How strong do you think Opaline was in her Prime?
Because supposedly in G5 she is "weak" since there is almost no magic, or well, not as much as there was in G4 and obviously being a magical being this weakens her. As she happens with other villains like Chrysalis or Tirek, when they lose her magic they lose a lot of power.
I would put her above Chrysalis, Tempest, Starlight (before reforming) and I would even dare to say King Sombra, if we take into account that supposedly this Opaline with the power of dragons was able to stand up to one of the Twilight's most OP of all.
Although she is still very far from monsters like Lord Tirek, the Pony of Shadows or the Discord
