynder. I see you got the bacon ready."

She turned around and saw her brother wearing his uniform, "Yep. I also got Momma's coffee started, and I'm about to start your tea."

"Don't worry about all that, once I get my teeth brushed I'll take care of the rest."

Her happy expression turned to one of confusion, "You sure?"

He nodded, "Yeah, I got it."

She went away from the stove and began setting the table, "Alright then. Just don't take too long, I still need to get ready."

He chuckled, "Don't worry, I'll only be in there for about 5 minutes." After brushing his teeth, he came out of the bathroom and began making some eggs as Cynder went into the bathroom. After a few minutes he heard a door opening from the living room. Looks like Mother has finally awoken.

"Good morning Mom."

Luna groggily walks into the kitchen, "Eclipse? What are you doing up so early? How long have you been awake?"

"I've been up since 5:42. It's not that big of a deal." He passed his mother a cup of steaming hot coffee, which she happily accepted. "Here, we made you some coffee."

"Thanks." She says as she takes a sip of her coffee, "I'm telling you Eclipse, it could become a problem someday."

"Mom, it's fine. I just get up early. Come and sit down with us, we decided to make breakfast this morning since you've been so busy."

"Thank you." Luna took one of the plates and got some scrambled eggs and a few strips of bacon. "Sorry I haven't made you breakfast in a while, some crazy things have been happening at Canterlot High."

Eclipse got his own plate and got Cynder a plate too, "Yeah I already know about all of that. The Fall Formal she-demon incident, the Battle of the Bands, and then the Friendship Games with Twilight going magic demon." He said with a slightly annoyed tone.

"Don't use that tone with me, young man." Luna said while waving her finger.

"Sorry, mom." Eclipse sighed, "You've already told me all of this. I think you've told me like 5 times by now."

"That still doesn't mean you can use that tone with me."

"Sorry, mom." Eclipse said as he made his and Cynder's plates and set them on the table. "Cynder! Breakfast is ready!"

"I'm coming!" Cynder's voice was heard coming from the bathroom, a few seconds later the door opened and Cynder came out with her hair braided. "Sorry I took so long, Momma. My hair just wouldn't stay in it's braid."

Luna couldn't help but smile at her, "Don't apologize, sweetie. You did just fine on your own. Now why don't you come eat your breakfast? Eclipse already fixed you a plate."

"Thanks bubba."

Eclipse nodded as she took her seat and began eating away at her food. The three ate in silence for a few minutes until Eclipse said, "Oh, are we doing our game night, tonight?"

Luna giggled, "Yes, our game night is tonight."

"YES!" Eclipse said as he pumped his fist, causing Luna and Cynder to giggle a bit. "What? I love game night."

Luna gets another sip of her coffee, "I can see that. You always did love game night. Even when you were young, you always wanted to play games with me." She sighed dreamily, "I miss those days when you would sit on my lap while we played Halo 3 or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2."

Eclipse blushed slightly, "Mom, I stopped doing that when I was 11."

"But it was so precious!" Luna cooed, "You with your little headset, shooting at aliens on my lap, I miss that."

Eclipse sighed, "I know you do mom, but you have Cynder for that now."

Cynder giggled, and Luna got curious, "Oh, how has school been since the Friendship Games?"

Eclipse thought for a second, pondering exactly how to word it. I would say "A living hell" but Cynder's here so I don't want to swear. "To put it nicely, horrible."

This made Luna's face shift in concern, "What do you mean? What happened?"

Eclipse sat in silence for a second, making sure to choose his words carefully, "After the Friendship Games, I guess you could say Principal Cinch went crazy. She became even more tyrannical than before, not sure how that was possible, but I digress. She began enforcing newer and more strict policies at school, even going as far as banning relationships."

This earned gasps from Luna and Cynder. "Why would she do that?!" Cynder asked in confusion.

"I don't know sis, but thankfully Aunt Cadance was able to convince her otherwise, but that barely helped. The worst part is that she keeps on expelling people for no good reason."

"That's horrible! I hope things get better soon."

"Knowing Cinch, they'll probably get worse."

Cynder looked at her brother with concern, "I hope that doesn't happen to you."

"Same here sis. What time is it?"

Luna checked the clock in the kitchen, "It's 6:24."

"Perfect," He got up and put his plate in the sink, "If I leave now I'll have over an hour to study at the library."

Cynder looked at him in disbelief, "You're leaving already?! My bus isn't even here!"

"I always leave around 6:00. Gives me plenty of time alone in the library to study."

Luna looked at him with a sad expression, "I still think you should try and make some-"

"Mother, please," Eclipse interrupted. "I already tried, but it didn't work." He said before shutting the door behind him. He made his way to his car, a new 2016 style Ford Mustang with a nice red paint job. He quickly got in, check the back seat making sure his stuff was there, put the keys in the ignition and drove off to Crystal Prep.

Back at home, Luna and Cynder stood there confused about what just happened. "Momma," Cynder said, "what's wrong with bubba?"

"It's nothing, sweetie. The kids at Crystal Prep don't like making friends, they're all for themselves." Luna said with a sad expression, but quickly tuned it into a smile. "Why don't I drive you to school today? It'll give you more time to hang out with your friends."

Cynder started to smile, "OK Momma. Let's go."

7:32 A.M. Crystal Prep: Library

Eclipse was in the library, reading an article on a computer and jotting down some notes when he heard someone yell "Go away." *sighs* Can't I study in peace? He turned the computer off and started walking towards the scream. As he walked down the hallway, he found a young girl with gamboge eyes, dark cornflower hair with cerulean and arctic blue streaks running through her hair, and light amber skin. She had a Crystal Prep uniform, lightning bolt earrings, light orange goggles on her head and was wearing dark blue lightning bolt boots. He recognized her as Indigo Zap and a young man with bronze, gray hair, neatly pressed and permed, wingtip shoes, crystal prep uniform with a pin of two scrolls and a quill, known simply as Ledger.

"How many times do I have to tell you, I don't want to go out with you?!" Indigo spoke with anger present in her voice.

"Aw, you know you want me. You're so cute when you're angry." Ledger said with a smug grin on his face.

Indigo was about to kick him straight in the family jewels until they both heard someone walking towards them.

"Ledger," Eclipse began while shaking his head, "Why do you insist on flirting with her? You know she'll never go out with you. Just go after someone else."

Ledger started to walk towards Eclipse with a very angry look on his face, "Stay out of this!" He shouted, "She will go out with me!!"

In your dreams. "Yeah, I don't think so. How many times has she rejected you, and shortly afterwards, proceeded to kick you in the nuts? 5 times, I think?"

"Actually 7 times." Indigo said as she started walking away.

"You need to stay out of my business!" Ledger continued shouting, getting a large crowd to form around him and Eclipse.

"Dude, I'm trying to help you. You need to stop going after her, it's hopeless." Eclipse said, trying to get Ledger to listen to reason. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Ledger started screaming as he tried to tackle Eclipse, only for him to side step causing Ledger to fall on the floor. "I don't want to fight you Ledger. You're making this a lot worse than it really is." He said as he tried to leave, but noticed the crowd. This distraction was all Ledger needed to tackle Eclipse and get them on the ground.

Ledger was about to punch him in the face until, "Solar Eclipse, Ledger Inkwell, report to the principal's office immediately."

They both looked up as they got off the ground. Ledger was the first to speak, "Oh great! Now I got in trouble because of you."

"OK, I didn't get you in trouble, you tackled me!" Eclipse said as they made their way to the principals office.

7:45 A.M Crystal Prep: Top Floor, Principals Office

Once they got to the principals office, they were greeted by Dean Cadence. "Hello boys, Principal Cinch would like to see you one at a time." She said with a warm smile, as Ledger walked in first. "I'm sorry about this, Eclipse. I'm sure it's nothing bad." She said to her nephew.

"I wish I had your confidence, Aunt Cadence. She didn't sound happy over the intercom."

"Oh, when have you known Principal Cinch to ever be happy?" Cadence said before she started giggling.

He started chuckling, "Fair point."

Deciding to change the subject, Dean Cadence asked, "So, how has Luna been doing?"

"Oh, she's been doing great. Apparently things are starting to calm down over at Canterlot High."

Cadence sighed, " That's good to hear. Maybe you can come by and visit sometime soon. School should be out for a week after Friday."

"I'll talk to mom about it when I get home."

Cadence was about to respond until Ledger came storming out of Principal Cinch's office. "THIS IS FUCKING BULLSHIT!!!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs.

Eclipse gave an uneasy look towards her office. "I suppose it's my turn." He said as he walked into Cinch's office. He saw her with a file of papers in her hand, and a very unhappy look on her face.

"Sit down." She said with an ice, cold tone.

He did as he was told, and said, "Y-you wanted to see me, ma'am?"

"Yes I did, Eclipse." She said, locking eyes with him and putting her papers down, "I saw on the cameras that you and Ledger got in another small fight again." Eclipse started to get worried. I hope she's not mad about that. The last thing I want is to get in trouble because of that asshole. "Normally, I'd be upset that the fight even started to begin with," Cinch continued, "But I know better than to assume you started the fight. Ledger was pretty convinced that I was foolish enough to believe such a lie. Which is exactly why I gave him detention for a month."

