(Fan Written) Sequel to He'll Never Leave Me

When Pinkie woke up, Gummy was gone. He'd been acting so strange lately- Heck, everybody had been acting strange... And now he's just disappeared without a trace.
Pinkie immediately goes on a mad search to find her lost pet, and in the process, might discover a truth she didn't want to face.

Gummy is the best pet in the world! He always listens to me, never moans or complains when I talk too much, and always comes along with me without any resistance. Sure, he isn't much of a talker, but he's a really swell listener. Every day I spend with him is super fantastic!

Yet, Mr. and Mrs. Cake always look sad every time I play with Gummy. Those sillies! Don't they know that Gummy couldn't hurt me even if he wanted to? He's all gums! Duh! Even my friends have been showing "concerns" about my relationship with Gummy.

I don't know why they're being such party poopers all of a sudden!

Equestria Daily took this thing in too. It be right over yonder

Pinkie Pie has seen Twilight frown and wander the edges of town, looking into the horizon. She knows what troubles her immortal friend. Her life is short after all, at least compared to that of an alicorn. It stings her heart to see a friend so sad.

So, she prepares a gift for Twilight. It might not be much, but a single memory might weather the road ahead.

This is that memory.

The glamorous unicorn Opalescence is haunted by bizarre recurring dreams of a world in which she and her friends are all animals. But as vivid as these dreams are, surely they're just dreams, right? There couldn't actually be a parallel universe somewhere where they're little more than pets ... right?

Toward the tail end of the wrap-up for Rainbow Dash's birth-iversary, Pinkie Pie is about ready to dive-bomb into bed and forget all about the day's emotional roller-coaster.

She finds Cheese Sandwich's rubber chicken friend amidst the clean-up chaos, and a tight hug unexpectedly forces Boneless to upchuck a tiny note ... addressed to her. It's not exactly the kind of note she'd expect from him.

Answer: Of course we could, We just have to tip toe around certain words and phrases. This is an example of such a fic. This is loosely based off of "Party of One."

Six pets hang out in Twilight's basement.

The Elements of Harmony have freed Princess Luna from the clutches of Nightmare Moon, and she could not be more grateful to their bearers. For her first Hearth’s Warming since her return, Luna wishes to give each bearer a gift in thanks. However, having not spent any more time in Ponyville, she knows very little about them, and thus has no ideas on what to give them. 

Having regained her power to dreamwalk, Luna decides to search for inspiration in the Element bearers’ dreams, but upon her first foray into the Dream Realm, she finds someone she never would have expected.

This story was one of the weirdest that I’ve ever written. It did not go as planned, but I suppose that’s to be expected when you put Pinkie in your story. Although, I’m not sure that you can actually call this a story. I just don’t know what went wrong.

Pinkie drops Gummy off with Twilight for the day while she leaves for Trotalot. Twilight agrees, not expecting much from the animal, but during her experiments, he speaks.

Shocked, she tries to convince Pinkie and her friends, but the little gator doesn't flinch, and it becomes harder and harder to not seem overworked...and perhaps a little bit crazy...a lot crazy.
