Eh, Pinkie sick doesn't exactly do the feeling justice-a more fitting representative image would be a combination of Sad Fluttershy and Pinkie violently throwing up a year's supply of chocolate.

I lost count of the number of times I saw 'HEIL HITLER,' as well as how many ponies I saw with swastika cutie marks. And, for me at least, it just wasn't a Pony Town session without coming across someone who was trying their utmost to create a swastika in the grass.

It was a little thing that let people create pixel ponies and hang out in a large open area.
From what I've been told, the project was scrapped because some people were generally being dicks.

I found out about this game a few days ago on one of Epic V's youtube videos. The 'game' has potential....but not much else so far. It's more like a chat room with pixelated Pones than anything else. Then again, maybe that was the entire idea. I'm Polite Knight the unicorn. My hat is snazzy!

Then it shouldn't have been for public online use, (had a banning system), or else should have had less sensitive people on the team. That's to be expected (unfortunately) when dealing with ANY online community regardless of what project you're doing. At least 8% of the people who show up do it purely to be an irritant in one form or another to everyone else. Whether it's Star Trek, MLP, anime in general, hentai-related, real-world-culture related, or even only freaking Sesame Street, some people are only happy when someone else is miserable.
