Due to growing up under Chrysalis' rule, Thorax has never experienced the pony celebrations. After deciding to go to Canterlot to pick up some books on celebrations, he runs into Moon Dancer. The unicorn helping him pick some books out to read. Later, during the Summer Sun Celebration, the two run into each other again.

A vast expanse, often covered in snow, freezing for most of the year, and what little life there is often hides away from the weather where it can. How did Thorax survive that? A changeling, battered and weak, with the closest source of sapient love far, far away, is usually a dead changeling, and the tundra is very unforgiving.

Note: The prologue is filled with scientific jargon. It should be readable to most, though it might not be the easiest to go through, so I have a summary in the author's note at the bottom just in case. Later parts have narration more befitting Thorax.

After a long and trying journey to reformation, and then the trials that came with forming a kingdom from the ground up, a peace has fallen amidst the Hive. The changelings are finally living in harmony with most of the world, and they're content knowing their Royal family is watching over them. But when a forgotten enemy begins to rise to the forefront, fear follows in their wake. With their protectors in disarray, the changelings are afraid. And for once, Thorax, Apex, and the rest of their family don't know how to help. To find their way out of this, it looks as though they'll need a true miracle.

Or perhaps, just a bit of luck.

Love is one of the most powerful forms of magic there is. It's also one of the most dangerous, and Sunburst may have lost track of some love poison he had lying around. This could only go well, of course.

Queen Chrysalis took everyone and Starlight felt that she needed more help, but Discord has other ideas by bringing in 4 Penguins little did Starlight, Trixie and Thorax knew that these are not “JUST ANY regular Penguins,” BUT The Penguins of Madagascar.

Ps takes place During Mlp episode To Where and Back Again Season 6 and just before The Penguins of Madagascar Movie begins.

He’s an ordinary background pony like everypony else. A blank flank that resides in a small nameless town where it lightly snows near Luna Bay—a mysterious magical phenomenon and mundane environment with a bleak, wintry grey ambiance.

Remember his parents. Although doting, they would never endorse a young pony with such a dream.

This story is a sequel to A Date to Remember

Following the success of their first date, the relationship between Sandbar and Ocellus continues to grow over this series of short stories.

As Starlight and Trixie both enlist the help of Thorax to save both the Mane 6, the Princesses, and before Discord had forced himself into the group to help, Starlight is struck with the thought of enlisting the help of some other friends who could also be of use to this rescue mission. Spanning the reaches of time and space to save her friends from Queen Chrysalis’s hoodwinking of a crime, turning to similar yet different friends along the way.

Even though Mirror Magic had happened way after this initial event, it doesn't necessarily mean that Twilight had shared her story of another world to Starlight before the events of the end of Season 6. So, they'd be starting off as complete strangers and would make sense to have a more mutual meeting in Mirror Magic as well. There is one continuity hiccup where as to place the Main 7 into the timeline of events, either giving them their geodes or not. It doesn't really make a difference other than a potential story split. One where they have the geodes and one without, the without timeline could just lead back into the natural timeline, but the one with the geodes could have a more in depth diverging timeline if it's the case.

Queen Chrysalis, against her better judgement, accepted Starlight's offer of redemption after her hive, and her plans, exploded around her. Now, the next day, she wants nothing more than to go on with her miserable life. Her children have other plans.

This takes place in the same universe as my alicorn Starlight story The Tiniest Changes, but can be read on its own perfectly comprehensibly.

I'm marking this as incomplete, because I suspect I will revisit it when I'm in the mood to write Chrysalis, but the first chapter was written, and functions, as a standalone story.

I was transported to Equestria a few months ago by form of cultists trying to invade Equestria who gave me the power to summon any kind of military weapon, equipment, and vehicle. I proceeded to shoot em all up and now I live here, In a moderate house in Canterlot. It was nice, instead for the lack of any form of modern technology around and THE CONSTANT SINGING OF THE LOCAL POPULIS! I can barely get a good nights sleep without the singing of some guy who hooked up with his fiancé, or getting his dream job or some shit like that. And It just gets worse with everyone else on the street joining in! So I vowed to go on a killing spree if I hear any more noise outside my bedroom window. Now, what's all this about a changeling invasion?
