Since this episode didn't get leaked early, I'm just gonna state some findings instead of screencaps and whatnot.
WARNING, THERE BE SPOILERS AHEAD, MATEYS!
1) Pinkie confirms ponies are in fact made of taffy.
2) As soon as I saw the pony with the green mane at the train station, I thought to myself: How hilarious would it be if they spent the whole episode showing some random pony around town, and left the real judge or whatever at the train station. Called it. Reminds me of a Reno 911 episode with a similar premise, where the pick up a crazy homeless guy at the airport instead of the ambassador of NZ or something.
2.5) Loved RD's logic. Flutters: Uhm, should we introduce ourselves? Or ask her name?
RD: Fuck that! You see that flower luggage! Lets go!
3) Rarity! Step your stylist game up!
4) Rainbow's and Flutters hoof thing was adorable! Ah!

6) Rando pony has an odd fear of crystal domes for some reason...
7) Pinkie confirmed for insane.
8) Twily. That name fills me with... unpleasant feels. Also, longest hat bill ever. I guess horns are sensitive to sunlight?

10) Mustang from Mustangia? Seriously? Are those different kinds of ponies, or...?
11) Twilight's repeated hoof extension before the commercial break will be exploited, I can see the gifs now. Nazi Twilight inbound.
12) And now we've realized our mistake. I don't care how heavily you promote it, Hub, I'm not watching dog adventures.
13) Rarity gives Cadence wingboners. I don't hate it.
14) Yes Dash. Develop your character. DEVELOP IT!
15) Holy shit if they said Phillydelphia won it again I seriously would have lol'd.
16) Aaaand we're back. Interesting way to do kind of a 2 part episode.

I keep seeing the same reaction, and I don't understand why it was so surprising that this episode and the last episode were tied together like they were. I thought it was pretty obvious from the mane 6's appearances in Just For Sidekicks that that was what was going on.
Anyway, great episode!
810741 Could be an uncle or something like that, they didn't explicitly call him out as any specific relative after all. Dad is the most likely answer, of course, but I think it's open to interpretation for now.
Princess Cadence has lost almost all of my respect. She never explained why Spike wasn't invited to the kingdom that HE saved. She has earned the title of Worst Princess from me now. That was seriously not cool of you Princess Cadence, not cool at all.
810758 She wasn't really more than a prop this episode. I kind of wish they'd let her develop, but who knows why they don't. Maybe her VA's contract is only for a few lines, who knows?
It was an average episode overall, nothing really stood out or surprised me though.

810772 I've always found it odd that Celestia kind of just annexed the Crystal empire and then gave it to Cadence to rule. It's like "Yeah, I guess we own the crystal empire now. I'm tired of Cadence being in my castle... screw it, I think I'll just send her there."

Yeah, I don't remember the entire part at the train station, but I CALLED it myself as well, lol! Used to somewhat watch Reno 911 a few years ago (back when only had basic TV channels and was on late at night), but don't think I remember seeing any episode like that, if even paid attention much (I was more interested in the opening theme

Yeah, I wondered WHY they didn't just make sure it was the right pony sooner, but I guess that was for 'OMG, SUSPENSE UNTIL REALIZE THEY GOT THE WRONG PONY AND POORLY TREATED THE RIGHT ONE'.

I think I missed this part as well... like when I missed at first couple times in other half, Cheerilee and Big Mac walking during one scene. Also, hope not insinuating something, since I love SA and Cadence as a couple, even if do support other shippings with either of them, after they got married.
I also liked when Cadence managed to calm Twilight down at first, for a good method compared to in somepony else's story where she has problems doing that. And that didn't see Rarity be as selfish or whatever as has most of this season in some of her less-reputable moments, or fawning over the Crystal Ponies again (though confused on why anyone not naturally from there didn't have Crystal coats either, but guess it has to do with when the magic was first activated). Anyway, now onto the finale and the Princess coronation episode!

I dunno, I think this episode seems to influence the belief that SA and Cadence now live in the Crystal Empire. Plus, dunno if you've seen the commercial that's been airing all morning more or less. That disapproves one theory that quite a few people are assuming about how Twilight gets to be a Princess, thanks to the spell she casts in first place.
It's either claustrophobia or agoraphobia, depending on how it manifests itself. From the show, I'm assuming claustrophobia, and a rather strong case of it, too.
The mustang pony was claustrophobic, or something like that. I could tell the second time she looked up at the ceiling.
It seems the internet has yet to make a Twilight Nazi Salute gif yet. This is probably a good thing, but now I want to see what it would look like...
That calming stress relief thing would have been really, really useful earlier in the series.
