Some... Thoughts. · 4:17pm May 13th, 2021

This is your only warning.
If you do not want to catch a glimpse of the inner workings of a mind that is constantly teetering on the edge of madness attempting to bring light unto itself.

Leave. Now.

What makes a man a man?
Is it the way they are born?
Is it the way they are raised?
Or is it something more?
Something... Mental?

Do thoughts from the active mind truly mean an individual lives?
Or is it just a ruse to ensure you never question your true place in life?

Cyrus Colter: Wind it back · 2:55am Jan 31st, 2021

This is the story that is the subject and inspiration for this blog post.

2 years never seems like a long time.
And yet 2 years ago today, my biggest worry was what i was going to do with myself.
Now, it seems in a world that is going the way of the Fallout franchise at a rate just under the speed of sound the routine is all that keeps me sane.

My favorite authors. · 7:28pm Jan 19th, 2021

For me, this is a topic as diverse as the stories and writing styles of the authors themselves.

I am a man who tends to shift his preference with near predictable regularity.
So to hear me have a favorite anything is an indicator that you have earned a steadfast place in my ever-shifting mind.

I do not have a single favorite author as the stories I read do not stay within a single niche.
I have read stories from across the border of my tolerance.

Now to the actual review.

The Addams Family · 5:27am Nov 26th, 2020

This blog post is inspired by the story from the Universal Librarian, The Addams Family Sirens

I recently realized that no matter what happens, their relationship with one another will always be the same as it ever was. One big happy family.
Full of freaks and weirdos, but they all love each other.
And what's more, they are generous beyond their own understanding.

My Story Preferences · 10:04pm Nov 22nd, 2020

Hello, everyone.
This blog post is for a rather subjective topic.
What I enjoy in a story.
This is a relatively simple thing for me.

If a story has a clear plot, good backstory and reasons for events within, is easy to follow, and leaves a lasting impression, then you have my interest.

If I see very little grammar/spelling/punctuation errors, I will continue reading.

If there are events I don't like in an otherwise good story, I either forget about them or skim over them entirely.

What October and Halloween mean for me. · 1:46pm Oct 2nd, 2020

For me, Halloween has always been that one time of year i could really feel as one with the wolves I truly feel a real life connection with.
October as a whole is my favorite time of year because of my fascination (more like obsession predating My Little Pony) with werewolves, lycanthropes, loup garou, whatever you call them.
I am talking about the creatures whom are able shift from man to beast as well as a form betwixt the two.
