Seek medical attention immediately if something is wrong.

Acting rashly won't solve anything, and may do more harm than good to those around you.

There is not always a good solution to every problem.

Keeping a secret from those you trust will only lead to trouble.

Those whom have been born into wealth and privilege usually do not understand the daily struggles of the common folk. However, remember that just because someone is wealthy does not mean they don't have problems of their own.

Take it easy when you're ill. Be aware that your sickness can hurt those other than yourself.

If you jump to conclusions don't be too surprised if you turn out to be wrong.

Be willing to accept help from unlikely sources. They may need it more than you do.

The shock of accepting your past faults may be hard. But it must be done.
