I'm Not Dead: Life Update · 2:09am Apr 29th, 2021
Hello all my beloved fans, fellow bronies, or anyone who just randomly happened upon this post! I know it's been quite a while since my last update of anything and I apologize for that. I've been busy with life lately.
I recently tried to go back to college to pursue my second Assosciate's Degree, this time in industrial maintenance, but I backed out when I found out the program was mostly self-taught (which is a load of balogna considering the prices they charge). With that, I've decided to double down on my original plan to pursue a career using the degree I already have in robotics and automation but breaking into the field is difficult to do.
I have no experience yet, and almost all the positions I find call for prior experience but I can't get that if no one will hire me but no one will hire me because I have no experience! I can get out from between this rock and hard place by either securing an apprenticeship or using a recruiter. I've had more luck with the latter and hope to be getting a career off the ground soon.
I realize I haven't posted an update for A Do-Over since December, and I apologize for that. I've been working on other projects, especially The Spark of Something New. I've been working on both, and I hope to have an update out to you sooner rather than later.
This went on for way longer than I thought it would
