Fortunately, with her friends by her side to help her journey back to the Equestria she loved, Twilight's reign as ruler will help the world heal.

Cadance and Shining's world comes to a screeching halt when they are visited by a specter from their past.

Turns out Trixie Lulamoon isn't as great and powerful as she says. After the loss of her only friend, Starlight Glimmer, Trixie returns to her caravan. She recalls the death of her mother, and loss of everypony she has cared about. Perhaps her life is a lost cause?

On a night of deep calm, where silence reigned without conversations or barks to disturb the peace, an unexpected encounter between two nocturnal beings would weave a destiny that would plunge Equestria into its darkest night in the future.

Apple Bloom has no memories of her parents. But that's okay, it's not like Applejack and Big McIntosh knew them that much either.
One day, though, Granny finds an old album, with all the photos of their parents. And Apple Bloom notices something.

Inspired by The Hand That Takes from TJ Pones. I got other ideas on the same theme as well, but this one was the first one that really interested me.
