At long, long last, 10 months later, The Veins Run Deeper is complete!

I can rest easy knowing it is done, and what ever errors I've made, I'll work out tomorrow when my headache is gone.

I don't know what happened to me yesterday, but I really could not stop writing the latest chapter of Deeper. Yesterday morning the chapter sat just over 2,000 words, and from about noon to 9 PM (took a break around 4 and continued at about 6 or 7), and I managed to crank out 6,000+ words in yesterday alone to finish the chapter.

Man, six more chapters until the end of The Veins Run Deeper. Time really has flown. Had I not taken that hiatus back in November, the story would probably be finished by now, but I needed that time to work on other things.

Because we've reached the climax basically, there will be a short break, maybe a week, before I start chapter 30. Til then, I'll probably work on Millennia or A Sailor's Notes.

Just a note for readers, after chapter 29 of Deeper is released, I plan to take a small break in preparation for the big climax. These three chapters will take much longer to write to ensure they are absolutely perfect, on top of them likely being longer than average chapter length, so be weary and bear with me over these next few weeks.

Millennia: Eye of the Storm is back on temporary hiatus. Main focus right now is going to be The Veins Run Deeper, because there are only twelve chapters left and I'm hoping to have it finished by either next month or March. I'll return to Millennia soon, so no worries.

If the story were some sort of animated episodic series going by the chapters, then this tune would be played during the credits of "Cold Mourning" to foreshadow the upcoming third climax. Get ready everybody.

I am quite honestly convinced the chapter I'm currently working on in The Veins Run Deeper (chapter 14) will be the most dramatic chapter I have ever written when it is finished (this may change in the future come more chapters and other stories).

I'm hoping to make it as action-packed and heart-tugging/racing as possible though, so do forgive me.

Good news is, I'm finally caught up on editing.

More good news is, chapter 7 will be out by the end of this week! It'll be another long chapter and should be quite action-packed once more, introducing EVEN MORE CHARACTERS!!

Even though today is July 3rd, I will be absent to spend time with family at a 4th of July party my aunt is having. Tomorrow I believe I will be busy as well. Tuesday is when I should be available again, which means hopefully I can finish chapter 6 by the end of this week or beginning of next week. Considering I don't see it becoming nearly as long as recent chapters, that shouldn't be too hard to pull off.

So I went and finished off chapter 5 of The Veins Run Deeper. I got really bored and spent much of the afternoon writing it. Only issue is now I'm going to have someone preread it for me to ensure I didn't screw up one of the characters' dialogue and personality and stuff. So, I might wait to publish tomorrow or Thursday. Sorry all!
