    I was walking to where you get taught some of your first shouts in Skyrim...

    I didn't know I could have taken a cart there at the time. I encounter a Khajiit thief. He tells me to give him money ( It was ridiculous because he looked to be about level 3 or something). I respond with 'I don't have time for this' and my first attack beheads him. I had stood there for like ten minutes contemplating that Khajiit.
