I just love writing characters a lot. From heroes, to anti-heroes, to supporting characters, etc. But if there's one thing I'd love to write more, it's the villains and anti-villains. Whether big or small, serious or goofy, sympathetic or monstrous, villains are one of my breads and butters in terms of character writing. As the title asks, is it bad to write sympathetic antagonists, especially nowadays? I'm not saying that because of my OC or anything like that. I'm saying that because people mostly seem to be drawn to antagonists/villains who are just malevolent forces, large hams, and/or those who might be evil just to be evil than those who are more tragic and/or sympathetic who are more realistic and believable for the most part, based on what I've seen, heard, and/or read. The only thing I had against later EQG Moments is that the villains were no longer competent and did evil for petty reasons instead of doing evil things just for the sake of evil or intent that could bring about the end of the world, like Midnight Sparkle once tried.

Well, in some aspects, this was kind of overdue, there were definitely villains I didn't like or just didn't care for prior to Season 7. I suppose it just never occurred to me to make such a list until now. And a fair bit of warning, there's gonna be some unpopular opinions on this list, perhaps moreso than any other list I've done since Season 7 ended! So with that in mind, I ask that
