> Lessons On How To Be A Mother > by GlitchyProductions > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Chapter One - The Lesson > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The classroom felt incredibly strange for Sunset Shimmer. The ticking of the clock on the wall and the sounds of light chitter-chatter was all she could hear. Her head rested on the desk she sat next to, scanning the room around her to keep an eye on what was going on. She sat inside a full classroom of equally confused students, all of whom were idly conversing amongst one another to beat the boredom. The classroom itself was decorated with signs, posters and printed images of babies, toddlers and the supplies needed for looking after them. The whiteboard at the front of the classroom was most telling; a large message written presumably by one of the teachers was the title of the class. CHILDCARE 101 An average lesson at best, but what made this one different was the large pile of items at the front of the room. Sitting beside the teachers desk, a pile of cardboard boxes were neatly placed for all of the students to see when they entered the room. The top lids were closed, but they weren’t sealed together either. “Hey Sunset.” A voice called. “Huh?” Sunset lifted her head off the desk and turned to look at Rainbow Dash. Her athletic friend was sitting by the desk next to hers, resting back on the chair with a pencil in her mouth with her legs resting on the top of her desk, looking incredibly bored. “What is it?” “You have any idea what’s going on?” Rainbow Dash asked, chewing the top of the pencil. “Don’t you remember?” “What?” Rainbow Dash replied with a shrug. “It’s the childcare lessons. Didn’t you read what’s on the whiteboard?” “Seriously?” Rainbow Dash raised an eyebrow; she glanced at the whiteboard and groaned. “Man, these lessons are so boring.” “What’s boring about looking after babies?” “Everything!” Rainbow Dash exclaimed. “I’ve got more important stuff to do. I don’t want to look after some dumb baby dolls. Check out everyone else, they’re just as bored as I am!” Sunset Shimmer turned round and scanned the room around her; she looked at the other students and noticed they shared the same expression. From Lyra and Bon Bon to Sweet Leaf and Trixie, all sitting down and breaking into conversation to pass the time. “Come on,” Sunset smiled, turning back to Rainbow Dash. “It’s not that bad. I mean, sure, those dolls are a little creepy and they cry all the time. But it’s nice to learn how to look after a baby. It’s an important skill after all.” “Important?” Rainbow Dash scoffed. “My soccer practice is more important than changing a diaper or learning how to feed a baby from a bottle.” Sunset rolled her eyes. “Trust me, Rainbow Dash. This lesson is only an hour long; besides, we won’t have to do it again until next year. I’m honestly excited for this.” “What?” Rainbow Dash chuckled. “You actually like listening to babies cry all the time?” “No,” Sunset shook her head. “That’s not what I said. Despite what you think, Fluttershy and I are really excited for the lesson.” Sunset’s words managed to grab Fluttershy’s attention. The pink haired teen who sat in front of Sunset turned round and looked at her two friends. “Isn’t that right, Fluttershy?” Rainbow Dash smirked, spitting the pencil out of her mouth. “What?” Fluttershy blinked. “You like wasting your time looking after a fake dolly when you could be doing something better.” “Oh no, Rainbow Dash,” Fluttershy shook her head, “I’m very excited to learn how to look after a little one. Even if it’s just a little dolly I’m going to make sure it’s very happy.” “Yeah, yeah,” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. “But it’s still going to be boring.” She leaned back in her chair and stuck the pencil back in her mouth, idly chewing the top. “I think this year’s lesson is going to be different.” Fluttershy turned in her chair and looked at Sunset. “What makes you say that?” Sunset asked. “I don’t see any of the dollies on the teacher’s desk.” Fluttershy turned and pointed at the desk. Sunset leaned to the side to get a better view of the desk and noticed the lack of dolls. She rubbed her chin and looked back at Fluttershy. “Maybe Mrs. Cake is getting them from the storage closet? That’s probably why she’s late to class.” “I hope she isn't late,” Fluttershy bit her lip. “I’m really excited.” “I’m sure whatever’s going on there’s a logical explanation.” Sunset smiled at Fluttershy. “There’s something else.” Fluttershy added. “What is it?” “Those baby supplies,” Fluttershy turned round and pointed at the pile of boxes. “I might be a little silly when I say this but, they’re a little too big for dolls.” “What do you mean?” Sunset peered over Fluttershy’s shoulder and looked at the pile at the front of the class. “When I came in, I looked at the baby supplies by the desk and they were a tad larger than usual.” “Maybe the dolls have gotten bigger?” Sunset shrugged. “I guess so.” Fluttershy nodded. “I think you need to stop worrying, Fluttershy.” A voice came from the other side of the class. Sunset Shimmer and Fluttershy turned to see Applejack sitting adjacent to Rainbow Dash. Rarity and Pinkie Pie also sat nearby, listening to the conversation. “I’m sorry, Applejack,” Fluttershy apologized. “It’s just; they look a little too big to fit on a baby.” “I reckon we’re going to be practicing with toddler sized dolls.” Applejack suggested to the group. “It’s different than last year,” Sunset added. “It makes sense we’d go from infants to toddlers.” “Perhaps Fluttershy is right,” Rarity began to speak, inspecting the pile from her seat. “The clothing does look a bit larger than what’s supposed to be for a baby, even a toddler.” “Oh come on!” Rainbow Dash huffed. “How can you tell the exact size of a bunch of stupid baby clothes are from just looking at them? You guys are going crazy over a bunch of details nobody cares about.” “Someone sure sounds cranky…” Sunset smirked, prompting all of her friends to laugh. Rainbow Dash frowned at Sunset’s remark and glared at her. “What’s the matter, Dashie? Haven’t had your bottle this morning?” Applejack teased, “Jealous that the dolls are gonna to get theirs first?” Amidst the laughter, Rainbow Dash sunk in her chair and took her eyes off her friends, instead choosing to face forward and stare at the whiteboard. “Uh-oh!” Pinkie Pie giggled, “Baby’s not happy!” While the girls were laughing amongst each other, the door to the classroom opened. The idle chatter from the other students suddenly died down at the appearance of the new entrant. A tall lady with black skin walked into the classroom holding a briefcase in one hand. She wore what appeared to be a dark green business suit accompanied with a short black skirt that went down to her knees. A pair of red reading glasses dangled from side to side while her mossy green hair was tied back into a small bun. The lady slowly walked over to the desk at the front of the room and set her case down on the desk. Sunset paused her teasing and finally decided to look at the front of the class, unaware of the lady in the green business suit, the entire class had gone silent at her presence. “Good morning, class. My name is Miss Chrysalis, and welcome to Childcare 101. Today we’re going to be learning what’s it’s like to look after an infant. I know it’s a shock to see a fresh face take the reins and teach you about child rearing but this is a special occasion.” Chrysalis spoke to the students in a very loud and clear tone of voice. Sunset Shimmer carefully