I actually tried to find the fic just now so to provide a link, but sadly no dice, and I don't seem to have it in my faves, so...
If anybody else knows of the fic I'm talking about and can provide a link to it, please do. Sadly, I don't recall its exact title anymore.
But anyway, it was actually a comedy--the author's way of acknowledging all of the "x is a changeling" fics that were all the rage at the time and taking the idea to the most logical/humorous conclusion. From what I remember (been a little bit), Celestia was mostly just confused that apparently she had been ruling unaware over a whole nation of nothing but changelings this whole time...and became even more so after Luna was revealed to be a changeling too.

Don't worry about that much, this is my first story, that date is when I first try to upload it, I waited like a week and it wasn't approve, so I remove and didn't decide to try again until now, I'm to try to keep up with the updates, now that I see that I got some people interested in this story. Hopefully I can come up with a nice update schedule, it all depends on my writing mood.

Thats how I feel about the fic where Celestia and Chrysalis get trapped in Silent Hill. Last I saw it, Celestia was injured and unconscious and Chrysalis went out to figure out what was going on. I can't find it.

Nope. It was a straight up comedy fic (in fact, it might've had a random tag too) and a oneshot, and well-predated the introduction of Ocellus, or Thorax and the changeling reformation for that matter. Might even predate Starlight Glimmer, for that matter, but not 100% on that.
I want to say the fic was posted on the site some time around 2013 to 2014, but I have no clue at present if I'm remembering that correctly. It's word count couldn't have been much greater than 5,000 words, tops, and that's probably a high estimate on my part.
It had cover art, but I don't recall it clearly enough to give many details, other than it had a lot of green and an overall changeling theme. I'd probably recognize it if I saw it, though.
As already noted, at the time it was posted, "x is a changeling" fics were extremely common, so much so there was usually at least one that was trending on the site or close to it most days. The fic was sort of poking fun at that trend.
It was probably rated everyone, as I can't recall any details that might merit any higher ratings, but at the same time, I can't rule out a teen rating either.
It was also a popular fic at the time it was posted, though it's been long enough now that it's probably since been forgotten by many.
I'd thought it was titled something along the lines of "everyone is a changeling" but apparently not, as that didn't pull up the right fic when I searched for it, and using any part of that as key words didn't turn it up either.
Other than the plot details I already gave, that's really all I can recall of the fic off hand. I would need to re-read it to recall more, but first I'd have to find it.
Aside from some grammar mistakes, this is great. I'll be following and look forward to more.

This story desperately needs for a native English speaker to edit it. The jokes may work without all of the incorrect verb conjugations and misplaced adverbs.

then there is a one shot of a similar idea whos name i forget, it shows a changeling rarity who looks like she had been covered in white paint and it was driping off her for the cover, almost like runing mascera
then theres 'queen rarity' by damaged, which is an EQG story but rarity ends up a pony changeling via transformation magic shinanigans soooo i count it

It was funny for me untill Celestia broke down. Then it was sad. Then it was funny again, but I can't stop thinking about poor Celestia.
As a result... I had a VERY DUMB thought about an alternate ending where Twilight's suggestion about a third faction forming... kinda comes true. Actually it just becomes one. Why would they follow those 2 morons when they could all follow Celestia. Those 2 took everything from Celestia, i think it would be hilariously ironic if the changelings chose Celestia over them because Celestia is better. Things were good before these 2 showed up, why go to (a very confusing) war when you could just... continue on.

Wow what a turn of event so Hondo and cookie found a changeling egg outside and live with the ponies and whoever that unknown changeling is must got her out because she doesn't want her to be there but later years looks like faith have a different plan for Rarity the Canterlot Wedding she's preparing the dress for Princess Cadence the song that Rarity was humming spark a memory of Princess Cadence and finding out that she is the Lost Princess of the changelings so she dropped the disguise and Queen Chrysalis in front of Rarity feeling overwhelmed She fainted so apparently Queen Chrysalis cancel the attack and get Rarity out of here and surprisingly releasing the real princess cadence so I wonder what they're going to do with Rarity I guess we'll find out next time

While it looks like things really turn an eventful one so rarity is in the hive now and unfortunately she doesn't know where she is or how she going to get back what it looks like she's going to be there for a while. while her friends doesn't know what's happening a changeling named Vixen took the form of Rarity to fool the other ponies until the queen said so and whatever the plan is but anyway Queen Chrysalis does look like she cares for her daughter but I don't know she still something else and I don't trust her and I wonder if thorax and pharynx will make their appearances soon but anyway this is very interesting and I wonder how she's going to live like this guess we'll find out next time
