This is why no one likes PC Richard&Son

My laptop screen is nothing short of demolished. I have no idea how it happened, but I am pissed off. Dell charges a lot for repairs, and they take a while.

But I don't blame myself... I BLAME PC RICHARD AND SON!!!!!!!

Last month, I went there to prepare for this kind of thing. I asked if they had screen protectors, they said no. I asked if they had otter cases or other protective cases, they said no. What the hell? For an electronics store, they ain't ensuring any of that reliability that they advertise.