"S-so...what does that mean for me?" Eclipse shakily asked. "Am I getting detention too?"

Cinch looked at Eclipse for a moment, before softening her look, "No. I know you didn't do anything to deserve getting attacked." Eclipse sighed in relief, "If you had fought back, you would be in trouble, but seeing as how you avoided hitting him, I see no reason to punish you. I will warn you: get in any more trouble, regardless of the situation, and you will be punished. Understand?" Eclipse nodded. "Good. You are free to go." Eclipse nodded, got up from his seat, and exited out the door.

"See? I told you that you'd be fine." Dean Cadence said to Eclipse as he walked down the stairs.

Eclipse chuckled, "Yeah, you were right. Thanks."

"It's no trouble at all." She finished off as she made her way to her office.

Meanwhile, Ledger was watching from the other end of the hallway, "You think you can get me in trouble and expect to get away with it?! Ha! You've got another thing coming!" He said in a a whisper, so he wouldn't be heard.

12:00 P.M. Crystal Prep: Cafeteria

Eclipse got his food and went to find a table to sit at, until he found the Shadow 5. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if I sat with them. He started walking towards them when Lemon Zest, a girl with pinkish skin with bright green and yellow hair, wearing the Crystal Prep girls uniform, a reddish purple blazer buttoned up and with Shadowbolts on the pockets, a dark purple bow tie , a white undershirt with the collar raised up a little, and a purple bladed skirt with small blue lines going down the frills, dark purple knee socks and shoes with crystal hearts on the laces, saw him, "Yo, Eclipse! Come sit with us!" She cried out, waving at Eclipse.

He chuckled, and sat down next to her. Sunny Flare, a girl with turquoise-gray skin, cerise eyes and short mulberry hair with raspberry streaks was the first to speak, "I heard that you and Ledger got in trouble today."

"You could say that." Eclipse replied with a small frown.

"What happened?" Lemon Zest asked.

Eclipse took a second to reply, "Well....I was studying in the library when I heard Indigo screaming "Go away," and I decided to see what the ruckus was all about, and I saw Ledger trying to hit on Indigo again. I tried to tell him that it was hopeless, and that he should try another girl, but he tried to tackle me." The girls, except for Indigo, gasped, "We were sent to the office, and Ledger was given a month of detention, where I was given a warning."

"One would think after 7 failed attempts, that he wold give up." Sugarcoat, a girl with light purple skin, magenta eyes, orange glasses and two white pigtails with light blue streaks, commented.

"One would think that, but not him." Indigo commented, with anger in her tone.

Eclipse sighed, "Seriously. I just hope he doesn't cause anymore trouble. If I get in any more trouble, regardless of the situation, I'll get punished."

"Sounds like you need to be careful." Sunny said.

"Yeah, seriously." Eclipse said while checking his pockets, but couldn't find what he was looking for. "Oh, please don't tell me I forgot it today."

"Forgot what?" Indigo asked.

"My History notebook. I was writing my report for the Bismark battleship for Mr. Svengallop's class, and I must have left it at home." He groaned, "Shit! Now what am I gonna do?"

"Hey, maybe you left it in your car." Lemon suggested, "I think I left my science book in there when you picked me and Quill up from our homes."

"Huh," Eclipse wondered, "Maybe you're right. Why don't we go check?" He suggested.

"That'd be great! I need to find my science book, otherwise I'll get detention again." Lemon said as she got up with Eclipse and walked off.

12:05 P.M. Crystal Prep: Student Parking

As Eclipse was checking his car, he find his notebook and Lemon's science book. "Here we go, found them!" Eclipse cried out while Lemon Zest was checking the trunk.

"Awesome!" Lemon cried as she grabbed her text book, "Thank you so much for finding this! I was worried I would get detention." She said as she hugged her science book.

"Eh, what can I say? I like helping others. Even though some people can be a real ass about it." Eclipse mumbled that last part.

"Come on! If we hurry, we'll be able to finish our lunch before the bell rings." Lemon said as they made a run for the school,

As they ran for the school, Ledger came close to the car and found the front door still open and even the keys still in the ignition. Hah! This'll be too easy. He thought as he got in the car, closed the door, turned the keys, and headed straight for the school. This is what happens when you interfere with my plans to get Indigo, Eclipse. "You get your car crashed!" Ledger screamed as he jumped out the car, driving it straight through the main hall way.

When Eclipse heard the crash, him and Lemon were just outside the main door when they saw his car driving through the school. "MY CAR!!" He cried as he came running in to see the damage. Thankfully, it wasn't heavily injured, but the front bumper was bent all to hell, several cracks in the wind shield, and the hood was dented a bit. Ah, Dammit! Mom's gonna kill me when she sees this! He thought as he wondered who could've done this until-

"SOLAR ECLIPSE! TO THE PRINCIPALS OFFICE, NOW!!!" Cinch screamed through the intercom. Oh crap, now she's mad. Dammit! Today is not my day.

12:22 P.M. Crystal Prep: Top Floor, Principals Office

"Explain to me why your car is in the main hallway of my school!!" Principal Cinch screamed as she slammed her desk.

"I-I don't know! I was outside with Lemon Zest, getting some things that we left in my car, then next thing I know I see it in the hall way!" Eclipse said defensively.

"I warned you about getting into any more trouble, Eclipse," Cinch said, while getting some papers out. "Because you," She gets Eclipse's profile and rips it in half, "Are officially expelled from Crystal Prep High!" She screamed.

Eclipse's face shifted in horror, "WHAT?!?!"

12:24 P.M. Crystal Prep: Final Floor: Principal's Office

"WHAT?!?! NO!! PLEASE! You can't do that!!" Eclipse screamed in horror as Cinch ripped up his profiles.

"I. Just. DID!!!!" Cinch said in a firm tone. "I've taken you out of the system, now get out."

"What the hell am I supposed to-" He was saying before he got interrupted by Cinch.

"And you will also pay for the collateral damages, personally!" She added in.

"WHAT?!?!?!?" He screamed, "How the hell am I supposed to pay for all this?!" Eclipse says, in complete shock at what he's hearing.

In a cold, emotionless tone, Cinch says, "I hear several restaurants are hiring right now. Perhaps you could get a job." Oh, you are just begging for a law suit! "Now, I want your locker emptied by 1:15." Cinch finished, with Eclipse standing there in shock, anger, and confusion, until Cadence came and talked him to his locker.

12:30 P.M. Crystal Prep: 1st Floor: Science Hallway Lockers

"Oh, Faust. What am I going to tell mom?!" Eclipse wondered in extreme anxiety, about to have a panic attack.

Cadence grabs him by his shoulders, "Eclipse, listen to me, OK?" He nodded his head, "We're going to get through this. Everything will be OK. I promise. Just clear out your locker and your backpack, and give me all your textbooks."

Eclipse took a few deep breaths, and nodded. "OK, I'll do that." He said as he got his locker opened and started emptying it out. Faust, I hope my mom doesn't kill me, he thought as he handed his textbooks to Cadence. When he was finished, he closed the locker, and, in a fit of anger, punched the locker, giving it a slight dent. He wished he didn't. "OW!!!! WHY DO I ALWAYS DO THAT WHEN I'M MAD?!?!?!?!?" He checked his hand, and was thankful when he didn't see any blood, but bruises covered his knuckles. He groaned, "Dammit! I really need to stop doing that."

Cadence just sighed at her nephews pain, "I will never understand why you have to hit something when you get so upset. Are you alright?"

Eclipse nodded, while still in slight pain, "Yeah. Just bruised my knuckles a bit."

Cadence shook her head, "Well, at least it isn't bleeding." She counted the textbooks and saw that he'd passed all of them to her. "Now that we got the textbooks, I believe we're done here."

Eclipse sighed in relief, "Thank goodness. The sooner I get out of here, the better."

Cadence giggled, "If you say so. You want me to drop you off at your home?" She asked as she went to return the books, with Eclipse following her.

"Thanks, Aunt Cadence. That'd be great. I need to get my car to a repair shop." He said as he pulled out his phone, a Samsung Galaxy S7. "Let me call one of my friends real quick." He starts dialing his friend, Rusty Bolts, who owned a car repair shop in town.

A male voice, sounding around 20 years of age, picked up. "Hello?"

"Rusty? I need some help."

"Hey, Eclipse! Your car giving you trouble?"

Eclipse chuckled, "No, she's not causing me any trouble, but she got wrecked."

"What?! What happened?"

"Well, remember that Ledger prick I told you about?"

"Yeah, I remember him. Why?"

"He trashed my car. He ran it through the main hall of my school."

'What?! Seriously?!"

"Dead serious."

"Damn, dude. I'm sorry about that. I'll pick the car up as soon as I can."

He sighed in relief, "Thanks man. My mom's gonna kill me when she finds out."

"Don't worry, we'll get her looking good as new when we're done. Well, see you later."

"Thanks Rusty, bye." He hang up and started walking towards Cadence's car.

