Anyone know a good way to turn the Moroccan city of Tangier into a horse pun? Getting an answer immediately would be nice.
Edit: I think I'll just go with Tailgier.
So...I'm still around...
And I'm working on the next update. I'll try to push for Tuesday or thereabouts. That's good.
But it gets better: this next chapter begins the finale! That's right, if I play my cards right and don't dawdle, I might just have this monumental bastard of a story complete by year's end!
I was writing up the last scene of the latest chapter...and my laptop shut down because of overheating. And it happened right as I was saving.
Can't restore it the way it was, meaning I just lost a page or so of work.
DAMN THIS INFERNAL MACHINE AND ITS INABILITY TO AVOID SETTING ITSELF ON FIRE.
So apparently, back when Lab Zero was toying with the idea for alternate "bad" endings for all the characters, Peacock was supposed to become the Skullgirl in hers. Here's some concept art to prove it:
The more I learn about Skullgirls, the more I love it.
I'm considering making this my new avatar. For everything.
So many authors I follow have been coming back from hiatus and started writing again.
...okay, okay, I'll stop stalling already.
It's just, I've got so much left to read. I mean, look at all these:
How can you say no to all that?
...I think I might have a problem, you guys. Help.
It's been a while since the last chapter of Turning Wheel, so let's dish news.
First, yes, I am working on the next chapter. The problem is that I'm currently on a deadline for a big school project, and I'm feeling the crunch lately. Much work, very involved. Wow. So if the pace of updates slows to a crawl, that's why.
Currently working on chapter seven. I thought I allowed that cliffhanger to stew long enough.
On an unrelated note, I joined the Humans In Equestria group, and have found my notifications blasted by updates on stories I could not care less about. I just want my story out there among other people. Why do I need to know when the latest Simpsons crossover has updated?
Eh, maybe that's not so bad. Is this just the downside to using groups for exposure, and I just have to live with it?
