Well, well, I have arrived at our main villain, Indigo Frost. This is the main villain of Journey to Heartwarming and what better day to post this then on the Winter Solstice. Jump in and look at to see his story. Oh, and I know that I promised an art piece for this, but, the artist is not finished. I was hoping he would be done in time for me to show it off with this. Either way, I will be messaging him after posting this.

Name: Indigo Frost
Appearance: He is icy blue in color with sapphire colored eyes and a long flowing blonde mane. His body is very thin and bony yet muscular. His hands and feets have inch long sharp nails. (This part is the most important) His right arm’s fur color is pale white. His tail has no fur or skin on it at all, instead, it is just a long limb. (think of like how the xenomorph's tail from the alien movies looks, only no heavily bladed end. Just a spearhead on the end.)
Clothing: He wears a skull with tall two deer antlers and very long leathery cobalt cape covered in stitches with the edges covered in snow leopard fur. The underlining of the cloak in covered in long pure white feathers that have been combed down(think angel feathers). His cloak covers his shoulders yet they drape around his arms, leaving his arms and legs exposed. Think like how a king would wear his cloak. Under his cloak, he wears a business suit made from a black panther’s pelt over a green dress shirt with a cobalt tie. His sleeves have been cut short, so from his wrist to his elbow are completely exposed. Finally, he wears a pair of green leathery high water pants. He wears no gloves or shoes.
Weapons: His claws and tail.
Personality: He is very brutal in the most sense yet he has a strange sense of generosity and kindness in his voice. He care greatly for the ideals that he has set for himself and the world. He believes that everypony is monstrous deep down and they have to accept it before they can truly be good. And to show this he refuses to hide his emotions. He can turn from suave and sophisticated to brutal and barbaric on a dime. He has deemed that all will accept the monster within them or die by his hands. However, he does have value in his kills, wearing them like a trophy and slowly feasting on their flesh with a calm and smooth demener.
Origins:: He was once a peaceful being that ruled his empire for longer than any other of his kind. His empire of wendigoes prospered for many millennia in the lands between the Crystal Empire and Everfree Forest. However, like most kings, he wanted to have more than he could have. He left his kingdom on his own in search of new lands to call his own. Though he had no idea what he would find out there, or how that which he found would react to him. Heading to the far east he met with another civilization.
This civilization was the sirens. The leader of the sirens, King Crisis Blue was strong and blunt king. When the two kings first met, things were set on edge at the start. The sirens saw Indigo Frost as some sort of monster. Crisis Blue refused to hear anything ‘this beast’ was going to say. Seeing that Crisis Blue was ignoring him filled Indigo Frost with anger. He lashed out at the siren. Crisis Blue retaliated and war broke out between the two species.
Months passed and Crisis’s wife, Sarende wanted this war to stop. She didn’t see Indigo as a beast. She left her kingdom is secret to try and talk to Indigo. Yet he wouldn’t relent and neither would her husband. Sarende visited with Indigo as much as she could to try what she could to end this fighting. However, the darkest was to come.
Two dark events sealed the fate of the war. Crisis found out about his wife visits to the enemy and became furious. He attacked the capital of the wendigoes and killed everypony inside. This event crushed Indigo breaking him down completely.
Sarende approached Indigo, trying to calm his sorrow. Instead, in a fit of rage, he turned and attacked. Beating and then finally raping her. Sarende left the kingdom and Indigo to never return.
Crisis was filled with more rage upon hearing of this. He led another attack on Indigo’s castle, burning it to the ground. This didn’t stop Indigo. Alone Indigo ready for one final move. He charged across the water and attack the castle that the wounded Sarende was in. Crisis knew of the attack readying his best soldiers inside of it.
The final battle of the war was held in that castle. Many soldiers died and in the end, it came to Crisis setting the castle ablaze with him, his near-dead wife and Indigo inside. All three of them burned away as the castle crumbled.
Everypony thought Indigo was dead. With him gone, the wendigoes scattered. Any remaining things that were left in the now abandon wendigo’s kingdom were taken up by other kingdoms. Years passed and the lands have forgotten the pain of those events.
However, now five thousand of years after the supposed death of Indigo Frost a mysterious being claiming to be Indigo Frost has launched several attacks on kingdoms across the land. The royal leaders of the time have been forced to call upon their best warrior, Rex Moba to take him down.
Quote: When everything is covered in cold and frostbite, and world wracks like a wild beast, I will have vengeance upon all and their meat will rot in my teeth.

A very interesting and VERY terrifying creature you have created my friend. I certainly look forward to seeing more of him (Hopefully nowhere near me) in the coming future. Certainly is a character to be wary of.
Well, considering this story will be dealing with the events of Heartwarming, I really couldn't stop at just a really interesting villain. Especially with the fact that the wendigoes are currently the darkest creatures in the actual canon of the show. I really had to try my best to create the best kind of king that suited the species he would be representing so well.
So I pulled on everything around the wendigoes especially real-world mythologies on them. They are cannibals that embrace the monster side, so that became his motivation. He wants everypony to give into the monster inside. And if his plan succeeds he will get what he desires, a world filled with monsters.