2:42 P.M. Luna's Residence

Cadence pulled in the garage, and parked her car, letting Eclipse out. "Here we go. I need to run back to the school. Make sure you tell your mom what happened."

"Don't worry, I will!" Eclipse said, before Cadence rolled up her window, drives out the garage and drives back to the school. All I have to do is wait till they get home, then I can tell her what happened. Oh please don't take away my computer. He thought as he made his way upstairs to his room. If he was going to wait for his mom and Cynder to come home, he was going to pass the time doing it. Let's see, how much money do I have on Steam again? He wondered as he turned his computer on to check on his balance, which was about $35.72. Dammit! Only $9.27 off before I can get Pillars Of Eternity. Man, I wish one of the Steam sales cuts the price some so I can get it.

After about another 30 minutes of Skyrim of his PC, he heard the front door open. Oh shit! They're home! He thought as he paused the game and ran down stairs, "Hey Mom!" He cried out.

Luna and Cynder quickly turned around, and where completely shocked to see Eclipse home so early, "Eclipse!" Luna said, "What are doing here? You're usually home by 4:30, and where's your car?"

Eclipse started to blush and avert his gaze, "W-well...um...." Was all he could say.

"What happened, bubba?" Cynder wondered in a concerned tone.

Eclipse took a deep breath, It's now or never. "Do you remember that Ledger guy I told you about?" They both nodded, "Well, we both got in another argument, but this time he decided to tackle me when my back was turned."

They gasped, "That's horrible!" Luna exclaimed. "Why would he do that?!"

"I'm not sure, Mom, but he certainly wasn't happy." He answered. "After he tackled me, we both got sent to the principals office, where Ledger got a month's worth of detention, and I was given a warning, but if I got in any more trouble, regardless of the situation, I would be in trouble."

"That hardly seems fair." Cynder said with a slight frown.

"I agree, sis, but I don't make the rules there. During lunch, I went to my car to get one of my notebooks that I left there, but once I got back to the cafeteria, I see my car in the middle of the main hallway." He said with anger present in his tone.

Luna gasped, "What?! Is your car OK?" She asked.

"For the most part yes," He said. "but the front of it got pretty beat. I called Rusty Bolts to fix it up for me."

Luna sighed in relief, "Thank goodness. I trust him more than anyone else to fix your car."

He nodded, "Same here. The next thing I know, I get called to the office, my profile gets ripped in half, I'm expelled, and I have to pay for the damages." He exclaimed.

"WHAT?!" Luna shouted, "SHE EXPELLED YOU?!?!?" He nodded nervously with a hint of a blush. She sighed heavily, "Did she at least explain why she expelled you?"

"No." He said with a hint of worry. "A-all she said was how it had to be me who drove the car into the hall, but I didn't! I swear!" Oh, who am I kidding? I'm so getting grounded! He sighed, "So..What's my punishment? No phone? No Computer? No PS4?"

Instead of yelling further, Luna just looked at him confused, "What are you talking about? Why would I punish you?"

He looked at his mother in shock. "My car smashed through the main hallway of Crystal Prep, I got expelled, and I have to pay for the damages! What reason do you have to not punish me right now?!"

She gave her son a caring look, "Eclipse, you said it yourself: you didn't do it. I see no reason to punish you when you did nothing wrong. Besides, I can pay for the damages. I still have loads of money thanks to those game tournaments we've won." She said with a motherly smile on her face, while Eclipse stared, dumbfounded by what he was hearing. "Hey, why don't we get all of this out of our heads and enjoy the rest of the day with a visit to the game store in town?"

Eclipse's face lit up at the mention of game store, "Do you mean that one towards the center of town?!" He said with a smile on his face.

Luna giggled at this display and nodded, "The one right next to Game World and the Magic store."

His face lit up like a Christmas tree, "YES!!!" He screamed as he kept saying it again and again, bouncing like a little kid in a candy store until he finally calmed down. Once he got himself under control, he said, "Ahem. Sorry about that."

Cynder was giggling like mad, "It's OK, bubba. I know how excited you get when we go there. Heck, we all love that store." She gasped, "Maybe we can all get some new games!" She said with glee.

Luna gave a warm smile, "That was the plan, sweetie. Now come on, let's get going! We've got some games to buy!"

"Yeah!" Eclipse and Cynder said at the same time, while they ran towards the car. Once they got inside, they all buckled up their seat belts and they were on their way to their favorite game store, The Warp Zone.

3:32 P.M. Central Canterlot: The Warp Zone

Luna parked her car towards the entrance of the store, turned towards Cynder and Eclipse, who were sitting in the back playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate together, and said in a sing-song voice, "We're here!"

Right when she said that, the monster they were hunting struck Cynder's character, causing her to faint, and for the mission to fail. "NOOOO!!!!!!!!" They shouted in despair.

Luna was confused, "What happened?"

Cynder was the first to speak, "This creature we've been hunting killed me! We've been hunting it for 33 minutes!" She cried out in sadness and anger at the game. She closed her 3DS and began pouting, which of course Luna found to be adorable, but Eclipse didn't like seeing his sister like this.

"Hey, don't worry about it, OK?" Eclipse began as he put his arm over her shoulder, "We'll try again later. And next time, we will beat it. I promise. You just need more practice with the Switch Axe."

She sighs, "I suppose your right. I did just get this weapon." She says with a sad expression, until she sees the sign for The Warp Zone. "We're here!"

Luna giggled, "That we are. Come on! Let's get inside. I'm sure that Game Jolt's running the store tonight."

Eclipse starts chuckling, "Does that mean you're gonna be talking to him most of the time here? Honestly Mom, it's like you two are dating at times." He says with a smirk, causing Cynder to giggle and Luna to blush.

"I-I do not talk to him most of the time he's here, thank you." She stuttered. "He's just a good friend of mine."

Eclipse chuckled again and had an amused look, "Sure, we'll go with that." He said with his voice dripping in sarcasm, causing Luna to blush more brightly. "Anyway, let's go. Maybe we'll find some good classic games."

"Yeah," Luna started, "I still need to find Metroid Prime on the Gamecube. I've been searching for that game for about a year now."

"Oh yeah! You told me about that game." Eclipse said as he opened the door for them. "Honestly, that sounds like a game all three of us can play and enjoy."

Cynder was the first to walk in, "Thanks bubba!"

Then Luna, "Thanks Eclipse." He followed shortly after and they stared in awe at the store. It was a fairly simple store, but it certainly was big, and it had to be to accommodate for all the stuff it had. Towards the front of the store were the gaming merchandise, like Skylanders, Disney infinity figurines, action figures, and other accessories, but as you went towards the middle and back of the store, it branches out into multiple areas. The middle was labeled as the Modern gaming section: it had all the more recent games and consoles, along with a few accessories depending on the console or game. To the left was the XBOX and Nintendo section, which housed games from the original XBOX all the way to the XBOX One, it's latest games and the latest Nintendo games and consoles, while the right side was the Playstation and PC section, which housed games from the PS1 to the PS4 and the latest PC gaming equipment, mainly brands like Razer. Towards the back of the store was the Retro section, which had games ranging from Atari, classic Nintendo, Sega, and all sorts of other old games and consoles. The walls were all painted a midnight blue, and several gaming logos ran across the walls, showing the progression of gaming logos across the years.

Towards the XBOX section, Eclipse noticed a big guy with light, grayish blue skin, white hair with a red streak running down the right side of his head, teal eyes, and wearing what looks like a sleeveless football jersey with the word "Star Player" written on the front of it, blue jeans, and a pair of Adidas tennis shoes. He stood what looked about 6"7, and was muscular as hell, maybe even a bodybuilder. Something about the guy looked familiar to Eclipse though, but he couldn't figure it out. Damn you, tip-of-the-tongue phenomenon. When he turned his head, he saw Game Jolt, the owner of this fine store. He was about Luna's age, stood about 6"2, had orange skin, dark brown hair, wore a Warp Zone themed black shirt, blue jeans, and white Nike's tennis shoes. He was rather handsome for a 42 year old, and Eclipse wasn't ashamed to admit that. Now if only Mom can keep her composure, then we shouldn't have to waste too much time.

Game jolt looked to the front door, and found the three standing there. He gasped, and dropped his newspaper, "They're here." He said in a hushed tone, "Everyone! The Master's are here!" He yelled, sending a massive horde of people towards the three, begging to speak to them. You've got to be kidding me right now.

"SILENCE!!!!" Luna, Cynder, and Eclipse screamed in a loud, demanding tone. Instantly, a thousand tongues were silenced, and the horde of fans came to a halt, quaking at their authority. Luna was the first to speak, "I understand everyone's happy to see us, but you simply cannot come bombarding me and my children here with no sense in common decency."

Eclipse was next to speak, "You may speak to us as we roam the store, but only one at a time. We will have time to speak to all of you, I promise." Once those words were spoken, the mass of people began to calm down, and one by one they slowly approached the three.

After 15 minutes of talking to the crowd, they finally left, leaving only a few people left in the store. "Thank you for calming them down." Game Jolt said with a sigh of relief, "I've tried calming them down, but they were begging me to have you come over."

