Crystal Empire Atlantis? · 6:54am Feb 16th, 2014
Okay, I'm a big fan of Stargate Atlantis, and while I was watching a video about it, I realized something; the Crystal Empire kinda looks a lot like Atlantis. Now, that's cool alone, but then of all the places a portal to another world could be, it had to be the Crystal Empire. Then I realized something else, the city of Atlantis was submerged for 10,000 years in Stargate, before finally returning. The Crystal Empire disappear for 1,000 years, before reappearing. Also, in Atlantis, the city is powered by a crystal like object called a ZPM. The Cryatal Empire is powered by the crystal heart... So let's recap; they both look alike, they both disappeared, they both have a gate that leads to other worlds, they both use a unique crystal power source for the entire city, and they both have a fucking shield for Christ's sakes! Seriously look at this shit! 
If we find out the Crystal Empire has puddle jumpers too, I'd be the happiest son of a bitch alive. So keep an eye out for these things.
Shouldn't be too long before we see them too...

Sorry but that crap movie didn't happen so I can't see the connection to the Star Gate itself, but yeah everything else is cool. I just wish the Crystal Empire had a cool portal to another dimension that didn't suuuuuuuucck

I to love Star Gate. More of a fan of SG1 but Atlantis is cool. 
You thought of the Stargate version of Atlantis? I was thinking of an entirely different Atlantis.
(Hey, it did vanish for thousands of years before being found by a scholar, and it runs on a crystal that needed to be found lest the kingdom fall and their culture disintegrate. Also, the glowing lines that came into being when the Crystal Heart was inserted reminded me heavily of that version, as it too had glowing blue lines that would light up in accordance with the central crystal. Also, the enemies were both destroyed by the crystals, albeit in different ways.
