History
Fiesta was born in Ponyville to a unicorn father and an earth pony mother. He had a pretty boring childhood, nothing was all that eventful until one day, at the age of ten, he ventured out into the Everfree forest and got himself lost. Trying to find a way out, he instead got himself near a wasp's nest, which he accidentally kicked over. This of course, angered the bugs and began to chase him. Running for dear life, he instead wound up crashing headfirst into a couple of spider webs where he the tripped into a pond. He was in the pond for about twenty seconds before being rescued by his father. It's from that experience where he got his fear of insects and spiders (small ones, at least).

His fear of bloodshed came from when he was at a movie theater and accidentally walked into the wrong screening. (The movie was in theater 1 and accidentally walked in theater 2.) The one he walked into was screening a slasher flick, and he happened to walk in right when a death scene happened. Needless to say, it left him pretty mentally scarred. To this day, he refuses to watch a horror movie.

His cutie mark came about when he was thirteen, being the last in his class to obtain a cutie mark. One day, he was walking along the roads when he came across a street performer. This performer was dancing and doing some of the coolest things he ever saw. And as luck would have it, there was a talent competition approaching. He practiced for weeks trying to perfect what he saw, and on the day of the talent show, came in third. Though because he had so much fun doing it, he earned his cutie mark that day.

Knowing that he wanted to be a performer, when he came of age, he set out to find greatness. He traveled to Las Pegasus, where he found a job performing for others on a small stage. Though he dreams of one day, making it to the top and becoming a headlining performance for the Las Pegasus Strip.

Only afraid of small spiders, so tarantulas have no effect on him.

History

He is a young pony with an English accent. Because he is Karalian, he is smaller and faster than Equestrian stallions. The only down side to this is that he is weaker. He is a master swordspony thanks to his cadet training, and is known to have been an excellent singer since he was very young.

He is a talented field strategist, using his brutal and brilliant battle plans to shatter enemy forces, and score many victories for the Republican Grand Army. He hates killing, but hates the enemy even more. He has gained a few friends over the years, some surviving the Karalian Wars, some not.

His dream is to immigrate to Equestria and make music in peace. The music he wants to make are of the rock/metal genre and the lyrics will tell of his struggles and everything he has learned from them.

He is an decent shot, not much better than a regular soldier, despite his cadet training and battle experience. The combination of his small size and his impeccable agility and mobility, shooting him is a feat for an enemy soldier. He is pro-Republican in his country and very skeptical of the Imperial Party that is currently in power.

Background - kidnapped as a child, he was taken to some strange institution/asylum and was locked in a solitary padded cell (that for some reason was completely blue) for nine years. Escaped at age fourteen, but developed a second personality to stay sane. Refers to the other personality as "Tibbles" named after a childhood nickname. Tibbles is is blunt, harsh, and calculating. He has no regard for sympathy except when it comes to White Out. White Out is kinder, realizing that more livelihood must be shown to avoid catastrophe.

Developed his own variety of martial arts that focuses on dodging and punching rather than bucking (thus the hoof CM).

Shortly after escaping the institution he celebrated his first holiday, Hearth's Warming Eve, and took a hat to celebrate, and dyed it blue to remind him of his time in the room (remember, everything was completely blue instead of white).

Lastly, due to never seeing the day and night cycles for over half his life, he lost the ability to tell time, like he can't tell the difference between a minute or an hour unless he has a clock.

Backstory:

...Born in NorthernWinds, raised as an Security Officer. The breed of Ponies from NorthernWinds recieve their cutiemarks when they're born, marking their destiny and role in the underground city.

When the first war broke, NorthernWinds was reduced to ashes, and the survivors had to freeze themselves in cryogenetic chambers to survive. Not much did, though.

...That was a thousands years ago. Now, he left the ruins of NorthernWinds with what is left from his family, and moved to Ponyville, mostly because it's a safe place for him. He got himself a job in a recently created technology group, named Innovations Incorporated, and settled there to live.

Personality: Techno is a kind inventor and a caring father who will always look out for his son and do the right thing. Techno also suffers from nightmares and doesn't have good sleeping patterns.
[Character History]
He was born in Manehatten. He grew up in a normal family, well mostly normal, his brother, Positive Charge, had Multiple personailty disorder and it got so bad that he went insane and killed his and Techno's father before fleeing. This effected Techno a lot. But he was able to mostly move on. It also helped that he met a mare who would later become his wife, Crowning Jewels, after looking for jewellery for his mother. Turns out Jewels sold jewellery and they started to hit it off.

After getting married they moved to Ponyvile and had a child, Gears. But this was not to last as my of Techno's inventions went out of control (if allowed technology then it will be three robots that he made that went rogue) and his house was burned down...With Jewels inside....the death of his wife hit him hard and over a period of 5 years he grieved. With the help of his friends though he started to live again and now he lives as a single father to Gears, living in a small white double story house.
