Looking for a little advice · 12:41am Jan 22nd, 2014
Remember that guy you started following for some reason? Yup, I'm still alive - and I need a little advice.
I have a few story ideas that are bothering me lately. Three to be exact. I think they all have potential, but the thing is, I think they may work well together too.
Idea #1: [adventure] It took a while, but Discord has won the trust and friendship of Ponyville. Lately he has made life much more interesting for the ponies, and they look forward to his next trick. But Discord is not the only ancient spirit, and they want his cruelty back. When they free him from the shackles of kindness he's pissed. But not at the ponies. Not at Celestia or Fluttershy. He's pissed at those who "helped" him; the ones who took away his happiness. And Equestria is stuck in the middle of a war between chaos incarnate and primordial forces of destruction.
Idea #2: [adventure] The Tree of Harmony is powerful, but it draws it's power from other, more primal, forces. Although it was through the filter of harmony, the mane 6 have touched these forces. And once such a connection is made, it is not so easily severed. Our heroines must struggle with the loyalty and treachery of air, the honesty and deceit of earth, the kindness and cruelty of life, the generosity and jealousy of ego, the joy and terror of id, and the chaos of magic unbound. To make matters worse, ancient evils have patiently been waiting; and for the first time in years beyond measure neither chaos nor harmony have champions.
Idea #3: [romance] Spike's growing, and Twilight's researching. The advice of the diarchs, along with her own observations of her assistant, lead Twilight to believe that Spike's aggressive instincts will make it impossible for him to stay in pony society soon after he reaches adolescence. Twilight has a plan though. If Spike gives over control to someone else, they could help him stay in control; allowing him to stay as long as he wants. The problem is that soon he will be to powerful for any but the most violent of chains. So while he is young she offers him a choice, and a collar. [inspired by Inuyasha]I have not decided on who the romantic interest would be - It could be anyone really...
So my problem... I'm pretty sure I can combine any two of these stories comfortably, but I'm worried that all three would be too much.
Thoughts?

P.S. If anyone likes these ideas, go ahead and use them.
Yeah, I see a good crossover. You use the first two in the most obvious way, and then inuyasha the great and powerful violent nature of Spike to kick some ass, and go with Rarity because you know she likes archery.