"It's no problem Jolt." Luna said with a smile, "You know we're always more than happy to help you."

"And I thank you for that." Game Jolt continued with a smile, "Now please, feel free to roam the store and see what you like."

"We will gladly do so." They all said as they made their way to separate ends of the store. Enjoying the rest of their day, until Eclipse got a good look at the guy he saw earlier. When they both saw each other, they locked eyes for a few seconds. The big guy's eyes shifted in anger, as if he loathed seeing Eclipse, but Eclipse's eyes were frozen in fear. N-no.....it can't be. It can't be him. I got away from him at the orphanage.

3: Prologue: Midnight

January 16, Tuesday: 10:15 A.M. Sky Residence

A couple houses away from Luna's home in Royal Street, was a house to a recently moved in family: the Sky family. Inside this new home, on the top floor, was a young lady named Midnight Sky, who had light yellow skin, brunette hair that went to her shoulders, amethyst purple eyes, and was currently wearing a white tank top with turquoise sweat pants. She was lying on her bed, writing in her personal diary covered with flower pictures and the words Midnight's Diary written in fancy cursive.

Dear diary,

Today's my 3rd day here at Canterlot, and tomorrow's gonna be my first day of school here. I'm so nervous, I hope we don't have another incident like last time. I hope it doesn't happen again, but I'm sure it won't. I have high hopes for tomorrow, I just hope I make a good first impression. I'll talk to you later on in the day. Bye! Midnight thought as she wrote down on the pages. She was closing up her diary when she heard her mother, Morning Sky, say with a British accent, "Midnight, breakfast is ready."

With a hint of a British accent, she said, "I'm coming Mother." She quickly told her mother as she made her way to the dining table. There were three plates ready with pancakes, sausage, and biscuits with a bowl of gravy on the stove. Wow, Mom really out did herself this morning. Maybe she wanted me to have a big breakfast today. She thought as she sat down next to her mother, a gorgeous lady with a darker shade of yellow skin from Midnight's, lime green eyes, and wearing a turquoise robe with matching slippers, and her father, Night Sky, a tall man with light orange skin, sapphire blue eyes, and wearing a black t-shirt, and red pajama pants.

"Good morning Midnight," Night Sky said, with an American accent, to his daughter with a smile on his face, "Were you finishing unpacking your room?"

"Almost. I was able to get most of my clothes in my closet, along with unpacking most of my books."

Morning giggled, "Oh Midnight. You and your books."

She blushed as she turned to her mother, "Mom, you know how I am. I love books."

Morning continued giggling, "Oh, I know sweetheart. I remember when you were 5 years old, and you were reading at least 3 books a day." She sighed, "Those were very happy memories."

Midnight continued to blush as she continued to eat her breakfast in silence. Once she was finished, she took her plate and put it in the sink. "So, what are the plans for today? Are there any more boxes we need to unpack?" Midnight asked as she walked to the living room and sat down on the couch.

Night was the first to respond, "All I can think of us to do is get the rest of the boxes unpacked, but some of them will be heavy. We may need some help from our neighbors."

Midnight looked uncertain, "Are you sure? I mean we got most of the boxes ourselves, I think we can do it."

Her father spoke, "Sorry, sweetheart, but I don't think we can do it on our own. We're all tired of lifting those heavy boxes. besides, this way we can get to know our neighbors a little better."

"I suppose." Midnight said with a slightly depressed look.

Her mom came up and gave Midnight a hug, "Hey. I know you don't like asking others for help, but no matter how strong you are, allies will always make you stronger."

"I know Mom," Midnight sighed, "but I just don't want the same thing to happen to us like in Fillydelphia."

Night went to her and pulled her in a loving hug, "I promise, Midnight, nothing like that will happen again. The people here are much more friendly, unlike those jerks at Fillydelphia."

Midnight returned the hug, "Thanks Dad. I'll wait till someone comes home from school to help me out."

"That's my girl." Night said as he finished his plate and went outside to read one of his books.

4:00 P.M. Sky Residence

I wonder if my parents will let me go to a book store. Midnight thought as she read her book Game Of Thrones. I could really use some new books, maybe the complete Song of Ice and Fire series. I'll ask them later Midnight thought as she walked down her stairs and into the living room, where her parents were sitting down and watching TV. "Mom? Dad?"

Morning turns around and sees Midnight, "What is it, sweetie?"

"Do you think I could go to the book store and get me a few more books?"

Morning smiles, "Not tonight, but maybe tomorrow, OK? You still need to get ready for school tomorrow."

"I know Mom. I'll try and have everything ready. I just need to decide on what I'm going to wear."

"I'm sure you'll find something nice." Night added.

"I know, but I want to make a good first impression."

"And you'll do just fine, sweetheart, I promise." Morning told her daughter as she pulled her in a hug. "There's no need to get so worked up."

Midnight gladly returned the hug, "Thanks Mom. I just can't help but worry."

Morning started to rub her back to try and calm her down. "I know sweetie. You'll do just fine here at Canterlot High. Who knows, you may even find you a nice boyfriend, or girlfriend."

Midnight started blushing deeply, "Mom! I don't even want one yet! Though, a girlfriend would be nice."

Morning giggled, "You'll get one honey, I know it, but please try and find a boyfriend, OK? I know you like girls too but you know how people are."

"I know, Mom. I'll try, but I can't make any promises."

Morning smiles, "That's all I ask of you." She kisses her daughter on her forehead, "Now why don't you read that book you got recently. What was it again?"

"It's called Game of Thrones Mom, it's the first book in the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin."

Morning giggled as she watched Midnight walk towards her room, "I'm so happy we were able to get this house. This should be a good home for her."

Night came up to his wife and kissed her. "I couldn't agree more. I just hope the students at Canterlot High won't judge her, but I'm sure she'll be fine." He finished as he went back in the living room and turned on the TV as Midnight was in her room, reading her newest book.

4: First Day: Part 1

January 17th, Wednesday: 7:15 A.M. Luna's Residence

"Mom, do I really have to go to school today?" Eclipse asked as he walked towards the kitchen wearing a black T-shirt and some black and red sweat pants.

Luna saw him and answered, "Yes, you are going to school today. This is your first day at Canterlot High, and I don't want my own son being late. Since your car is at the repair shop, I'll drive you there."

Dammit! I can't let him find me again! "B-but...what if he finds me again?" Eclipse asks, causing Luna to pause in her actions. "Mom, please. I can't let him see me here."

Luna looks at her son with a glare, "Eclipse, I promise you, he won't find you. Even if he does, he'll get in a lot of trouble."

Even then, he still looked worried, "That's just what he wants, Mom. He wants to show how weak I am in front of you."

Luna sighed as she made her a plate of eggs and bacon, "Solar Eclipse, look at me." He stopped worrying and looked at his mother, "I know you're scared of him, and I understand you don't want him to find you, but you can't hide from him forever. You need to face your fears, and show him you're not the weak child you were back when you were kids. Now, show him how much stronger you've become, OK?"

He shakily nodded his head, "O-OK Mom. I'll try."

She smiled warmly and handed him his plate, "Thank you, now let's get some breakfast. Shall we?"

Eclipse chuckled as he got him some food, and sat down at the table to eat with his mother and sister. Maybe it won't be so bad. I hope I'm just overthinking things. After a few minutes of eating in silence, Eclipse went to his room and put on his favorite red shirt, put on his black leather jacket, put on his dark blue jeans, his black and red tennis shoes, and went back downstairs. "Alright, let's get my first day over with."

Luna smiled as she grabbed her keys, "Don't forget your flute, Eclipse. I'd hate to see you go to school without it."

"Oh! Thanks for reminding me." He quickly went to his room and grabbed his flute case and runs back downstairs. Good thing Mom reminded me to get it. Even if I don't have a music class this semester, I might get it at some point during the future. "I got it, Mom."

"Good, now let's get going." She calls out as she opens the door and walks to her car.

7:15 A.M. Sky Residence

What should I wear? Should I go with turquoise or pink? Midnight thought as she held up two outfits that she picked from her closet. One was a white T-shirt with a light turquoise jacket with a picture of a small yellow sun with clouds partially covering it, with a matching turquoise skirt, while the other was a similar outfit, but with pink instead. She turned to her mother, "Hey Mom? Which one do you think looks better? Turquoise or pink?"

Morning giggled to herself, "I think the turquoise would look better on you. Besides, I have a pair of high heels that would look great with it too."

Midnight looked a little uncertain, "I don't know Mom. I don't really like high heels. They can be bad for your feet, and they're a pain to run in."

Her mother giggled softly, "Yeah. They can be difficult for running, but I'm sure they'll look great on you." She said as she walked towards her room and got a pair of turquoise high heels. "At least try them on, OK?"

Midnight sighed, "Alright, I'll try them on, just let me put my clothes on." Morning nodded as she walked out her room and shut the door, so Midnight could put her clothes on. Once she finished, she slipped the high heels on and walked around a little, stopping in front of her mirror. Hmm, Mom was right: they do look good with this outfit, and they don't feel half bad either. She thought to herself as she grabbed her little leather purse and opened the door. "You were right Mom. These do look good on me. Thanks."

