I think I'm going to have to completely rewrite Disillusion.
It's . . . well, to say I screwed up is an understatement. I'm looking at what I wrote aaaaaand, it doesn't match what I wanted at all. Like not even close. Soooo, I'm going back to the drawing board. There will be much more squinting this time around.
Yeah . . . that's "fun."
I think the problem became that I didn't take into account how carried away I was getting with my headcanon and I lost track of the essence of the story. It ended up being not even close to how I envisioned it. Stupid donkey getting too serious again. In any case, this time I will be taking my time to write out a storyboard first and THEN go on to actually writing the story. Hopefully with these adjustments it'll be less . . . awful.
Oh, at least there's a silver lining. Cosmic Acorn is doing the cover for Regarding Draconequus now! She's the one who did Disillusion's cover. It's going to be awesome, so at least you'll have pretty art to look forward to. He, he. Yeah . . . kind of a poor consolation prize.

3676161 Well, I have a crap ton of random stuff. Don't have any Disillusion yet. X3 Got to fix it first.
For some reason, this makes me giggle, probably because it happens to me all the time. The fact I've had five hours of sleep since Friday might also factor into that.
Regardless, I am curious what your original vision was and eagerly await the return.

3676865 I'm reusing very little, though I am able to reuse the flashbacks which helps. There's a lot I have to fix.
