Hello, Zephyr Spark here. I'm still alive and writing in case you're wondering. I have roughly nine chapters of my newest story "Scaled Heights" written. Right now, I'm just going through some edits of the first three chapters which I intend to post sometime soon. The story has been edited by "The Fan Without a Face" and stars Spike.
IN WHICH ONE YEAR HAS PASSED
Hi there. Weren't expecting to see me again, were you? Well, I wanted to let you know a couple of things. First, my next Burritoverse entry is ready to go but for formatting issues, and my latest comedy is almost complete -- I made some headway on it last night. Second, well, follow me past the jump for real talk.
Inb4 someone unfollows me. 
So, the last time I did this, I had around 100 followers. That was the start of July. In 4 months, we've managed to quadruple that number.
Fuckin' dope. 
A few months ago I was talking to Bookish Delight on Discord about the Equestria Girls series, and how time had revealed Rainbow Rocks to be something of a fluke. As to why Rainbow Rocks was so much better than the rest, and why it struck such a chord with me, Bookish pushed me to go into detail, so I did:
I kinda wanna continue the "Fluttershy Has A Phat Squishy Ass" series. It had three stories so far but I had planned at least two more from what I can remember.
This first one was about Fluttershy and her phat squishy ass.
And then a few days after the events of the first one, Spike gets on Twilight and then this happens.
1823 inbox... Where did the light inside go? Did it Burnout?... There is no light inside the hollow. The sun has gone entirely out as well, killed. By who? What? I have not seen. And now... as the darkness settles in... I crave a lullaby... so I beg the sun killer...
As promised yesterday, the next chapter of Passing Familiarity is now up! Also, as a note, if some of you would be so kind, I'd love to see more comments so I can get some feedback on how the story is going so far. Overall, I loved this season- very consistent (there was only one that I disliked and even then I liked some of the characters in that Dash teaching cheer squad episode. Dash just felt way too harsh in that one to me.) The finale was really good and they pulled an Avengers Endgame moment so the sheer amazingness of seeing like every character ever was nice in some brief callbacks.
got another one-shot in the making! also got 2 papers to write this weekend so not now, but soon it'll be finished.
basically it's about Spike coming back to Canterlot for whatever reason and visiting his old piano teacher, and the bond they share. it's still in the very rough stages and i'm not sure exactly what i want to say with this story, but i still want to write it.
and i got the perfect, jokey title for it already

While working on They Fight Crime, for reasons unbeknownst to mortals, I ended up coming up with full 'bios' (read: the blurbs printed on the back of the the action figure packaging, except slightly longer) for The Elements of Harmony, which, as you may remember, basically never appear in the story itself, just Pinkie showing up to do Pinkie things. Anyway someone said they'd like to see those bios so I thought I'd stuff them in a blog post here you go you're welcome I guess
It came to my attention a few months ago, but I wanted to point it out here before the second half of Season 6 started
Because when it does, Twilight will have been an Alicorn for longer than she's been a Unicorn, in terms of episodes. (In terms of time passed, she already has, and if you count the movies as episodes, she already has)