Morning smiled. "You're welcome, dear. Please, keep them. I can almost never find something to wear that looks good with them. Now go on and get to school."

She giggled, "I will Mom. I love you." She said as she walked out the door and started walking towards school, until she sees Luna, Cynder, and Eclipse and waves at them.

They see Midnight waving at them and wave back as Luna calls out, "Do you need a ride to school?"

"Yes, please. If that's alright with you!" Midnight called out as she walked towards them.

Cynder smiled, "We don't mind, do we?"

Luna giggled, "We don't mind at all. As the vice principal, I like to see that my students get to school safely."

Midnight gasped, "You're the vice principal? I'm so sorry, I had no idea."

Eclipse smirked, "You must be new here."

She blushed slightly, "W-well...I just moved here a few days ago, and today's my first day of school. M-my name's Midnight Sky, by the way."

Luna smiled warmly, "Well don't you worry Midnight, I'm sure you'll love it here. My name's Luna, and these are my kids: Cynder and Solar Eclipse." She says as she points to them.

Cynder offers a handshake, "It's nice to meet you. Let me to be the first to welcome you to Canterlot High."

She accepts the handshake with a smile, "Thank you. It's nice to meet you too."

Eclipse looked towards the school, "Most people just call me Eclipse."

Luna chuckles and whispers to Midnight, "Please ignore Eclipse. He may not like to admit it, but he gets shy around new people." Midnight giggles hearing this. "Come on, let's get to school." She says as she opens the door and gets in her car, letting everyone else get in before she starts driving towards the school. After about 12 minutes, they come to the teacher parking area of the school. "Well, here we are: Canterlot High."

Midnight stood in wonder as she looked up at the school. Wow, this place looks huge compared to the one in Fillydelphia. "Wow, this school looks amazing."

Eclipse chuckled, "It is a rather nice looking school. I always did prefer this over Crystal Prep Academy. That school might have loads more money, but Canterlot High makes you feel welcome, almost like home: something Crystal Prep never had."

As they exited the car, they walked through the front doors, and made their way inside. Cynder went to the cafeteria to join her friends, while the others went to the principal's office. As they entered the room, they saw Principal Celestia, talking to a rather short man with a black chef's uniform. "Thank you Mise. I'm glad you could help us with getting more food for the cafeteria."

Mise spoke with a slight Irish accent, "It's no problem, Principal Celestia. I'm more than happy to help."

Normally, I would make a leprechaun joke, but he seems like a nice guy, so I won't be mean to him. "Ah, Mise. I'm glad your here." Luna spoke up. "I'd like you to meet two new students, Solar Eclipse and Midnight Sky."

Mise turned to the new students and offered a handshake, "Hello there. My name's Mise en Place. It's nice to meet you."

Midnight was the first to take the handshake, "Thank you. It's very nice to meet you too."

Eclipse was next, "Nice to meet you too. If only Crystal Prep had more people like you, then it wouldn't be so gloomy."

Mise chuckled, "Tell me about it. Everyone there's so stuck up and arrogant, just like Blueblood here."

Wait, Blueblood? That's my cousin! He thought as he chuckled, "Yeah, he can be a bit of a stick in the mud."

"So you know him? Damn man, I feel sorry for you. Well, I'd better go. Octavia would kill me if I keep her waiting much longer. See you guys later." Mise said as he walked off. Huh, that guy knows Octavia Melody and appears to be close to her. He's a lucky man. Her and Vinyl Scratch are quite popular from what I hear.

"Eclipse? Is that you?" Celestia said as she saw Eclipse and Midnight. "My, my, look how much you've grown. I thought you still went to Crystal Prep."

"He got expelled after another student wrecked his car." Luna spoke with a hint of anger in her voice.

Celestia gasped, "Oh dear. I'm so sorry. We're glad that you decided to come here. Let me be the first to welcome you two to Canterlot High."

Midnight blushed a little, "Thank you. I've been so nervous about coming here. I just moved here 3 days ago and already I'm starting my first day. I'm Midnight Sky, by the way. Sorry that I didn't introduce myself earlier."

The principal giggled, "It's alright Midnight. I understand. Now, before I can give you your schedules, are there any classes that you would like to have, or ones you don't want?"

Eclipse spoke first, "All I ask is to be as far away from the gym as possible. I don't want to run into him again."

Celestia nodded, "I understand. Since Crystal Prep has a requirement of 3 gym classes a year, I'll let you skip gym class."

"Wait, Crystal Prep requires 3 gym classes?" Midnight asked in confusion.

Eclipse nodded, "Yes. Students at Crystal Prep are challenged to be as athletic and as intelligent as possible. All students are pushed to the physical and mental limits by taking college level courses and having at least 3 gym classes a year, along with participating in at least 1 sport season." Eclipse explained.

Luna nodded, "Yes, I remember all those days when Eclipse would come home late at night and collapse on the couch because of all the work he had to do at the gym and sports practice."

"What sports did you play, Eclipse?" Midnight asked.

"I played soccer and hockey." Eclipse replied, "The only reason I took those two was because those were the only sports I had any liking to. I hate football, and the other sports were just stupid, but soccer is known around the world, and hockey can be fun to watch at times."

Celestia types a few things on her keyboard, "Anything else, Eclipse?"

"If you can, try and get me in a band class, especially if you have Orchestra."

Celestia fowned a little and shook her head, "Sorry, Eclipse. I can't do that. The Orchestra's full right now. Perhaps you can try next year."

He nods, "Very well. All I ask, is to be as far away from the gym as I can. I could care less about my classes."

She nods as she put some information in the computer, "Very well. What about you, Midnight? Any classes that you specifically want?"

Midnight shakes her head, "No thank you, Principal Celestia. Put me in the classes that I need."

Luna looked a little uncertain, "Are you sure, Midnight? Surely you have an extra curricular activity you wish to participate in."

Midnight shook her head again, "Not right now, Vice Principal Luna. I just want to get used to this school first before I do anything like that. Maybe after my first semester I'll decide on an elective class, OK?"

Luna smiled and nodded, "Of course, Midnight. I understand. Now, let me send someone to give you a small tour. Normally, we have Sunset Shimmer and Soul Writer to give the tour, but they're both sick today, but I think I know some students who would be more than happy to give you a tour of our school." She said as she walked to the intercom and turned it on. "Mise en Place, Octavia Melody. Please report to the Principal's office."

Within a few minutes, Mise returned and Octavia was right behind him. She had light grey skin, long black hair, and bright lavender eyes, and was wearing a purple waistcoat, pink skirt with a treble clef on the side, and a pink bow tie. She was the first to speak, and she spoke with an English accent, "Ah, you must be the new students Mise was telling me about. It's very nice to meet you."

Midnight blushed a little as she started playing with her hair, "It's nice to meet you too, Octavia. My name's Midnight Sky."

"And I'm Solar Eclipse, but most just call me Eclipse." He said with a slight bow.

Mise chuckled, "No need for that, my friend. Come, let us each give you a tour. Octy, would you be a dear and go with Midnight while I go with Eclipse?"

Octavia giggled and gave Mise a kiss on the cheek, "Of course. OK Midnight, come with me, please." She said as she walked with Midnight out of the principal's office. She tried to stay calm, but in her mind she was flipping out. OK Midnight, just stay calm. She's just the first girl you met here in Canterlot High, and she's very pretty. Just don't do anything stupid.

Back with Mise and Eclipse, "Shall we get started?"

Eclipse was looking a little uncertain, "I'm not sure. I've been here before, during the Friendship Games. I wasn't a participant, but I was observing the events with Mom, despite being in Crystal Prep."

Mise shrugged, "Eh, at least you were with your mother. Still, that was a couple months ago, we should probably give you one, just in case."

Eclipse nodded, "I suppose you're right. Lead the way." Mise nodded, and they both started the tour.

Meanwhile, in a the hallway close to the principal's office, two figures stood, both with football jerseys. "It's Eclipse!! He's finally come back!" Spoke the figure to the left, the same one that Eclipse saw earlier at The Warp Zone.

"Are you sure that's him?" Spoke the other figure. "He doesn't look as weak as you said he is."

The figure scoffed, "He may have gotten stronger since we last met, but he's still weak compare to me!"

7:44 AM: Canterlot High: Music Hallway

As the tour continues, Mise and Eclipse kept walking around. "And here is the recreational hallway, this is where the music room, art room, and gym are,"

"As long as I don't have to be in the gym, I'm fine." Eclipse said with a hint of worry in his tone.

Mise noticed this and decided to ask, "Why do you want to stay away from the gym? You do know it's a required course, right?"

Eclipse simply nodded, "Yeah, I know. Being in Crystal Prep has it's benefits though,"

"Like what?" Mise asked.

Eclipse chuckled a little, "As I'm sure you know, Crystal Prep tends to put their students to a more extreme level. The classes are much harder, gym class is ruthless, and all students are required to be at their peak physical and mental condition."

"Yeah, I already know that. I'm guessing you were a participant in the Friendship Games?"

