Hello, everyone!
Firstly, let me just say thank you to all of you who’ve taken the time to read the first couple of chapters of “My Next Life as a Pony.”
I really appreciate all of the favorites and follows, and I love reading through all your comments, reactions and predictions of the story.
Some have asked if the story is already completed; the answer is no. I write and edit a chapter per week. I’m currently still writing chapter 3, but I’m making good progress. I try to keep my word count around 4,000 to make it worth the wait. In terms of how long the story will go for, I’m not sure on that yet. It started out as simple idea when I first started brainstorming, but in writing the first few chapters I’m slowly realizing it’s building up more and more. I’d like to finish in around 100,000 words, but don’t hold me to that. 
Anyway, this is really just an appearance post for everyone who’s shown support so far. If you have any questions or need clarification on any of the content so far feel free to leave a comment on this post or on the chapter. Thank you all!
I am very glad you will keep this going! I’m already a big fan of your linguistic details that are not often used in other works. It’s exciting to read world building designs like that. (…suppose that means I’m a nerd…) That’s almost as challenging as imagining and depicting an alien culture / history.

I’m glad you enjoy the language aspect of the story as that’s one of my favorite parts to write about. I understand that it can make for dull reading for some and the pacing may suffer as a result sometimes, but I still enjoy adding tid-bits of Equish here and there. I think it adds to this sense of being a foreigner in a strange place. I definitely plan to add more world-building (not just linguistics) as I go along, hopefully having it make sense with pre-established lore too.
I absolutely love your work and it is the most I've been invested in a work in a LONG WHILE. I can not wait to see what you do, for what ever it is ill be reading.

I don't have much to say here that's too different from the comments I've left already on the story itself, but I'll bullet point some things.
I appreciate the tentative schedule release and word count, gives me an idea of what to expect.
Knowing you plan it to be around 25 chapters (100k words) has me feeling like the story itself will be quite different than a typical HiE as it sounds like you won't be rehashing the story but instead have a definitive goal. This makes me excited for what's to come. Of course I could be wrong and I wouldn't be upset if you did do that, so long as the writing is good I'd be satisfied.
The language thing is an absolute gem, and I hope to see it throughout the story.
As far as clarification or questions about the story, I'd prefer the story to answer. Nothing else seems to be niggling at me to talk about and I'd rather not ask for what could be potential spoilers for things to come.
Looking forward to more of the story, keep up the excellent work.

Yes, I do hope to do something a little different compared to other stories that have covered this type of HIE setting. I have a good grasp on how I want to finish it off, particularly the last scenes. Now it’s just filling out the journey to that point.
