This story is a sequel to Octavia Melody Rejects A Burrito
After what feels like five years, Sonata Dusk finally feels like she has the means, financially and psychologically, to buy Sunset Shimmer a burrito as penance for the one she stole. But before she can do that, she discovers living in the nexus isn't always pleasant.

stop it, the title makes me hungry...
plus burritos are my favorite.
So is Orangeglow after Sunset or seeking post grave revenge on Aria?
Heh. A nice coda to the series. I hope you still write some MLP (Equestria Girls or otherwise) occasionally.
"What’s beyond the impassible mountains to the north, east, and south?"
Wait, what? Isn't there anything on the internet or in the library on the subject? [1] I sort of assumed the Equestria girls world was essentially our Earth only Doug-colored, but it's it's in fact Weird Secondary World with Alien Geography?
[1] And how would the mountains be impassable if they have mostly modern technology? Have they no planes? No rockets?
"approached Farthing, an tall"
Small typo here.
Farthing's dialogue with Sonata feels a little forced, like you're setting up a scene rather than having them genuinely speak.
Cute. I forgot about most of this.
Overall the dialogue feels like I'm being given information rather than shown, and I can't quite place why that is. It's not bad though, I like the worldbuilding.
This paragraph's a little complex and confusing but I think I got the gist of it.
Pretty good description.
"like walking through soup" is my favorite descriptor here. The cicadas stuff is my second favorite.
This almost made me laugh. It must be so confusing to Sunset. Also the conversation between Sonata and Sunset felt much more natural. Still awkward, but in a good, natural way.
Overall the chapter was really good! A nice end. :)
I am one of those... melodramatic fools...
And so we come to a sweet coda for an unconventional series! I'm glad for the brief brush with the bigger multiverse that's shown here, and that friendship seems to win in the end.
A shame this storyline must end. It was a enjoyable one. I had really hoped for Rarity and Subset to get together. For Sonata and her sisters to reunite.
All good things must come to an end, it seems.
