Or, Fantastic Creatures And How To Write Fanfic Of Them!
Hey, everyone!
So it's been since 2020 that I was last able to actually help co-host a contest. I've been a judge in a few since then, but for the most part I took a hiatus from the site. But now I'm back, and I thought to myself: What better way to come back than to host a fun competition? So that's exactly what I'm doing!
Hello. I know this is getting posted on the Hazardous Writing Materials and Challenges group as well, but since I'd like for as many people to give both the stories and the group a look, I'm posting the contest results on my personal blog as well. It was a fun contest, and the participants deserve to get looked at by strangers. Creepily.
It's down to this. The semi-finals elimination blog! We're getting closer and closer to the main event y'all! Before we get to that though, we need to get this elimination round over and done with! With that, let's get into the meat and potatoes here and see the results!
The first winner took his time, but deliviered perfectly. Proving the statement 'Save the Best For Last!' Let's here it for...
Hello, hello, hello Poniverse, Happy Holidays one and all! I do hope those of you celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend had a lovely holiday yesterday.
The artist of the Twilight's Dollhouse comic had a great idea of a contest we could do so that more people see the comic, or the story if they want to spoil the rest of the comic.
Hopefully that got your attention. Anyway, I have something of sorts to announce. If you like King Sombra, contests, Princess Luna, my writing, shipping, Lunbra, or anything remotely related to anything I just listed and why you're following me, please keep reading.
As my contest is wrapping up, another is just beginning. FamousLastWords is starting up a contest that has a really unique, dramatic premise for y'all to work with... and the first prize is $200! If you want to check it out or join, or know someone who might want to join then click here faget.
Do it because I said 'faget'. That's totally the magic word.
I was working on a writing experiment/try-thingy that turned out great! So I edited it and it comes to a total of almost 2,000 words. It's a rather interesting piece that is a departure from my normal style and some sort of weird character mind piece even deeper than what I normally write. I honestly don't even know if it is able to be understood by anyone but me or maybe that guy who wrote House of Leaves which I will one day read maybe I'm not sure. So, the point is do you want me to
The past month or so has been very busy, and I haven't really had the chance to do much. I've had many exams, and have been in a semi-depressive mood as of lately. And sleep deprived. But I've had multiple of you supporting me when I couldn't do it myself, and I thank you for that.
I simply have too much to do with setting up my house, unpacking, determining what else I need (new couch, for sure) and work. I doubt I’ll have time for two thousand plus daily.
However, I will have time for the odd 1,200 or so once in a while. Next week is my anniversary on the site, so while we wait for updates on Notes or Tabula Rasa, feel free to join in the Guest Writer invitation.
Hi everyone! The 2019 Sibling Incest Contest just got a whole lot more interesting! In an effort to get the most (high quality) submissions possible, we're offering a $25 reward just for participating!
