Only within those ponderings may he find solitude and growth, establishing new connections with a renewed appreciation for the help, support and views of his customers.

Others make sure they succumb as quickly as possible, and that everypony around them knows it. One or two might refuse to admit anything's wrong at all. But eventually, everypony will fall ill.

Alicorns. Activists. Ordinary citizens. And possibly a minotaur.

School life has been going well for Sunset Shimmer, who has recently befriended the human world's version of Twilight Sparkle.
Unfortunately for Sunset, her girlfriend, the pony world's Princess Twilight, has stopped responding to the messages she's been leaving in the journal that she uses to communicate with the pony world.
Sunset begins to panic, worrying that she's done something wrong and that Princess Twilight doesn't care about her anymore. After a talk with Rarity, she decides to do something about it.

Written in first person from Sunset Shimmer's perspective. Set after Legend of Everfree but before the Dance Magic special.

When she is left in charge on a slow day, a strange customer stumbles through her door. As she gets to know the timid mare, Jazz discovers that showing just a little kindness in something as mundane as hoof care can make all the difference in the life of another.