He shook his head, "No. Cinch wanted me to, but I refused. Even though I went to Crystal Prep and loved the school, I couldn't go against my mother."

Mise got a little surprised, "Your mother works here? Who is she?"

Eclipse smirked, "Vice Principal Luna. She adopted me when I was 7 years old."

Mise nodded, "Ah, that explains it. I remember hearing from Fang that Luna had a daughter, and how she always missed her big brother."

Eclipse chuckled, "That's me. I'm Cynder's big brother." He said as he looked around. "I assume this concludes the tour?"

Mise nodded, "Yes. Now that we're finished, we should go back to the principal's office to pick up your schedule." Eclipse nodded. "Good. Let's go."

7:44 AM: Canterlot High: History, English Hallway

"And here is the English and History hallway, this is where all the History and English related classes are usually held." Octavia said as she continued the tour with Midnight.

"T-thanks, Octavia." Midnight stuttered a little, still a bit nervous about being near her.

Octavia noticed her discomfort, "Hey, are you alright?"

"O-oh, yes. I-I'm just nervous about my first day here,"

Octavia giggled softly, "I understand, if you even need to talk, just come talk to me, Mise, or my other friend, Vinyl. OK?"

Midnight nodded, "I will. Thanks. I assume this means the tour is done?"

Octavia nodded, "That's right. Now we just need to go back to the principal's office to get your schedule.

Midnight smiled, "Perfect! I can't wait to see what my classes are."

7:50 AM: Canterlot High: Principal's Office

When the 4 got back, they saw Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna each holding a schedule. Celestia seemed to have Midnight's, and Luna had Eclipse's. "I see you've all finished up your tours. Me and Luna here have finished your schedules." Celestia said as she handed Midnight her schedule as Luna handed Eclipse his.

Let's see, first I have Chemistry with Mr. Hooves, second is Algebra with Ms. Harshwinny, third is Ms. Cheerilee for English, and fourth is History with Mr. Doodle. Doesn't seem too bad. He thought as he looked through his schedule. "Alright, doesn't look too bad, I suppose," Eclipse said as he walked out to his first class.

OK, first I have English with Ms. Cheerilee, second I have Mr. Hooves for Chemistry, third is Algebra with Ms. Harshwinny, and fourth is History with Mr. Doodle. Looks good. Midnight thought with a smile on her face. "This looks great. I'd better head off to class."

12:00 PM: Canterlot High: Cafeteria

As everyone rushed into the cafeteria to get some lunch, Eclipse just walked at his leisure to the farthest table he saw. Just happy to get out of everyone's way, he took his seat and set his backpack next to him, then pulls out his New 3DS XL and starts playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. As he was playing his game, Midnight got her tray and started looking for a place to sit. She wandered for about a minute before a certain pink haired girl came over and noticed her, “Hey there. You must be the new girl right?”

She nodded, “Yes, I’m Midnight Sky. It’s nice to meet you.”

The pink haired girl gasped and gave a ridiculously huge smile, “It’s nice to meet you too! My name’s Pinkie Pie. I need to introduce you to all my friends!” She practically screamed as she nearly dragged Midnight to her table.

“Please, not so hard!” Midnight said as she got dragged to a large, round table with a large group of people. Sitting at the table were a whole group of students, they were sitting boy to girls all the way around as two of whom Midnight recognized as Mise and Octavia.

The first one had brown hair, peach colored skin and he was wearing work boots, black jeans, and a plain grey T-shirt. Next was a girl with black leather boots, blue jeans, and a black leather jacket over a white T-shirt and the same colored skin as the boy next to her. the next person had Silver Hair with a Light Blue Highlight, dark blue skin and was wearing Black t-shirt with a white star on it, a jacket with sapphire flames and a white crescent moon on the back, gray pants with a white strip on both sides and black sneakers.

The next person had black hair and grey skin and was wearing black t-shirt with his logo, a music note on a basketball, on it. Gray jacket. Stonewashed jeans. Dark colored shoes. The person after that had Messy Dark Navy Blue hair with Red streaks and Light Gray skin and was wearing Red Hoodie, Black Jacket, White Shirt, Black Combat Pants, and Tactical Boots. Next up was a person with Orange Pigtails and Light amber skin and she was wearing Goggles on her forehead, Grey sleeveless hoodie, Red undershirt and skirt that has two gear symbols on it, Utility belt, Black and white stripe pants and blue sneakers.

The next person had Burgundy red hair and Purple skin and was wearing a t-shirt of varying colors and running shorts. The person after that had Dark brown hair and Light brown skin and was wearing a Gray shirt with a cog and wings logo, a Green jacket, and Dark blue cargo pants. The next person had Jet black hair and Cyan skin, he was wearing Navy blue hoodie, white t shirt with a grey shield and black scales of justice, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

The next person had Semi-short obsidian hair, Pale brown skin, and was wearing a black T-shirt with grey wolf paws on the sleeves, a pair of black/grey jeans, a navy blue and green striped hoodie, with a leather jacket with a dark blue wolf paw on the back, with a pair of black and purple sneakers. The next person had Black Spiky Hair, White skin, and he was wearing Black sunglasses, blue headphones, light blue checkered polo with white shirt underneath with a Treble Clef symbol, black pants and black and red Jordans for shoes.

The second to last person had Long Brown Hair, Pale Green skin, he was wearing brown combat boots, green camo pants, black t-shirt with a white shirt that has it sleeves cut and cut gown to the hem on both arm sides, emblazon with his symbol, a sword pointing down and shatters in the middle that forms a hawk. The last person had Spiky Black Hair, Grey skin, and was wearing an unzipped black hoodie, black T-shirt with the Japanese kanji for wolf on the front in white, black strap boots, and dark green pants with a chain on the side.

“I’d like you to meet Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie pie, Fluttershy, Alejandra, Twilight, Adagio, Aria, Sonata. Octavia, and Vinyl." Pinkie said as Midnight blushed and shyly waved at the girls “Mise, Clyde, Swift, Rivet, Night, Alex, Warhawk, Treble, Punk, Daemon, Arrow, and Zero.” Pinkie said as she went around the table pointing out everyone.

After Pinkie introduced everyone, she waved at everyone, “Hello, my name’s Midnight Sky. I just moved here from Fillydelphia.” She spoke in a slightly nervous tone.

Octavia was the first to speak to her, “Hey, don’t be so shy. We’re all friends here. Come and sit with us.” She said, patting the seat right next to her, which Midnight gladly accepted.

As they all sat in silence and ate their lunch, Treble noticed that one seat was still empty. “Hey, isn’t there another new student here today? I thought Mise mentioned a new guy a while ago.” Treble said as Mise nodded.

“I did, I showed him around today. I don’t know where he could be. Pinkie? You see anyone you don’t know?” Mise asked looking around. Pinkie scoped out the cafeteria like a human radar system till she spotted Eclipse sitting way off in the distance by himself playing his New 3DS XL.

“He’s over there, on the other side of the cafeteria, sitting by himself.” Pinkie said pointing across the room. Everyone turned around to see who it could be as Artemis squinted a bit.

“Hey, he looks familiar. I think I recognize him from the Warp Zone.” Artemis said as he got up to go talk to him.

“I’ll come with you, he seemed pretty...closed, for lack of a better word when I was showing him around, maybe he’ll be more open to talk if I’m there.” Mise said getting up as well.

“Alright that works. If my suspicions are correct and this guy is who I think he is, he’s a video game master.” Artemis said as him and Mise walked through the cafeteria and approached Eclipse’s table.

“Hey, uh...uh I don’t know your name and I hate calling people new person, but can we talk?” Artemis said as Eclipse turned around

“I’m sorry, but I’m....” Eclipse stopped as he closed his 3DS and looked at Artemis. “Are you Artemis Arrow? Selene’s son?” Eclipse said as Artemis and Mise looked at each other then back at Eclipse.

“Yeah, that’s me. How’d you know that? Better yet how do you know who my mom is?” Artemis asked shocked.

Eclipse chuckles a little, “I’ve seen your mother at game tournaments before with my mom, the Goddess of First Person Shooters. I think I saw her at a Smash Bros tournament, about 2 years ago. And to answer your first question, I’m Solar Eclipse. Better known, as the King of RPG’s.”

Most of this went over Mise’s head as he was more of a part time and retro gamer, whereas Artemis was wide eyed and slack jawed. “Y-your majesty….” Artemis said bowing for a second.

Mise simply chuckled and facepalmed a bit “What does Aria see in you…?” Mise said laughing a bit “

Eclipse chuckled, and spoke in a calm tone. “Arrow, please. No need for formalities. Here, I’m just a simple student. I’m no one special.”

Artemis stood up and nodded “Sorry. I’m just so impressed by you and your mom’s video game skills, it's totally insane!” Artemis said excitedly.

Eclipse simply shook his head, “Trust me, Arrow. My record’s nothing special. Mom won at least 32 tournaments in her youth, me and my sister have only won 10 tournaments each. Besides, my mom’s retired and is the Vice Principal here, so her days are done.”