listened to the lady’s words, hopefully mentioning the lack of dolls in the classroom. “You might be wondering where Mrs. Cake is and I honestly don’t blame you if you’re curious. The answer to that question is that I have been personally recruited by Principal Celestia to help you get through this week’s childcare class.” Sounds of soft whispers emerged amongst various students at the reveal of this news. “The class has been extended from a single day to an entire week, starting from today. Your principal thinks its best that with my expertise and an extra six days to teach, you will be able to learn a lot more than what’s normally taught within the once a year period.” “Did she say a week?” Sunset Shimmer leaned forward and whispered into her Fluttershy’s ear. “For an entire seven days, your performances will be monitored from the moment you enter the school with your pretend babies. I won’t be the only one who’ll be monitoring you, but the entirety of the staff team will be watching your progress.” “I think I’ve seen her before…” Pinkie Pie whispered to no one in particular. “You may be also wondering about the rather large pile of cardboard boxes next to my desk.” Chrysalis walked over to the nearest box and began to open the top. She reached inside and grabbed its contents and placed it on the table. “This is what you’re going to work with.” Chrysalis announced. The class sat in silence as several of the students responded with a look of confusion, even less students expressed a look of embarrassment. On the table sat a packet of diapers with a cartoony image of a teenager wearing a thick white diaper with babyish prints on the front. The top of the packaging read, DRY TEENZ, a bright logo ranging from different colours and fonts, all made to catch their attention. “Last year, you worked with small dolls that resembled babies. They had chips inside of them to make them cry, prompting you to use your motherly instincts to calm them down. So for this year’s lesson, I’m going to introduce something more practical which will help you understand what it’s like to look after a baby.” Chrysalis couldn’t help but grin at the reactions that came from her fellow students, a mix of shock, horror and sheer confusion came from nearly all of them. “However, a doll is merely a lump of plastic. It doesn’t feel anything, it doesn’t respond to the warm hands of a caring mother who tends to its cries. That’s why I’ve devised a practical solution to this problem-” “What the heck!” A voice yelled out. Chrysalis stopped what she was doing and looked at her students, grinning; she acknowledged the voice and the particular student who dared speak against her. “This is so dumb!” Rainbow Dash blurted out, shuffling forward to the edge of her seat she threw her arms up into the air. “We’re not stupid, lady. You’re trying to make us wear those diapers! I’m a teenager, not a toddler!” “That’s correct, Rainbow Dash, well done,” Chrysalis replied with a calm smile, walking over to the cardboard box, ignoring the students increased whispers. She walked over to the box and reached inside for more of its contents, pulling out an assortment of pacifiers, rattles, bibs and stuffed toy animals for all to see. The difference being that these objects were sized up for adults, “You’ve seen right through my plan, Miss Dash.” “W-What?” Rainbow Dash blinked. “I must admit. You’ve all taken this well.” Chrysalis chuckled, eying up her students with a grin. “Is this a joke?” Rainbow Dash replied. “I’m afraid this class isn’t a joke. All of you have to participate in my class. Your education is the highest priority as it should be.” “You can’t make us!” Another voice popped up, this time, it was Trixie who stood up. Her actions immediately caught the class's attention before pointing at the teacher. “Trixie has rights!” “Why yes, you’re more than welcome to leave and drop out of my class whenever you like.” “Good.” Trixie triumphantly nodded. She grabbed her school bag and stood up to walk over to the classroom door. “But if you leave,” She walked over to the classroom door and opened it for the student, gesturing for her to leave. “You’ll have to spend those seven days watching theatre groups talk to you about Sex Ed.” “That doesn't sound bad. Trixie would rather go through that before wearing one of your teenage diapers!” “Did I mention the play is a musical production?” Trixie and the rest of the class immediately felt a wave of horror at the idea of a musical. Some looked horrified, while some shook their heads, ridding themselves of the horrible alternative from their minds. “Er, no… Trixie thinks your lesson is much better…” She shook her head, taking large steps back over to her desk. “Wonderful!” Chrysalis sang, closing the classroom door behind her, she walked back over to the desk and looked at Rainbow Dash. “What do you think? Do you want to skip class now?” The entirety of the class turned and looked at Rainbow Dash; she immediately felt a lump in her throat soon after realizing her cheeks started to burn a bright red. “N-No Miss Chrysalis…,” Rainbow Dash lowered her head, slumping into her chair looking defeated. “Good girl.” Chrysalis smiled back. As the teacher headed back over to her desk to empty the cardboard boxes, Sunset Shimmer refused to believe what was going on. She leaned forward and tapped Fluttershy on her shoulder, prompting her friend to quickly turn round and look at her. “Can you believe this?” Sunset whispered. “What was Principal Celestia thinking when she allowed this?” “I don’t know,” Fluttershy blinked, “This is very embarrassing. I hope we can wear our skirts over those diapers. They look awfully thick.” “Wait…,” Sunset paused. “You actually want to wear one?” “I don’t know,” Fluttershy felt her cheeks burn a bright red; she looked back at the teacher and then looked back at Sunset and her friends. “I think it’s very silly but I think it’s the closest to learn what it’s like to look after a baby.” “You can’t be serious,” Applejack exclaimed. “Have you gone completely crazy?” “I think it’s best to talk to the principal once we’re allowed to leave class.” Rarity added, getting a nod of agreement out of Sunset and Applejack. “I think this is going to be fun!” The group stopped their whispers before turning round to look at Pinkie Pie, all wearing a look of confusion. Rainbow Dash kept quiet, keeping herself focused on Miss Chrysalis. “Are you out of your mind, Pinkie?” Applejack rubbed her eyes, groaning at her friend’s attitude. Pinkie over-excitedly shook her head, “You’re being a bunch of silly-billies. This game is going to be lots of fun!” “Pinkie, don’t you think you’re taking this a little too far? Don’t you understand what she’s going to make us wear?” Sunset reasoned. “I know that.” Pinkie Pie giggled. “I’ve never looked after a big baby before. It’s going to be so silly.” Applejack and Sunset Shimmer exchanged several confused looks at each other before finally giving up and deciding to watch Chrysalis. “You will be paired up into groups of two,” Chrysalis continued, finally emptying the contents of the first box onto her desk. “One student shall take the role of a baby and the other shall take the role of the mother. I will leave it up to you to decide who your partner is and what role they decide to take. You have five minutes to decide.” And with that, the class instantly sprung to life as several students rose out of their chairs and walked over to their nearest friends. Some sat in their chairs, patiently waiting for someone to pick them out amongst the group. Sunset