Yep, that time of year again, and now I'm just one year away from becoming a legal adult. ...Honestly, don't feel any different at all really. Seriously, still feel like I'm nineteen, just like I still felt I was still eighteen last year.

Someone asked me for the recipe to those Bacon Beignets I almost murdered my family making, so, here it is.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons warm water
1 packet (2 ½ teaspoons) quick-rise yeast
¼ cup sugar
6 tablespoons buttermilk*
1 large egg
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled**

I spoke the other day about my sleep deprivation causing me to see movement where there wasn't any.

Tonight, I've upgraded to hearing things.

I'm staring at my ceiling, trying to get some sleep, when I hear what sounds like a little girl. I know that sounds cliche, but I swear to Christ, I heard a child outside my room. I couldn't make out what she said, something about her mom, I think.

Time to watch MST3K until 9 in the morning instead of sleeping.

Wrote a thing. Submitted said thing. To this very site, no less. Barring any unexpected transgressions on my part, it ought to popping up sometime soon-ish. When it does, go and read it if you want to. I'd obviously prefer that you did, but it's your choice. I won't mind if you don't. Not much, anyway.

"Unforgotten" has been rewritten from the ground up, sticking closely to the original plans for the story. At 3.2k words, it's the longest chapter I've ever written for any story.

The next chapter is yet to be rewritten, so the old, plot-twisted version will remain up in the meantime. ^_^

Plot-Twisted "Corrupted Twilight" chapters will be reposted under the upcoming story "Pony-Me: Rogue".

The chapter takes a rather large departure from the usual elements that the story follows, launching a new story arc based around the rediscovery of Lisa's past.

Keep in mind, I'm not trying to be a jerk for this...

But I'm one of those few people that, while I REALLY wish others the best of luck, it also REALLY annoys me when others like to share their hard times in life and some of it rarely makes any sense nearly on a daily basis.

For instance: I saw someone make a post about her parents planning to "kick her out of the house for 'no reason' while she's only 15-16 years old..." 😑