Artemis calmed down a bit seeing Eclipse was much more down to earth than he realized “Well welcome to Canterlot High, and I don’t mean to intrude, by why are you sitting by yourself? We got plenty of room at our table.” Artemis said

Eclipse shrugged as he looked at his backpack, “I just prefer sitting alone. I was almost always isolated in Crystal Prep, and it just kinda stuck. Besides, it gives me plenty of time to play Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.” Eclipse said as he pulled out his New 3DS XL.

Mise nodded, “I can see how that would be, will be seeing you around school and town at least?” Mise asked with an inviting smile.

I suppose I could get some friends while I’m here. He thought as he smiled, grabbed his backpack and stood up, “I guess I could join you guys, if you really want me to,”

“Well it's up to you really, we just thought you might like some company since you were by yourself. But if you still want to sit with us, just follow us.” Artemis said as Eclipse started follow him.

12:13 PM: Canterlot High: Cafeteria: Rainbooms Table

Midnight ate her lunch as she saw Artemis and Mise walking back to the table with Eclipse behind them. “Hey, Eclipse. I’m glad you decided to join us.” She said as she waved to him.

Eclipse waved back, “Yeah. I decided to join the group for today. Besides, I need to thank the famous Rainbooms for saving Canterlot High on 3 separate occasions.” Eclipse said as the girls showed their gratitude as Pinkie stood up.

“So you must be the new guy! Wait if you’re new but you know the girls, that means you haven’t met the other half of our group! Eclipse, I’d like you to meet Clyde, Swift, Rivet, Night, Warhawk, Treble, Punk, Daemon, and Zero. you already know Mise and Arrow.”

Eclipse bowed at the group, “It’s nice to meet you guys. I hope we can get along. Quick question, who all here are gamers?” Eclipse said as he sat down and talked with the group.

As Eclipse talked with the rest of the group, Luna stood watching from afar with a warm smile, “He’s already making friends here, and it’s his first day. I’m so proud of him.”

1:29 PM: Canterlot High: Cafeteria

"So, you've won at least 10 game tournaments, huh?" Rainbow said with a suspicious tone. "What tournaments were they?"

Eclipse thought for a second, "Mostly League of Legends and World of Warcraft. With at least one Elder Scrolls Online tournament. It's mostly WoW that I've been specializing in, tournament wise, but I'm getting more into ESO tournaments since WoW's popularity has been going downhill."

Arrow nodded, "Yeah, I saw all of your WoW tournaments, it's almost like you controlled the whole battlefield with those spells."

"Well according to Arrow over here, you must be freaking amazing at that game." Fang said as he took a drink of water.

"I wouldn't go that far. I've been beaten before by more skilled players. I've only won a little more than I loss." Eclipse said while looking at his tray. "Besides, I hate boasting. It gives a bad first impression."

"No offence," Rainbow said before drinking some water, "but Crystal Prep students already made a bad impression here."

"Hey, they are getting better," Mise spoke up, "it's just those few who're too stubborn for their own good."

"And those stubborn few just so happen to be some upper class-men like Ledger." Eclipse spoke with anger in his tone, before pulling out his 3DS and playing it.

"What game are you playing now?" Arrow said as he tried to get a better look. "Is it Pokemon X or Y?"

Eclipse shakes his head, "No, I've already beaten that game twice and completed the national Pokedex. I'm playing Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate."

"Isn't that the game where you hunt monsters with really oversized weapons?" Pinkie spoke up, getting Eclipse to nod. "I heard it's a fun game."

"You heard right," Eclipse said as he hunted a monster, "And before anyone says anything, it's not a hack and slash game."

"But, how do you fight the monsters then?" Treble spoke, slightly confused.

"Simple," Eclipse said as he finished hunting a bunch of small monsters. "You wait for an opening and exploit it." Soon, the group all broke off to their own conversations, leaving Eclipse to play his game for a while longer. However, as he played, one question kept popping up in his head, Is he here? And if he is, how can I avoid him?

Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted when Midnight tapped his shoulder, "Hey, are you alright?"

"H-huh? O-oh yeah, I'm fine." Eclipse stuttered as he put his DS away. "I guess I was just lost in thought." He got his bag ready and started to head to the hallway with Midnight. "So, what class are you going to?"

Midnight took a second to look at her schedule, "Mr. Doodle for History. Room....213."

Eclipse looked at his schedule, "Hmm, it seems we share the last class together. Let's head onto class before we get into any trouble."

Midnight nods as she walks up the stairs and down the hall with Eclipse, "Good idea. I'd hate to be late for class on my first day. I just hope Mr. Doodle will give us enough free time to finish my book."

"I'm sure he will. Our first day shouldn't be too hard."

2:59 PM: Canterlot High: Room 213

"And I want your reports by next Wednesday." Mr. Doodle said as he passed some papers to the students.

"And I spoke too soon." Eclipse muttered as he took his paper. *sighs* Perfect, another report about a time period with horrible dictators. He thought as he turned towards Midnight, "So, which dictator did you choose? I got Kim Jung Il."

Midnight looked at Eclipse and said, "I have Joseph Stalin." I sure hope I can stay in the library after school hours. I'll need every chance I can get to study up on this.

"Sounds like fun." Eclipse replied with sarcasm in his tone. When the final bell rang, everyone got up and went down the hall, ready to go home. "I don't know about you, but I think I'll go to the Sugarcube Corner to get a snack. It's just a short walk from the school."

"Mind if I join you?" Midnight asked.

Eclipse gives a small nod, "Sure. It's the best place in town for anything and everything sweet." He licks his lips a little, "You've gotta try Pinkie's cupcakes, they're the best."

Midnight giggles softly, "Then I guess I'll go with you. Maybe I can make a few friends there."

Eclipse nods, "Sounds like a plan to me. Mom will meet us there to drive us home with Cynder. After that, I need to play some Elder Scrolls Online."

As they walked towards the front doors, they noticed what looked like the football team heading their way, each carrying drinks in their hands. The only one Eclipse was able to recognize was Butch, who was leading the group, by the looks of it. As they passed by each other, Butch ran into Eclipse, spilling his drink all over his jersey, causing him to get pretty mad. “Hey, runt! Look what you made me do to my jersey!” He shouted as he grabbed Eclipse by the neck, pinning him to the wall. He struggled to get away from his attacker's grip, but soon locked eyes with him, making him stop. “Y-you….”

Butch got a twisted smirk as he recognized him, “Well, well, well. If it isn’t my old pal, Eclipse. It’s been awhile since I last saw you.” He loosened his grip a little, before slamming him on the ground. “I’ve been waiting for the chance to get my revenge on you for stealing my only chance at getting adopted.”

Midnight started running towards the front doors, hoping to get someone to hear her. “Eclipse needs help!” She screamed as she opened the doors. Luna’s eyes shot open as she made her way inside, getting to Midnight. “Where is he?!”

“He’s in the hallway. The football team passed us, causing him to bump into one of them.” Luna nodded as she made her way down the hall, seeing Eclipse on the ground with Butch towering over him. “Butch Cassidy, let him go this instant!”

Upon hearing Luna shouting, Butch stopped, letting Eclipse go, but not before shoving him into some lockers. “This isn’t over, runt. Next time we cross paths, no one’ll save you.” Whispering in his ear as he started walking away with the rest of the team.

After Butch got out of sight, Luna made her way to her son. “Eclipse? Are you alright?”

He gasped for air for a second before nodding, “Y-yeah. I think so.” He reached up and held Luna’s hand to get up. “This is exactly why I didn’t want to come here, Mom. I knew he’d show up.”

Before Luna could respond, Mise, Octavia, Fang, and Arrow all showed up next to them. “We heard some commotion coming from here, what the heck happened?” Octavia said as Mise saw Eclipse and spoke up, “Dude, you okay? And what’s with the red mark on your neck?” Mise asked with concern.

Eclipse felt around his neck before speaking, “Don’t worry about it, it’s nothing.” He said as Arrow gave a concerned look, “That sure as hell doesn’t look like nothing. Come on, what happened?”

All Eclipse could do was glare at Arrow and spoke in a calm, almost menacing tone, “I said I’m fine, Arrow. There’s no need to meddle in my affairs.” He picked up his bags, and made his way out the door.

Midnight looked at Mise, “What was that all about? Do you have any idea why he wouldn’t tell you guys?”

Mise shrugged a little, “I don’t know exactly, but my guess is it's something he doesn’t want people interfering with, almost like a very personal matter.” Mise said as he made some mental notes.

Luna decided to speak up, “That does make sense. Especially considering who it was that attacked him.” She turns to the group. “He should be on his way to Sugarcube Corner by now. Try and get him to talk about it if you can. It’s not safe for him to bottle this up. No matter how much he wants to deny it, he’ll need help.”

Fang smiled and pumped his fist, “Don’t worry, Vice Principal Luna. We’ll help him deal with this whole thing, right Mise?” He said as Mise nodded. “Absolutely, he’s our friend and friends help friends, regardless of their willingness to accept it.” Mise said.

3:14 PM: Sugarcube Corner

Midnight walked with Mise and Octavia to the SugarCube Corner, trying to look for Eclipse. “I wonder where he’ll be in here.”