Shimmer watched as her fellow students picked a partner and stuck close to them. Applebloom and Sweetie Belle sat next to each other while Scootaloo frantically looked for someone to choose. Trixie kept herself steady at her desk before being grabbed by the arm, chosen by Lavender Lace who picked her as a partner. Lyra and Bon Bon instantly ran over to each other the moment Chrysalis allowed the students to make their choices. Lyra sat on Bon Bon’s lap with an arm around her friend’s neck. “Okay…,” Sunset sighed, scanning the room for an available partner. She noticed Fluttershy kept herself in her seat, not wanting to move out and find someone. Sunset Shimmer got up and placed a hand on her friend’s shoulder. “Want to work with me, Fluttershy?” “Oh yes please,” Fluttershy nodded with a bright smile. “I think we would make a great team.” Sunset replied back with a smile, “That’s great,” but it instantly dropped, “So…” “So?” Fluttershy raised an eyebrow. “How is this going to work?” Sunset felt her stomach tie into a knot; her cheeks began to turn a bright red. “I feel really awkward asking this.” “Oh, you mean-“ “Yeah.” Sunset weakly nodded, she turned her head and looked at her friends and noticed Applejack sitting on Pinkie Pie’s desk. Pinkie Pie happily bounced in her chair as she wrapped her arms around her friend, preventing her from leaving and picking another partner. “You’re my new mommy!” Pinkie Pie loudly announced to the class, pulling Applejack closer and into a big hug. “P-Pinkie…” While that was happening, Rainbow Dash watched her friends pick a partner. She groaned and sat upright in her chair before looking to her side, still feeling bored as ever. “I suppose we’re going to have to work together, Rainbow Dash.” Rarity caught Rainbow Dash’s attention and gave her a small smile. “There’s no way I’m working with you. If you think I’m wearing those diapers or drinking from a baby bottle you’ve got another thing coming!” “I’m afraid we don’t have any options left,” Rarity rolled her eyes, “Try and find someone else, I dare you.” She crossed her arms and waited for her friend to respond. Rainbow Dash looked at the rest of the class and noticed that pretty much everyone else had a partner. She noticed Scootaloo was paired with Derpy, both of whom stood next to Chrysalis who personally paired them together. “Okay!” Rainbow Dash groaned. “Jeez, you’re my partner! Happy now?” “That’s fine by me, baby Dashie.” “It’s come to my attention that all of you have picked partners,” Chrysalis began to speak with a big smile. The class died down and started to listen to the teacher. “That’s excellent,” She looked at her wrist watch and noted the time. “I’d like all of you to come over and take some baby supplies and then head to the changing room at the gym to help your little one get into their new clothing.” Several of the students began to blush, obviously being chosen as the babies. “So finally,” DRRRIIIING The school bell rang and everyone stood up and collected their belongings. Everyone kept close to their partner, anxiously looking at Chrysalis who kept an eye on her watch. “Let the learning begin…” > Chapter Two - Preparation > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The students entered the locker room obediently. Chrysalis watched as her class filled the room in just a few seconds, she crossed her arms and smiled at the groups of unhappy students, holding their baby supplies and their pacifiers in hand, unsure of what to do with them. Sunset Shimmer walked over to an empty space with her baby supplies in hand. She gently held two packs of diapers with an adult sized baby bottle and pacifier stuffed in her jacket pockets. Applejack felt her cheeks bloom a bright red as Pinkie Pie gripped her hand the same way a small child would hold onto their mother. Both of them walked over to their respective lockers together and kept close to each other. Rainbow Dash and Rarity were separated from each other. Not that Rainbow Dash was complaining, she crossed her arms and hid herself behind one of the pillars in the room. As she hid herself, Rainbow Dash carefully leaned to the pillars side and watched Miss Chrysalis close the doors to the corridor outside. “Well then,” Chrysalis cleared her throat. “It’s time for the mommies to help their little ones put their diapers on. I’m sure you’re all able to do this without my help, of course. But if you do need my help, then please,” She gestured to herself. “By all means, ask me, that’s what I’m here for. Please feel more than welcome to use one of the cubicles if you want a little bit of privacy with your partner.” The room kept quiet for a minute or two before the students looked away from Miss Chrysalis and mumbled amongst each other. Several students who were paired together grabbed their baby supplies and walked away from the scene. All determined in finding a suitable place to perform a diaper change on their chosen baby. Sunset Shimmer sat herself down on one of the wooden benches and rested her baby supplies besides her. She looked around the room and watched as her fellow classmates moved into different parts of the room. Lyra and Bon Bon were stationed in one corner of the room. Bon Bon had ripped the plastic packaging off the pack of diapers she was carrying and proceeded to unfold the garment. Much to her surprise, the diaper was five times the size of one regularly worn by babies and toddlers. Lyra sat beside her partner, swallowing the lump in throat whilst gazing at the size of the undergarment about to be placed on her body. Trixie found herself lying down on one of the many wooden benches. She covered her eyes with her hands as Lavender Lace pulled out a diaper from the packaging and thoroughly unfolded the garment in front of her friends face. Lavender Lace started to tug on her partner’s skirt and slowly pulled it down to reveal her light blue frilly underwear in front of the whole class. One by one, each pair of students quickly slipped into their roles and began preparing their babies for their diapering. Some students undressed their partners in the open while others took the small cubicles scattered around the room. Sunset Shimmer felt a pair of hands land on her shoulders. Her concentration on her classmates broke apart when she turned round and noticed Applejack standing over her with a concerned look. “Come on, sugarcube,” She tapped her hands on Sunset’s shoulders, “Rarity found us a cubicle we can hide in while…,” Applejack looked around and cringed at the sight of her classmates. “Let’s just go.” Sunset got out of her seat and grabbed her baby supplies and held onto them tightly. She followed Applejack over to a small cubicle positioned close to the doors that lead to the gym. Rainbow Dash popped her head through the cubicle door and noticed Applejack and Sunset approaching. She gestured for the two to enter and locked the doors once they entered. Sunset noticed the immediate space and felt herself being pushed up against Fluttershy the moment Rainbow Dash shut the door. She looked at the rest of her friends who looked equally as uncomfortable and noticed the large pile of baby supplies resting of the wooden seat. “Alright,” Rainbow Dash began. “If we get to the principal’s office, then we can talk Principal Celestia out of making this crazy lady treat us like big dumb babies. Let’s wait here until the coast is clear and BAM! We’ll have everything back to normal so fast Chrysalis won’t know what’s coming! Who’s with me?” “I don’t know, Rainbow Dash. I think we need to play along before we jump to any conclusions.” Sunset shrugged at Rainbow’s plan. “Are you serious?” Rainbow Dash whispered. “We’re teenagers! Not stinkin’ overgrown babies!” “I know,” Sunset nodded. “I’m just saying that if we want to learn what’s really going on, we should play by her rules and see what she is planning up close. There’s no point in going to see Principal Celestia if we don’t have any proof that she’s doing something bad.” “What about Twilight?” Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. “What about her?” “Can’t you send her a letter or something? Tell her something crazy is happening and she can help us put a stop to all this.” Rainbow Dash crossed her arms, frowning at her friends. “Be reasonable, Rainbow Dash.” Rarity added. “We can’t just ask Twilight to help us every time something bad happens. As silly as this predicament is, it’s not like we’ve got another group of Sirens parading around the school grounds.” “I’d hate to admit it, but Rarity’s right,” Applejack nodded in agreement. “We can’t just go around pointing fingers or making up lies.” “I guess your right…,” Rainbow Dash bit her lip. “But this is still stupid.” “For now, let’s just stay in our groups and keep an eye on Miss Chrysalis. There’s no point in arguing,” Sunset glanced at the baby supplies and looked back at her friends. Beads of sweat ran down her head before swallowing a lump in her throat. “So…,” She looked back at the supplies. “Who’s going first?” The group quickly went silent before exchanging a series of embarrassed looks amongst one another. Fluttershy slowly shuffled over to the pile of supplies with the available space and picked up a single pack of diapers. She slowly ripped off the top of the packaging and pulled out one of the large diapers in front of her friends. Each of them with the exception of Pinkie Pie turned away and tried to look at something else. Rainbow Dash continued to frown as she stared at the thick white diaper. “These diapers are cute,” Fluttershy began. “It feels like I’m holding a soft cushion in my hands.” “That’s all fine and dandy, but who’s going first?” Applejack asked with a blush on her cheeks. “Oh! Me! Me! Me!” Pinkie Pie instantly bounced into action. She jumped several times and bumped into Applejack and Sunset Shimmer, causing them to lean back and dodge her friend’s arms. “I’ll do it! I’ll be the first big baby!” “You’re crazy, Pinkie.” Rainbow Dash mumbled, pointing a finger at her pink friend. “I’m not crazy! I’m a baby!” Pinkie happily replied with a burst of laughter. She moved over to Fluttershy and grabbed two packets full of diapers, one pink pacifier and a baby bottle. “Come on, Mama Applejack! Let’s get my diapee on!” Applejack blinked at the sight of Pinkie Pie, she swallowed a lump in her throat and nodded at her partner. “Uh, Pinkie. Let’s go in another cubicle and get… Ugh, get you changed.” And with that, Applejack and Pinkie Pie left the cubicle with their supplies in hand. Sunset Shimmer, now with more room, moved over to Fluttershy and placed her hand on her shoulder. “I think we’ll go and find somewhere private,” Rarity eyed up Rainbow Dash and gave a grin to her athletic friend before looking at Sunset Shimmer. “If you don’t mind, we’ll move somewhere private. I’m sure Rainbow Dash is more than happy to try on a nice poofy diaper.” “Wh-What!?” Rainbow Dash yelped. She walked over to Rarity and prodded her finger into her friend’s chest. “If you think I’m wearing one of those stupid diapers then you’ve got another thing coming!” Rarity didn’t respond to her athletic friend, she instead chose to walk over to her baby supplies and rounded them up. She rummaged through her supplies and located a large pacifier with a cyan shield on the front. Rarity grinned as she shoved the amber nipple into her partner’s mouth, effectively stopping her from talking. Rainbow Dash leaned back in surprise as the nipple was shoved into her mouth. Her eyes widened at the sudden intrusion while she suckled on the nipple without even realizing. “There we go,” Rarity let out a few chuckles. “Come on, darling. Let’s leave Fluttershy and Sunset in peace.” She cooed. Rarity took hold of a shocked Rainbow Dash’s hand, dragging her out of the cubicle to leave Sunset Shimmer and Fluttershy alone. As the door closed behind them, Fluttershy and Sunset exchanged looks before setting their eyes on the packaging. “Well, they’re gone,” Sunset nervously smiled. “Who’s going to be the mommy and the baby?” “I can be the baby,” Fluttershy smiled back. “If it makes you uncomfortable, I mean.” Sunset blinked, “Are you sure?” “I’m sure. We’re not just partners but friends, we have to work together and I want to be the baby,” Fluttershy started to blush in front of her friend. She picked up the unpacked diaper from earlier and presented it to Sunset Shimmer. “I understand it’s very silly but I think you’ll be a great mommy.” “That’s nice and all, but I thought you preferred being the mommy. Remember how happy you were when you were looking after your dolly?” Sunset accepted the diaper and held it to her waist. She eyes widened as Fluttershy began to lean back in her seat and tug on her skirt, instantly causing it to hit the floor, revealing her bright pink underwear. “I remember,” Fluttershy smiled. “My dolly was so adorable and cuddly. I knew he wasn’t real, but it made me feel so sad when he started to cry for his bottle.” She picked up the remaining baby supplies and rested them on the floor. Fluttershy hopped off the seat and lowered herself to the floor. Once she was comfortable, Fluttershy spread her legs outward and pulled her underwear down to her knees. Sunset Shimmer quickly turned her head away and closed her eyes, fearing for her friend’s privacy. “I learned so much about being a mommy but I never learned about what it’s like for the baby,” Fluttershy continued. “It feels exciting to learn a different point of view. Miss Chrysalis said our progress is going to be monitored so I’m going to try and be the best baby in the class.” It took Fluttershy a few moments to realize what was going on; she looked over to her friend and noticed the diaper being used to shield her eyes. “Are you alright?” The diaper was lowered for a brief moment before Sunset decided to hide her eyes for the second time to prevent herself from looking at Fluttershy. “I’m sorry, Fluttershy. It’s just; I’ve never seen you… Y’know.” “Naked?” “Yeah that…,” Sunset nodded behind the diaper. “I just want to respect your privacy.” While Sunset Shimmer protected her eyes, using the diaper as a shield, Fluttershy reached for a nearby packet and slipped a fresh diaper out of the plastic. She quickly unfolded the undergarment and slid it underneath her body; the front of the diaper was pulled over her private area which allowed her to pull the bright yellow tapes over to the front. The thickness of the diaper quickly pushed apart Fluttershy’s legs, causing her to gasp as the soft material rubbed against her soft skin. Sunset Shimmer lowered the diaper she was holding and looked at her partner. Her eyes widened as far as they could when she saw Fluttershy with the thick white diaper wrapped around her body. For a finishing touch, Fluttershy reached back over to her supplies and grabbed an adult sized pacifier with a light yellow shield. She aimed the amber nipple into her mouth and placed it inside, suckling the nipple the moment it entered her mouth. “Woah…,” Sunset gasped at the sight of her friend. She dropped the diaper and walked over to her padded friend. Fluttershy on the other hand slowly stood up and felt