IN WHICH I MUST APOLOGIZE

I've got a bad feeling about this...
So, seeing as there was a lot of interest in What's your problem?, I've decided to use the sequel as an opportunity to play out a few ideas that have been tumbling around in my mind ever since Twilight first introduced the exchange students.
The first chapter of my story for Jake the Army Guy's contest is up. Go check it out, especially since I don't write Discord super often! Or, if it's not your thing you can always wait for the last chapter of Distance Beyond Any Measure on Sunday.
Yoshikage Kira winds up in hell and, unsurprisingly, doesn't much care for it. With his new home totally incompatible with his preferred lifestyle, Kira is left with few options. But news of a hotel, one that redeems sinners, promises an alternative.
Hey there. Been a bit since I did one of these. Here's some music that might help fuel fantasy/Euro-centric stories. Some might be a bit new-agey with some africano beats, and one has some trippy horror elements sprinkled in, but hey... It's MY recommendations, and I like this stuff. Edit 2019: Dead links! Oh noooo... I added a new one to try to make up for some of the loss, but that still just leaves two...
I have a job now! While this is good because a) money b) money, it had cut somewhat into my previously near-unlimited potential writing time (I say potential because my muse is not nearly efficient enough to actually use that time effectively). The mysterious contest fic didn't get done, but it's going to be done sometime soon as a fully-fledged story. Complete with at least one sequel.
Gonna be a quick thing here:
I want to write.
I open a document.
I write one word.
I daydream the rest of the story.
I close the document for the night.
Hey I know I promised an update two weeks ago but this month has been really rough for me. I fell off my meds for a while and a lot of stuff piled up that I had to deal with that I just couldn't find a muse to keep writing until recently. I'm going to try and finish the next bit by the end of the month, and once that's done it should be easier to get back into the flow of our regularly scheduled programming.
Stay tuned.
Got to 3400 words for next chapter. Would have written more if my night didn't turn into a mess.
So I actually finally got around to doing it. I told myself I would, and I procrastinated. Took the better part of four hours to make and a sleepless night, but here it is.
My first ever audio recording of my work. Feel free to bash it if you think it sucks!
Okay. Bad news first: I haven’t started working on anything new. Like at all. Not a single word. The finale hasn’t even begun to get written yet, or any other story for that matter.
Sorry for such a later monthly post, but this month has been rather chaotic. Either way, I have plenty planned, from a new chapter and a new tidbit from Journey To Hearth's Warming. Not much new stuff outside of a new series I'm attempting on Reddit and Twitter. This new series will be covering writing in general; rather than stories I'm posting on there, problems I have in modern writing, covering world-building, character growth, and story direction; more details here,

Somehow, a friend thought I might find this both amusing and relevant.
Please note, though, that not all of the negative feedback I've ever received on a story was of this type. Not by far!
