I no longer have the drive to, nor the plans for updating this story anymore. The last I ever even considered updating the story was at the beginning of Summer Break, but back then, up until now, I just haven't seen any more enjoyment in writing chapters specifically for that story.

I don’t really see any motivation to continue writing it, and while it was fun to write in the beginning, lately it’s been feeling more and more like a chore to push updates. Currently, the story’s on a semi-permanent hiatus, but I’m planning on publishing a sequel to “I Think I Summoned a Ponk.” to replace the fic as my regularly updated comedy.

With my current progress on the latest unpublished chapter, Twilight's showing signs of teetering on the edge of insanity.

Should she recover and allow the story to go on as usual?

Or should she snap and throw Gen. 1 into complete chaos?

It's just a bit hard to write certain parts without blatantly ripping off the original episodes.

Episode 2 directly continues off where Episode 1 ended, with the witches (I still don't remember their names) getting punished for failing to get rid of the Flutter-ponies. Instead, their mother, after consulting a collection of family portraits, sends them off to meet with a colony of anthropomorphic bees, of whom quickly agree to help them destroy Flutter Valley, in return for the unstone, which has properties similar to the Crystal Heart in terms of climate management.

I'll try to get at least two chapters up per week, since I've also got a story commission I'm working on, and some stories to edit.

Well then. I now know that Gen-1 is pretty much just little girls' fantasies and marketing acts balled up into a mildly cringy 10-minute episode.

Also, Twilight Finds Herself in Gen. 1 is pretty much my 20,000 view gift to y'all. Stay awesome.