the bulk of her padding soon push her legs apart. “Fluttershy…” Sunset’s mouth dropped wide open. “You look…” “Like a baby?” Fluttershy mumbled through her pacifier, smiling through the pacifier shield. “Well yeah,” Sunset nodded. “You look just like a big baby in that diaper.” “It feels like theirs a comfy pillow wrapped around my tushie.” Fluttershy pulled the pacifier out of her mouth and leaned down to take off her shoes. As she revealed her long pink songs in front of Sunset Shimmer, she placed her shoes next to her skirt and her discarded underwear. “Yeah,” Sunset bit her lip. “Sorry I wasn’t about to change you. I just felt a little icky when you took off your clothes.” “That’s okay,” Fluttershy nodded, folding her skirt and her underwear neatly into a small pile. “I know it isn’t easy for you to see me…,” Her cheeks reddened, “Well, since you were a little scared I decided to try the diaper on myself. Maybe you could try again when I used my diaper for the first time?” Sunset paused and looked down at Fluttershy’s diaper and then looked back up. “Wait what?” She shook her head. “Oh, you know. When I use my diaper for the first time you can try and change me.” Fluttershy added. “You’re really going to use that diaper for what it’s meant for?” Sunset glanced back at the baby supplies and walked over to Fluttershy’s clothing. She picked up her friend’s skirt and underwear and placed them on the bench. “I want to be the best baby in class, even if it means using my diaper.” Fluttershy smiled. “Since we’re finished here, let’s go and see the others.” Sunset picked up the remaining baby supplies and piled Fluttershy’s clothes on top of the plastic packaging. She took one more look at her partner and couldn’t help but feel her smile grow at the sight of Fluttershy in her diaper. “-And then I’m going to hug a big teddy bear, ooh, ooh, then I’m going to go to the cafeteria and I’ll ask Mrs. Cakes for lots of candy! You’ll wiggle your finger at me and go ‘Don’t do that, Pinkie Pie, you can’t eat that candy’ and I’ll say ‘Why not? I’m a baby!’” “Pinkie…” “And then… And then, we’ll play with our friends and we’ll go to the park and push each other on the swings-” It was at that point when Applejack pressed a finger up against Pinkie Pie’s lips. Her pink friend was instantly silenced, causing Pinkie to look at Applejack. “Pinkie…,” Applejack sighed. “Come on now, I know you’re excited but can’t you just stop and think about what’s going on.” “I’m thinking!” Pinkie Pie happily nodded. “I’m thinking about the binky you’ve got in your pocket!” “Not that,” Applejack shook her head. “I mean Miss Chrysalis and this class.” “Ooooh!” Pinkie Pie gasped. “What do you reckon she’s planning?” “I don’t know, but it’s going to be a lot of fun.” “How can you sit there on and say that?” Applejack raised an eyebrow. “I’m wondering if she’s acting nice to get close to us.” “Applejack!” Pinkie rolled her eyes. “Don’t be so silly! She’s just trying to make us happy!” “But that doesn’t make any sense, Pinkie. Why does she think that treating us like babies and mommies is going to make us happy?” Applejack asked. “Because…,” Pinkie walked over to her pile of supplies and picked up a packet of diapers and handed them to Applejack with a smile on her face. “She’s going to teach us how happy babies are when they’re being looked after by their mommy!” “You’re not listening, Pinkie.” Applejack waved a finger at Pinkie and began to scold her. “I know!” Pinkie groaned, like a child who was being scolded. “Can I have the binky now?” Applejack dipped a hand inside her pockets and pulled out a pacifier with a pink shield. She handed it over to Pinkie and watched as her friend shoved the nipple into her mouth and started to loudly suckle. “Well, you do look cute, I guess.” There was no response from Pinkie Pie, she walked over to an empty part of the cubicle and lowered herself down to the floor. Her hands tugged on her pink skirt before sliding it down to her knees to reveal her frilly pink underwear. Pinkie kicked off her shoes and placed them next to her changing supplies. “But there’s one thing I got to ask.” Applejack got on her knees and rested her pack of diapers next to Pinkie. “What’s that?” Pinkie mumbled through her pacifier. “Why are you so excited? I thought you’d find this really weird or something.” “Oh silly,” Pinkie rolled her eyes, pulling the pacifier out of her mouth. “I’m excited because you’re looking after me!” “That’s it?” Applejack continued by pulling a diaper out of the packaging, blushing at the size of the unfolded as it unfolded itself. “Nope,” Pinkie shook her head. “We’re playing the biggest game of house I’ve ever seen!” “House?” Applejack took it upon herself to pull down her friend’s underwear, revealing her private area. She ignored this and pushed the diaper underneath Pinkie’s bottom. “That kids game?” “Yeah!” Pinkie nodded. “It’s going to the biggest and longest game of house we’ll ever play! You’re the mommy!” She pointed at Applejack, “And I’m the big baby!” Then she finally pointed to herself. The front of the diaper was pulled over Pinkie’s crotch, hiding her private area while the bright yellow tapes were slowly pulled over and stuck to the front. The padding tightly wrapped around Pinkie’s legs and pushed them outwards. She wiggled her legs from side to side and placed a hand on her crotch, rubbing the front of her diaper to hear the loud crinkling noise. “It makes a cute crinkling noise!” Her eyes widened. “There,” Applejack rubbed her hands together, feeling happy about her work. “How does it feel?” “It feels like I got a pillow wrapped around my stinky butt!” Pinkie leaned up and stuffed her pacifier back into her mouth. She wrapped her arms around Applejack and pulled her in for a tight hug. “You’re the best mommy I could ever have!” “P-Pinkie!” Pinkie loosened her grip on her partner and leaned back, moving herself away from Applejack. She got on her feet and felt her entire body wobble as the thick padding continued to spread her legs apart. “What now?” Applejack asked. “Let’s go outside and see our friends!” Pinkie bounced. “I bet they’re going to be suuuper jealous because I’ve got the best mommy!” “Aw, shucks,” Applejack blushed. “I’ve just put a diaper on you, Pinkie. Nothing special.” “Nothing special? But look at my big poofy baby butt!” Pinkie turned round and wiggled her padded rump from left to right at Applejack, causing her to laugh. Once Pinkie stopped her wiggling, she leaned down and picked up her discarded clothing and lazily draped them over her arm. She looked back at Applejack and continued to smile as her diaper crinkled with every step. “Let’s go and see the others, Applejack!” Pinkie suggested. “I wonder if Rainbow Dash is wearing a diaper like me!” “Heh, that’ll be something. I bet she’s even got a pacifier in her mouth.” Applejack chuckled. “I bet she’s acting like a big grumpy baby, she’ll go ‘I don’t want to be a baby’ but Rarity will say ‘But you look adorable, darling!’ and then Rainbow Dash will get even grumpier and say ‘But it’s really stupid!’” “…But you look adorable, darling.” “But it’s really stupid!” “Nonsense, Rainbow Dash. You look spectacular… For a baby.” Rainbow Dash stood in front of Rarity with a large frown on her face. She crossed her arms as her cheeks instantly burst into a bright red in embarrassment as the thick diaper around her waist pushed her legs apart. “Can I at least keep my skirt?” Rainbow Dash bit her lip, “I don’t want anyone seeing me wearing this thing.” She pointed at the padding. “If you hide your diaper with your skirt, then no one will be able to know that you’re the baby.” “W-What!?” Rainbow Dash squeaked. “Have you gone wacko!? Are you seriously expecting me to use this stupid diaper?” “Why that’s disgusting, I would NEVER EVER imply that you should use your diaper... It’s simply unladylike, and furthermore, unsanitary,” Rarity rolled her eyes in disgust. “I find this class as odd as much as you do, Rainbow Dash. But if we’re going to find out what Chrysalis’ plans are then you must try and cooperate.” “I am cooperating, you’re making this harder than it should be! Let’s just make a run for the principal’s office and get this stupid class over with!” Rainbow Dash finally snapped back, causing Rarity to flinch. “My, aren’t you the grumpy one,” Rarity leaned forward and forced a motherly smile. “I should have known you would act this way the moment I put that diaper on you. You we’re always the grumpy one of the group much like an actual toddler who doesn’t like her mushy peas.” “I’m not throwing a tantrum!” Rainbow Dash childishly whined. “I’m just sayin-“Before Rainbow Dash could continue, Rarity dipped a hand into her pockets and pulled out a familiar cyan pacifier. She aimed the nipple at her friend and quickly shoved the front into Rainbow Dash’s mouth. It wasn’t long before she started to work on the nipple, letting out audible moans of relief and comfort as Rainbow Dash continued to nurse. Her eyes closed about half-way before her body drooped over slightly into a relaxed posture. Rarity replied to her results with a bright smile. “That’s much better, Dashie. If we wish to get through this week without causing trouble then I suggest we work together as best as we can. That’s all I’m trying to say,” Rarity walked over to Rainbow Dash’s discarded skirt and noticed her spats and basic blue underwear. She picked up the clothing and draped them over her arm and handed the open pack of diapers to Rainbow Dash. “You know, you’ve really taken a shining to that pacifier, haven’t you?” It was then where Rainbow Dash had the chance to remove the pacifier from her mouth. She moved the nipple out of her mouth and made a loud popping noise. Her expression of relaxation quickly reverted back into a sour look of frustration. “Let’s just get this week over with!” Rainbow Dash continued to pout, she shoved her pacifier back into her mouth and started to suckle. She walked towards the cubicle door and left as quick as she opened the door, leaving Rarity behind to pick up the remaining baby supplies. As Rarity picked up the last packet of diapers, she couldn't help but smirk and giggle to herself. “Oh, this is going to be so much fun.” Rarity hummed in delight. > Chapter Three - Lounge > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The preparations were complete. All of the students quickly fell into their roles. The sound of lips smacking against amber nipples and the crinkling of plastic could be heard coming from multiple pairs. All of the classmates who became the babies felt their pride and joy disappear as they began to hear the familiar sounds come from their fellow classmates. Miss Chrysalis stood beside the locker room doors with a motherly smile plastered onto her face at the sight of her students. Her hands were calmly locked together as she scanned the room and looked at the diapers on many of the babies. “Well done, class.” She began to speak, clearing her throat, “It’s wonderful to see such cooperation between mommy and baby.” She walked over to her students with a buzz of excitement and stood next to Lavender Lace and Trixie, who continued to look embarrassed for what they have done together. “Especially you, Trixie,” Chrysalis smiled, she placed a hand on her student’s head and ran her fingers through her hair. “You’ve been very cooperative, haven’t you?” Trixie blushed, “Y-Yes Miss Cheerilee.” Her eyes darted down at the floor, trying her best to keep eye contact away from her teacher as much as possible. “Oh, that sad face isn’t right, Trixie,” Chrysalis cooed, breaking down into a soft whisper. “I know you feel funny because of the diaper, but it’s there for your protection,” She pulled her hand away from the student and leaned down, attempting to look Trixie in the eyes. Her hand slithered round to her back in which she began to gently rub. “Trust me, when we go to the lounge and start the lesson, you’ll feel so happy that you’ll forget all about the diaper. I promise.” Trixie didn’t respond, she crossed her arms and proceeded to pout. “That goes for all of you,” Chrysalis leaned up and looked at the rest of her class. “I feel positive that you’re going to enjoy your roles as mommy and baby. Once we get to the school lounge then the real learning can begin, but before we head out, is anyone missing?” Several students shuffles around in their seats and eyed up their friends and classmates, all while keeping quiet at the same time. It was at this moment when three doors leading to the cubicles opened at the same time, causing several classmates to turn around. Pinkie Pie and Applejack were the first to exit, Pinkie happily bounced out of the cubicle wearing her thick white diaper, presenting to all of the class. Sunset and Fluttershy were second; Sunset exited the cubicle firstly with Fluttershy slowly exiting behind her. She instantly noticed the amount of people watching and continued to suckle her yellow pacifier in an attempt to stay calm. And lastly, Rarity and Rainbow Dash exited as the final pair to leave the cubicles. Rainbow Dash was the first to exit, throwing the door wide open as she waddled forward and noticed the entirety of the class staring at her. “Aah, I was wondering where the six of you disappeared off to,” Chrysalis smirked. “I thought all of you ran off to the principal’s office or something silly like that.” Upon hearing that, Rainbow Dash continued to frown. The rest of her friends, the exception being Pinkie Pie, nervously looked at each other before looking back at Chrysalis. “Sorry, Miss Chrysalis,” Sunset forced a smile. “It’s just that-“ “I understand,” Chrysalis nodded, waving a hand at the student. “You were busy tending to your little one and that’s perfectly understandable,” She looked back at the rest of her students and gestured towards the door. “Now that we’re all here, let’s head to the lounge and relax. Feel free to leave your clothes and baby supplies here in the locker room, I imagine some of you will be returning back to her very soon.” The doors leading to the school corridors were quickly opened by Chrysalis. Each of the assigned babies stood close to their mothers, still waddling and suckling on their pacifiers despite their best attempts to keep quiet. Her students slowly left the room with Chrysalis being the last to exit, keeping an eye on her students with a watchful eye. At the back of the group, Sunset Shimmer and Fluttershy held their hands together. The thick padding between Fluttershy’s legs forced her usual walk into an uncoordinated waddle with each step being trickier than the last. Rainbow Dash slowly lowered her head in shame as she exited the locker room. As she followed her classmates, her focus turned back onto the pacifier in her hands. Without thinking, she popped the pacifier back into her mouth and started to suckle. Pinkie Pie continued on like there wasn’t a problem in the world. She happily bounced and waddled as she followed her friends to the lounge. She bumped and knocked into her baby classmates before embracing them into a tight hug. The class finally reached the end of their small