Pinkie receives a mysterious package and discovers a DVD. She calls her friends over to watch it. They then have very poor responses to it.
Basically, what happens if the Rainbooms watch Anon-A-Miss as a movie.
(I'm just doing the post-watching movie)
Honestly, can't really like this story. This feels more like a author mouthpiece than anything else, and the Rainbooms and Discord are your mouthpieces here so... No, just no.
I found this story very nice. In a sense, the words the girls say about Anon-a-Miss events are more or less the same as I thought when I saw this special Christmas. In short, are we talking about a show where feelings of friendship and trust are valued and you make me a special so bad? I can understand the rest of the school if she does not believe in Sunset, but it seems like idiots without brains (because in my opinion this has reduced them) it seems really stupid. Anyway, back to the story, I congratulate you, you have been very good and you have made ridiculing "Anon-A-Miss" right from the protagonists showing the weaknesses of the special Christmas. Very good.
Best typo ever. Anyways, this reminds me of a scene from another fic where Mysterious Mare-Do-Well turns out to be a fictional story written by the CMC in an attempt to get their cutie marks and one of their friends reviews it. Honestly though, this was definitely your weakest Anon-A-Miss fic and felt just like a mouth piece and a Discord gag or two. Still, there were a few chuckles in there.

Well, I did just write it in an hour. It was just something that popped in there.
This is great. Never really cared for the Disney ending they gave comic mainly. Fantastic way to point out its flaws
What a waste of a thousand words.
They were explicitly stated to have gotten 6 months of detention.
Well I found this more enjoyable than reading ANOTHER anon-a-miss story about how horrible the main 6 were and then having sunset tell them off, so good job.
...and in the end, even in a AU where AaM never happened, the Rainbooms even agree that AaM is a cesspool of plotholes and OOC-ness. Good to see a breath of fresh air that isn't filled with misguided hatred. Good show man, good show.
I've always wondered how the EG characters would react to the Anon-A-Miss Issue, and it came true with this story.
Maybe you could've added Flash Sentry complaining about not being included in it or the Crusaders saying something like "Sis, I love you but SERIOUSLY I need my own space. I'm not a child anymore."
Nice job!
I love this story. This perfectly mirrors most of my thoughts towards the comic.
Only I would have finished it with all six quoting Linkara by yelling:
"THIS COMIC SUCKS!"
...but he upset another Fluttershy. ...
It'd be funny if someone sent this to Ted Anderson.
This story states what we ALL thought when reading the comic. Well done!
Best quote I've ever read from a fanfic

I Agree, I Think It Would Make More Sense If The Story Pass On Before Rainbow Rocks, But No, It Happens Later
If only that happened in Forgotten Friendship but nope.
Kinda like some scenes from Forgotten Friendship IMO.
I can agree with that.

Forgotten Friendship did NOT have the same problem

Imo it did.

Well, I can imagine it would be hard to trust someone who you can only remember as a bully
I don’t see why everyone is so upset about Anon-A-Miss. the only problem I had with it was the motive.
