However just before the Friendship Summit in Griffonstone and the Daring Do Convention, the Griffon Ambassador writes to demand the return of the looted Griffon's Goblet. This is followed by a variety of letters from Griffonstone and elsewhere.

Twilight meets a filly she feels bears a strong resemblance to herself. Impassioned arguing ensues.

Quibble Pants just wasn't cut out for fatherhood. But now his relationship with Clear Sky is getting serious, he really hopes he can hit it off with her daughter Wind Sprint. But it's much more complicated than just a game of buckball.

This is a alternating POV story featuring Quibble Pants and Wind Sprint.

Somewhat related to the events in the episode Common Ground, but you don't have to have watched the episode to understand what's going on. Minimal spoilers.

At the Daring Do convention, Rainbow Dash makes a new friend named Quibble Pants. Both eager to meet a fellow die-hard, they spend the day doing various activities together, looking at and buying merchandise, and geeking out over their favorite heroine.

However, a playful jump in the rock pit leads them on an unexpected detour.

Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle are true, fire-forged friends. The strength of their bond has been tested by villains, adventures, and the little frictions of day-to-life.

There is, however, one bitter point of contention between them - an argument that is never put to rest no matter how many times it is rehashed.

Twilight thinks it is really, completely weird that Rainbow writes steamy self-insert fanfictions between herself and her personal idol Daring Do.

Rainbow thinks it is really, completely normal and Twilight is just being a prude (and needs to stop bugging her about egghead things like commas and verb tenses).

Hearth's Warming is a wonderful time of year for most ponies. Getting together, singing, eating traditional foods, seeing old friends… and family.

But when that family is broken, or trying to heal, sometimes things can be a little harder.

Scootaloo never needed an alarm clock, because her dad always wakes her up on time. Normally every now and then he get distracted by work and she be late. This time when he doesn't call her down it's not because he has his nose stuck in the future best selling book of Equestria it's because he's sick and in bed.

Quibble Has had a hard week and now is bed redden and sick. While he's thankful his daughter's not sick, and is looking after him. He wishes she'd just go to school, and quit worrying.