journey and stood in front of two doors. Miss Chrysalis gently made her way to the front and placed her hands on the door handles. “Before we enter, I’d like to just say a few words,” Chrysalis began, turning round to look at her students. “Throughout this week, the lounge is where you’re going to spend most of your time learning. From here you’ll be able to relax and unwind whilst learning what it’s like to look after a little one.” And with that, Chrysalis slowly opened the doors to the lounge. What was once designed to be a utopia for a teenage student had been totally transformed into something completely different, instantly catching the eyes of every student, forcing their mouths to drop wide open. Instead of the usual living room oriented décor for the students to use, the rows of couches, coffee tables and desks used for studying had been transformed into a large day care. On the left side of the room were a collection of beanie chairs that were all lined up to face a large TV in the corner of the room. The TV itself was playing an assortment of cartoons and children’s shows for younger audiences. On the right were several large piles of toys. All of the toys ranged from teddy bears, cuddly animals, building blocks and to a separate pile of train sets. A few of the cuddly animals were half the size of a regular person. At the back of the room, several play mats rested on the soft carpet by the windows. They were all connected together in a neat order. Two teen-sized baby gyms rested on top of the mats, multiple toys could be found attached to the structure that innocently dangled from side to side. “Welcome to the lounge!” Chrysalis raised her hands up into the air, happily pointing at the sight of the lounge. She walked inside and walked over to one of the beanie chairs and rested herself into one. “Don’t be shy, little ones,” Chrysalis gestured for her class to enter. Sunset Shimmer and Fluttershy were the first to enter the lounge, slowly taking the first steps for their fellow classmates. Fluttershy looked around and fixed her eyes on a large white bunny rabbit plush that she noticed upon entering the room. She looked back at Miss Chrysalis and then back at the bunny with a look of uncertainty. “Go on,” Chrysalis smiled, crossing her legs in the process. “Go play with as many toys as you like.” She turned her head and looked at the rest of her students, still looking unsure about the room. “That goes for all of you, please come in and enjoy yourselves. We’ve got Susie Snu dollies, Hugs-a-Lot teddies and a selection of cartoons.” She finally pointed at the TV. It took a few moments for her words to register, but one by one each pair slowly moved into the room and found a place to sit down and relax, some reluctantly found a toy to play with and stuck with it. Pinkie Pie made a mad dash over to the nearest pile of toys and started to rummage through for something to play with. Sunset Shimmer and Fluttershy found themselves regrouping with the rest of their friends, Pinkie Pie not included. Rarity and Rainbow Dash walked over to Sunset and Fluttershy, carefully looking at Chrysalis and then back to their friends. “Can you believe this?” Rainbow Dash popped her pacifier out of her mouth. “She’s turned the lounge into a giant day-care! Now can you see why I said we should go and see Principal Celestia!?” “Alright,” Sunset nodded. “I think you may have a point on this one.” “May?” Rainbow Dash’s eyes widened. “I know you want to see the principal, Rainbow Dash, but don’t you think it would make sense for us to stick together and figure out what Miss Chrysalis’s plan is?” Rarity stood in front of her friend and placed a hand on her shoulder. “After all, like what Sunset explained earlier, we can’t point fingers unless we have proof she’s doing something wrong.” “How about turning half of us into giant babies!” Rainbow Dash replied. “Isn’t that proof she’s doing something wrong? Because if that isn’t, then I don’t know what proof is anymore.” She looked at Fluttershy and tapped her on the shoulder. “You’re with me, right?” Fluttershy turned round and looked at Rainbow Dash, “What?” “You’re with me on this.” “On what?” Fluttershy asked. “We’re going to see the principal and sort this ugly mess out,” Rainbow Dash explained. “Are you coming or not?” “Well…,” Fluttershy bit her lip, glancing back at the large bunny. “I don’t know…” “Fine!” Rainbow Dash threw her arms up into the air. “I’ll go by myself!” “Not without me,” Rarity took a step forward and latched onto her partner’s arm. “If you’re going to the principal’s office, then we’re going together. I’m your mommy after all.” “What!?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed. “You can’t- You’re not- Ugh, fine.” She rolled her eyes, pointing a finger at her friend. “But if you slow down then I’ll leave you behind, got it?” “The principal’s office is only just a few corridors away; you’re acting like we’re going to travel across an entire country to get there.” Rarity replied. “Anyways,” Sunset and Fluttershy exchanged worried looks at each other, stopping Rarity and Rainbow Dash from talking to one another. “Fluttershy and I are going to get in our roles. I don’t think it’s smart to just stand around and do nothing while everyone else is getting busy.” “That’s another thing!” Rainbow Dash pointed behind Sunset Shimmer and to the rest of the class. “Why is everyone else going along with this? You’d think someone like Trixie would have a problem with this and storm to the principal’s office.” “I don’t know,” Sunset shrugged. “I guess the idea of sitting through seven days of Sex-Ed is more than enough to snap her in line with everyone else.” “It’s just a bunch of hammy actors talking about lady problems, what’s so scary about that?” “Did you forget about the part where Miss Chrysalis said it was a musical?” Rarity cautiously whispered, prompting Sunset Shimmer to cringe at the words. “Ugh, you’re so over dramatic.” Rainbow Dash huffed. “You shouldn’t be worried...,” A voice popped up amongst the group. Sunset Shimmer and Rainbow Dash exchanged quick glances at each other before looking at Rarity, who silently looked at Sunset. Rainbow Dash’s eyes widened as she looked behind Sunset Shimmer and took a step back. “I’m sure we can work together and figure something out.” As Sunset Shimmer, Fluttershy and Rarity turned, they saw Miss Chrysalis slowly walk to the group with her hands resting on her hips. “I understand you’re not comfortable with the lesson so far,” Chrysalis began to speak, lowering her voice to a soft motherly tone. “If you have any negative feelings towards me or my class then please let me know. I’m more than happy to sit down and work something out; my job is to make sure you’re all happy bundles of joy before the week is out.” “Why, that sounds like a lovely idea,” Rarity smiled. “What do you think, Rainbow Dash?” Rainbow Dash responded with a sharp glare at the teacher, she crossed her arms before slowly taking a small step forward towards her friends. She let out a sigh before looking at Fluttershy and then back to Chrysalis. “Alright, I’ll sit down and talk.” Rainbow Dash groaned. “Excellent!” Chrysalis happily clapped her hands together. “I knew we could take the peaceful route and figure things out. Principal Celestia told me that you would be a little resistant to these classes so I think some private time together would strengthen our relationship.” “Relationship? What do you mean resistant?” Rainbow Dash asked. “Judging from your previous grades, you’re not exactly enthralled by the idea