Excuse my ignorance, it is that from my point of view, the transformation process is extremely fast and Chrysalis shows almost no emotion or fear because of all this, it is true that circumstances demand it if she wants to survive and has been subjected to a lot of stress but even so if it seems that he does not care to totally change his being.

It was implied that it was only going to be some sort of coating that would allow her to survive there so it would have been expected for her to panic at being transformed instead at least a little bit.
This is a much better solution though as what good would a coating have done? I mean AFAICT there isn't any other organic life so they would likely not have food or water on hand and then she's a changeling so depending on interpretation she may have not even needed anything other than emotion but could even feed on robot emotions?
Making her a robot too presumably avoids all of that mess.
Wait.... What about the dragons? They've got immunity to heat so this wouldn't actually bother them are they robots too?...I mean I'm pretty sure they still have to have water and from the sounds of it it wouldn't be in liquid form during the day.

Twilight's specialty is comforting ponies; Element of Empathy. That is why Chrysalis didn't panic, because Twilight always instinctively knows what to say and how to respond, to the point, it is almost manipulative. That is why Starlight said, "don't argue with her she always gets her way."
And as for the dragons, you've already answered that: No organic life, no food. No water. Bothered by heat or not, they are quite dead. Now for a part, you may not have realized: they refused the transmutation, as dragons are immune to magical attacks or spells. It wouldn't have helped anyway, or at least they felt so, and so they went until they starved.
It's a fascinating development. I'm looking forward to the explanation for the others. Perhaps starlight then also has the chance to sleep better when her "daughter" is with her, just as the others have it with their sisters

That has been confirmed, The Rainbow they have now is not the one of their Universe as Stated by Dash herself in the previous chapter.
Thought about how it comes across, and added a bit of clarity:
“Sorry about that darling, I was just a bit surprised, that’s all.”
Her voice dropped to a slightly bitter whisper. Shortly after the Smooze became one with Chrysalis, it used her magic to raise those it absorbed, bones and all. Rainbow Dash, or at least the one of their world, had gone down protecting her friends. She had also been the first to be reanimated by the Smooze.
“So, you saw Dash, huh? How’s that mare doing?”

and from what i read: I gonna Believe now this realm is like the one Chrysalis left, with the exception, that everything went into flames. And the Elements are one pretty soon. Gilda said she saw Dash. Dash was thinking in the last chapter she is the last survivor as well. So i guess she came in this world like Chrysalis did. I wounder if this is a coincidence or id someone has his Hoofs in on that

It really is quite fascinating. And it all began with one principle, that eventually led to the concept of nuclear fusion and fission: You can't gain without losing something of equal value. Sorry if this sounded lecture-based. In all honesty, I did a ton of research to work this plot hook into the story and though FMA made a very visual representation of this concept, I am not trying to copy that idea, though the anime did a fine job of holding its concepts true to the actual magick. I really hope you'll stick around for my version of this law of Alchemy.

The story of how Chrysi became "good" (I do believe I came up with a realistic redemption idea) and what the Chrysalis of this world was like before it all and a new character, fans of the show know maybe a bit too well, will be mentioned as well. I don't buy it
The price doesn't seem to be in any way proportional to what was delivered, it took their talents, their emotions, ect and the lives of 13,659,472,021 others only to lock 50 into a personalized hell of (partially) their own design.
They don't want chrysalis walking around camp in her normal form but as we find out in this chapter it doesn't really matter because the overlord (evil chryssi) isn't dangerous anymore anyway and is trapped there like them but implied to still be a pony as it's stated she gained her immortality through a necromantic ritual.
Presumably evil cryssi is living alone away from everyone as I don't recall mention that any of her followers survived so she's lost everything, deservedly so but more so than any of the others as she doesn't even have anyone to talk to outside of when they go to kill her. One would think that would be maddening but somehow she's just bored.
Why not take chryssi to meet chryssi? Should be interesting hearing why she thought killing the only two beings capable of keeping the planet livable was a good idea.
Wait... New chrissi isn't subject to the curse is she? So if she's destroyed she dies permanently right? I wouldn't think a spell so expensive that it required all other life on the planet for 50 would just allow an extra person to be added at no additional charge.
I don't see any way for conditions to improve. It looks like their only option is leaving but are they able? They seem to have tried everything else and I can't see any reason why they wouldn't have already abandoned the burning hell world if they could.
A portal got chryssi into this mess and it looks like it's the only way out too. Well barring time travel but that seems even less likely.

You are on the right track, but Overlord, isn't a pony and you misread how the ritual affected her as it affected the dead only. However, time will tell and I'm sorry if you are looking for a way out...it won't be so simple as a portal that is if there even is a way out. This story isn't over, also just to be clear the first ritual left behind 50, the second one preserved them. As to why Twilight didn't mention that, it's simply because she and Starlight were going to discuss it together with Chrysi. And I agree Overlord would be facing madness, that is if she was actually truly alone. Unfortunately, she isn't, much to hers and her company's chagrin. And neither can do anything about it. the meeting will happen, but it will be slow and methodical. The reason ponies would freak seeing regular Chrysalis is because she doesn't exist, her looks, her form, none of it has existed since the smooze merged with her. These thoughts are out of order, sorry, but I wrote them as I considered your words and came up with ways to explain the scenario.
This next chapter involves pinkie, chrysi, and flurry heart (Yes, the daughter of Cadance and Chrysalis).
Have you ever thought how a fractal out of trainwrecks in action would look like? When you looking on any part of the scene and see another one happening within. Reading this story feels like observing that and you haven't even slightest idea how you even got there. You get more and more of the "What?!" moments piled up in your brain and and yet you physically can't avert your eyes from the bizarre view. Really amazing kind of bizarre, though. Keep it up.

The entire comment from earlier was retconned, simply because of how I write my stories. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the tale being told and try to understand, this is a grimdark. It's like a german fairytale, you'll find no happy endings here; neutral at best, but there is no happily-ever-after in Equestria to be seen. Because this isn't Equestria; this is Exoquestria. And that makes a world of difference as to what exists...and much like Spike in this tale, what doesn't.
