How do I enable text to speech?

Clicking on a paragraph in a chapter will bring up the paragraph options menu. On this menu, clicking the read button will begin text to speech. The buttons on the bottom of the screen let you pause and stop the reading at will. This feature is currently fairly experimental and does not work on all devices. If your device does not support text to speech, the button will not display.