of being in a Childcare class, that’s all,” Chrysalis smiled. “But enough of that, let’s go the cafeteria and work things out. I do like a challenge.” “May I come too?” Rarity chimed in. “Sure,” Chrysalis nodded. She walked over to the lounge doors and gestured for Rarity and Rainbow Dash to follow. Sunset and Fluttershy looked at each other before looking back at their friends. “Should we come too?” Sunset asked. “Oh, my precious Sunset Shimmer, you can’t come with us,” Chrysalis continued to smile. “It’s a private conversation. I have faith that you’ll look after Fluttershy.” “But I don’t know what to do; you haven’t told us any rules or guidelines for the class!” Sunset exclaimed. “And that’s where the learning begins; mothers don’t learn from a book or a plastic doll, they simply act. We’ll be back before you know it.” And with that, Rainbow Dash and Rarity crossed the threshold and left the room. The doors were gently shut together, leaving Sunset with Fluttershy. “Ugh,” Sunset groaned. “That doesn’t make any sense.” She felt Fluttershy’s hand land on her shoulder; Sunset turned around and faced her friend with a warm smile. “I’m sure Rainbow Dash and Rarity will get along with Miss Chrysalis just fine.” Fluttershy said. “Well…,” Sunset replied with a loud sigh. “I guess it’s time for us to get into our roles.” “I’m very excited,” Fluttershy smiled, she looked back over to the white bunny and pointed at the giant plush. “Can I play with the bunny? He looks very lonely.” “You don’t have to ask for my permission, Fluttershy.” “But I’m a baby, remember?” Fluttershy blushed. “Oh, right,” Sunset giggled. “Well, if you want to play with the big bunny then let’s go and settle down.” Sunset Shimmer took a few steps forward and looked back to notice Fluttershy stood still. Fluttershy held out her hand and popped her yellow pacifier back inside her mouth, which she happily suckled on. The pair slowly walked over to the pile of animal toys, Fluttershy leaned forward and grabbed onto the bunnies soft ears. She gently lifted him out of the pile and wrapped her arms around its chest, pulling it into a big hug. Sunset looked around and noticed two unused beanie chairs next to the pile, she walked over and grabbed them and set them down next to Fluttershy. She lowered herself onto the seat and found herself quickly relaxing on the spot. Once Fluttershy had finished hugging her bunny, she lowered herself down onto the floor and rested her diapered rump on the carpet floor. Sunset Shimmer couldn’t help but giggle at the sound of the crinkling. “Well, with Rainbow Dash and Rarity gone,” Sunset sighed. “I suppose we’ll have to think of something to do.” “I’ve got the cute bunny.” Fluttershy smiled, tightening her hold on the plush. “What about the other toys?” Sunset suggested, partially biting her lip. “I’m sure Pinkie Pie would like to play with some toys.” There wasn’t a reply from Fluttershy, she peered over Sunset’s shoulder and looked at the rest of the class. Pinkie Pie could be seen on the opposite side of the room. She happily bounced from toy to toy, latching on to the first thing she could grab to play with. Applejack trailed behind the pink blur in a desperate bid to stay on top of things, trying her best to keep up with Pinkie’s playful antics. Fluttershy looked at another part of the room and noticed Sweetie Belle and Applebloom sitting next to the baby gyms; Sweetie Belle ducked her head under the metal frame and idly swung her hands at the toys that dangled down for her amusement. Applebloom sat next to her partner, legs crossed she contently watched as Sweetie interacted with the toys. “I’m sure Sweetie Belle would like to play with me,” Fluttershy gestured at the two young students. “She seems very happy as a baby.” It wasn’t long before Pinkie Pie bounced her way over to Fluttershy and Sunset Shimmer, interrupting the pair’s conversation. In her mad haste, she leaned down and wrapped her arms around Sunset, pulling her in to a bone-crushing hug. Fluttershy responded by hiding behind the giant bunny, shielding her body from Pinkie’s impending hug. “Ooh!” Pinkie squealed, keeping her arms tightly wrapped around Sunset Shimmer. “I’m having so much fun!” “P-Pinkie…,” Sunset coughed, she leaned forward and grabbed Pinkie’s arms. “What are you doing…?” “I’m having lots of fun in the lounge!” Pinkie Pie happily announced, breaking away from Sunset Shimmer. “I can’t believe we’ve never done anything like this! It’s super relaxing!” She looked at Fluttershy and noticed the giant white bunny rabbit in her friend’s arms, her eyes widened. “It’s a giant bunny!” Pinkie squealed. Oh, the bunny?” Fluttershy poked her head out from the bunny’s side, revealing herself to Pinkie Pie. She sat the bunny down on the ground and kept an arm around its neck. “He’s nice and soft when you cuddle him.” “Is he?” Pinkie tilted her head to the side, she plopped her padded rump on the carpet and threw her arms at the bunny. “Can I hug him? I’ll be your best friend forever!” She childishly whined. “You’re already my friend, Pinkie.” Fluttershy giggled. “I know!” Pinkie pouted, retracting her arms and crossing them together. “We can play with the bunny together,” Fluttershy suggested. “How does that sound?” “That sounds great!” Pinkie lunged forward and grabbed the bunny, pulling it away from Fluttershy. “I’ve been playing with so many toys; I hope I get to play with all of them before the week is over!” “But Pinkie…,” Sunset shook her head. “You’ll have more than enough time to play with all of the toys in the loun- I mean, day-care. We’ve got six days of…, well, this.” She gestured towards the nearby pile of toys. “But I don’t want to waste a single second, silly!” Pinkie smiled, she wrapped her arms around the bunny. “If I keep on wasting time then I won’t be able to enjoy everything this game has to offer!” “What game?” Sunset asked. “It’s the biggest game of house or something.” Another voice popped up from behind Sunset Shimmer. She slowly turned in her seat and noticed Applejack standing over her. “Oh look,” Pinkie Pie pointed at Applejack. “It’s my mommy!” Applejack didn’t respond, she walked over to Sunset’s side and lowered herself down, resting herself on the carpet. “I’m not your real mommy, sugar cube.” “Aww!” Pinkie groaned, she stuck out her tongue and blew a raspberry before quickly focusing her energy back onto hugging the big white bunny. “Anyways,” Applejack looked at Fluttershy and Sunset. “Have you seen Rarity and Rainbow Dash? I got a little carried away trying to calm down Pinkie Pie.” “Calm me down?” Pinkie Pie looked at Applejack. “I thought we were playing!” “I don’t think running around like you just downed a keg full of sugar is playing.” “But I had lots of fun!” Pinkie Pie dropped the bunny; she quickly crawled over to Applejack and wrapped her around her waist. She rested her head on Applejack’s lap and closed her eyes. “Since I’m a big baby, I’ve got to play with as many toys as I can. Ooh, ooh! What if we get together we play with the big doll house!” “Yeah…,” Applejack rolled her eyes. “Later.” “Can’t we do it now?” Pinkie asked. “I said,” Applejack smirked, lowering her head down to Pinkie’s. “Later.” “Okay.” Pinkie Pie mumbled, she dipped a hand into her coat pocket and pulled out her pacifier. She shoved the nipple into her mouth and kept quiet. “To answer your question,” Sunset looked at Applejack. “Miss Chrysalis took them to somewhere private so they can talk out their problems.” “Really?” Applejack chuckled. “Oh boy, I bet Rainbow Dash is giving her a mouthful."
