the struggle is real! it seems so reductive to think of the person that Rarity is as a "creature" or "the animal", but of course that would be the first thought to come to mind. yet in Greek mythology, in so many mythologies, the line between animal and deity and human are all blurred in their own way, anthropomorphism running both ways. and i had to look up the sparrows bit, very nice.
