At around ~8500 words, it's a brisk story that follows what happened to Pinkie Pie in the New Lunar Millennium.
This series was inspired by the Shining Armor is a Terrible Dad Competition.

Well, I feel it is that time where I do more reviews on the episodes that I have watched now that the fifth season is over and I have finally watched the season finale myself. Boy, has a lot happened since the last time I reviewed the episodes; and last time I was flipping my shit with the reveal of the crusaders getting their cutie marks. Hmmmmm. I don’t know what else to say. I’m deciding how to finish this story, but that involves a lot of writing and rewriting and deleting the rewrite and regretting deleting it because now I’m trying to remember what I wrote. Fun stuff.

It Isn't the Mane Thing About You is a strange case. Tonally, it feels like an episode from seasons 1 or 2, with a few modern era things thrown in. There's not much to say about it other than its mostly fine, save bad pacing.
