Well, that's different, but yes, whatever did happen to swamp fever in G5? I could see something like that happening to Argyll as an alternate to him having just died. This does belong on FimFiction, it's a fan made alternate universe explanation to what might have happened.

Indeed. A handful of things don't make sense, such as who added the subtitles (which appear to be diagetic as they appear during the climax), but otherwise it's a well made short horror film. I'll definitely be drawing on it this Nightmare Night.
