A small instrumental piece I created while playing around with a program called MuseScore. It allows you to write sheet music and then synthesizes the music from it.
Saved in OGG-Vorbis format/compression.
Yeah, MuseScore's a great program. Pretty flexible too in the amount of formats it supports and all that.
Also, I thought that the General User GS soundfont was pretty useful. He provides a pretty good example too.
Don't use it anymore though, as I'm still not completely satisfied with making music that way, or how any soundfont sounds. Too bad I have the worst gear ever and thus can't record anything decent. I'd still use MuseScore to keep time and/or provide extra touches since I don't own 50 instruments.