Octavia started looking around, “He’s probably in one of the corners, trying to stay out of view.” Before long, Pinkie showed up next to them “Hey guys! What’cha doing?” Pinkie said loudly, making the group jump,

“Jesus Pinkie! What have I told you about doing that?” Octavia said clutching her chest.

After getting through the initial shock, Midnight said, “Pinkie, we’re trying to find Eclipse. He was attacked by one of the football players before leaving the school, but he refuses to tell us anything. We really need to get him to talk.”

Pinkie nodded, “Sure thing, he’s over there in the booth, but he’s in a really dark looking mood, so be careful.” Pinkie said warily.

Midnight nods, “Don’t worry, we will.” She says as she makes her way to the booth before Octavia stopped her. “Are you sure about this? Maybe we should just let him cool down a bit, he doesn’t seem like someone to pressure into things.” Octavia said with some concern, gently placing her hand on Midnight’s shoulder.

Midnight smiles, “Don’t worry, if things get too hot, we’ll back off, OK?” She says as she accidentally puts her hand on Octavia’s, making her blush a little. Shortly afterwards, Arrow and Aria decided to show up, “Hey, girls? Don’t go making out in front of everyone.” Aria said with a sly grin, causing them both to blush deeply.

“W-we were not about to make out.” Midnight said keeping her blush as Octavia nodded “Yeah, we have more pressing matters to attend to.” Octavia said with her blush still on full display.

Mise saw this and chuckled softly “I ship it, but they have a point, we need to get to Eclipse.” Mise said.

Aria crossed her arms, “Yeah, Arrow told me something happened to him after school, but he didn’t tell me anything else. I guess that would explain why he looked pretty mad when he got here.” She said as he pointed towards Eclipse, who was playing his 3DS.

Midnight nodded, “Yeah. That’s what we’re trying to figure out. Maybe you can help us,”

Aria shrugs, “I guess I could help out, but I won’t expect anything good. He seemed pretty pissed.”

“Well we’re not going to get anything done by standing here, so let’s take a shot in the dark anyway, he’s still our friend.” Mise said as he calmly started walking towards Eclipse while Octavia looked at Mise and back at the group, then following close behind him.

As they walked towards him, he paused him game and turned towards the group, “I thought I told you guys not to meddle in my affairs. I can handle this myself, no need for you to step in.”

Midnight just shook her head, “That’s not what I saw when that man attacked you. I’m pretty sure I saw fear in your eyes.”

He cursed under his breath, “That doesn’t concern you. Yes, I feared the time I’d see him again, but that means nothing.”

“Okay, assuming we let you handle this yourself, how do you plan on doing that? This guy is Azog and you’re Gimli, I’m not doubting your fighting skills but he can easily kill you if he so desired.” Mise said

Eclipse looked down for a second, As much as I hate to admit it, but he’s right. Butch is the star football player of Canterlot High after all. “I’m not sure how I can beat him, but I’ll find a way. There’s a lot more on the line than you may know.”

“Then let us help you.” Midnight said as she got closer to him. “We want to help you with this, Eclipse. Don’t do something stupid and face him alone.”

Eclipse just sat there, looking down, contemplating his thoughts, until Mise spoke up, “We can help you, Eclipse. All you need to do is trust us.” Soon, Mise, Octavia, Midnight, Aria, and Arrow all sat down at the booth with Eclipse.

Once everyone was seated, Eclipse turned to them, “Alright, I guess it won’t hurt to tell you what happened.” He said as he closed his DS, “But first, I say we get something to eat. No good talking on an empty stomach.”

Pinkie suddenly popped up next to the table, “What can I get’cha?” She said before anyone even had the chance to look at the menus. Mise looked up at Pinkie, “I’ll just have a coffee with extra sugar, what do you guys want?” Mise asked as Pinkie jotted down the order.

Midnight looked up, “Do you guys have pancakes?” Midnight asked as Pinkie nodded “Yuppers! Plain, chocolate chip, or blueberry?” Pinkie asked.

“Definitely chocolate.” Midnight said almost immediately. Eclipse spoke next, “I think I’ll go with some blueberry pancakes with a glass of Coke, please.”

“I’ll have a poppy muffin and some earl grey tea.” Octavia asked.

`”And I’ll take one of everything.” Arrow said with a smile on his face.

“I’ll just get a chocolate mocha.” Aria said as she started shaking her head, “Arrow, sometimes you worry me with that appetite of yours.”

Pinkie finished taking down the group’s orders as she tucked he notepad back in her hair, “Okie, dokie, lokie, I’ll back with your orders shortly.” She said bouncing off to the kitchen.

Octavia put her menu down as she looked at Eclipse, “Okay, now explain to us what’s going on and what happened earlier.” Octava said.

Eclipse nodded and puts his menu down, “Alright. After class ended for us, me and Midnight walked down towards the main doors. As we walked, the football team passed us, one bumped into me and spilled his drink all over his jersey.”

Midnight nods, “But that’s only the beginning. The one who attacked you seem to know you. Who was he?” Midnight said with a slightly worried look.

Eclipse lowered his head, “It was Butch Cassidy.”

Pinkie stared, making her way back to the table with a tray of drinks and snacks, “Sorry I took so long, we’re kind of busy right now.” Pinkie said as she passed out the group’s orders.

Once everyone got their orders, they all took a drink before Arrow decided to speak up, “You said Butch Cassidy, right? Isn’t he a really good football player at our school?”

Pinkie’s ears perked up at this, “Yeah! He’s the star football player at Canterlot High and was adopted from the same orphanage as Eclipse. I’m guessing that’s where their rivalry started, anyway gotta get back to the kitchen, see ya!” Pinkie said as she skipped back to the kitchen.

Eclipse just looked confused, “How the hell did she know that we went to the same orphanage?”

Aria simply said, “It’s Pinkie Pie, don’t question it.”

“Still, it doesn’t make any sense for her to know that. The only ones who’re supposed to know that are me, Butch, and Mom.”

“Just don’t ask too many questions,” Arrow said as he took a bite from his food, “It’s easier to just accept it when it comes to Pinkie Pie.”

Eclipse just sighed as he accepted it and began to eat. They ate in silence for a while before everyone finished up and Arrow tried to start a conversation, "Hey, Eclipse. Did you hear about that player on ESO who's killing other players for no reason?"

Eclipse nods, "Yeah. I've heard of him. He behaves similarly to "The Evil One" who nearly destroyed WoW a few years ago. From what I heard, it took 4 kids from a little town called South Park in Colorado to defeat him."

"I just hope he gets stopped before he causes too much damage. I'd really like to start getting into ESO." Eclipse smiled as Arrow kept eating. If I ever do encounter that player, I might need Arrow's help.

A couple minutes passed and Cynder got to the booth Eclipse was sitting at, "Bubba, Mom's here to pick us up."

Eclipse nods and gets up, leaving some money on the table, "Well, I guess I gotta go. Wanna come with us, Midnight?" He asked, which was followed by her nodding and getting up, "Then let's go. Thanks for the talk, guys." He finished as he followed Cynder to Luna's car, where she was waiting for them.

"Hey, Eclipse. You seem to be in a much better mood." Luna said as she turned the car on.

Eclipse smiled as he got in the car, "You could say that, Mom. Just had a talk with a few new friends." He said, causing Midnight to smile. "Let's drop her off so I can play some ESO. There's a tournament coming in a couple weeks I need to prepare for."

Luna chuckles as she starts driving home, "I'm surprised that you're getting so into ESO. You used to be so big on WoW."

Eclipse and Cynder got their 3DS's out as he spoke, "WoW's popularity has been going down since Mists of Panderia was released. Now that ESO no longer has a monthly subscription fee, and is on it's way to release a DLC, it's getting more popular."

Cynder nods, "Yeah. Even I want to play Elder Scrolls Online, and I've never played an MMORPG." She says as they start playing Monster Hunter 4, and start hunting monsters.

As Luna kept driving towards their home, she looked at Midnight, "How did you like your first day at Canterlot High?"

Midnight looks at Luna and smiles, "I like it so far. Everyone's pretty nice, and the teachers are really good." She frowns for a second, "I'm not so sure about my history teacher though, Mr. Doodle."

Luna turns in their neighborhood, "Oh, don't you worry about him. He just tends to be in a bad mood most of the time." Soon she parked in Midnight's driveway, "There you go, Midnight. We'll see you tomorrow."

Midnight gets out of the car with her bags and waves, "Sure thing, Vice Principal Luna."

Luna pulls out and makes her way home, with Midnight watching her leave. Just before she walks in the front door, she smiles. I think I'm really gonna like it here.

3:20 PM: Luna Residence

Eclipse sets his bags near the couch and takes a seat, "I knew Butch was gonna show up!"

Luna noticed his anger and put a hand on his shoulder, "Now, now, Eclipse. I know he showed up and confronted you, but it could've been a lot worse. Now, why don't you blow some steam and get to playing. You have a title to keep, after all." Eclipse nods and makes his way upstairs to his room and shuts the door. *sighs* This is gonna be a long school year.
