Oh no, what have I started? Emboldened by my first acquisition, I approached another Macca's (love the Aussie version!) with the intent of directly purchasing ponies! Without hesitation, I inquired about making such a transaction without also ingesting a happy meal. Upon receiving an answer in the affirmative, I greedily demanded to buy ALL the ponies! The reply was lacking in ridicule, which was unexpected to say the least. It was, however, frought with the promise of disappointment to come: "We don't have that many left, and we haven't stared carrying them all yet."
"Oh. Well which ones do you have?" I asked, bracing myself for the worst.
"Ummm, we have the yellow one, a kinda purple one, and a white one."
Thinking quickly, I used all my powers of deduction and logic. The yellow one is obviously Fluttershy, and the purple one must be Twilight! Already possessing a certain white mare in glasses, I shied away from the white choice. This was going much better than I had even hoped! I gave my choices to my unwitting accomplice, and sped away from thw scene, lest I be caught out. Having reached my destination, my enthusiasm could no longer be safely contained! I ripped open the nondescript bag, noting that it was the perfect vessel to hide my shame.
Aha! "There's the expected Fluttershy", I tell myself. Congratulations are merited for such an astute guess. What comes from the bag next is not only a surprise, but also a boon; welcome and unexpected. Princess Luna herself greets me, with a demeanor that allows me to brook no more shame. I am suddenly at peace with what I have become. I am a man, grown and cynical, and yet also a child, giddy with an almost unfathomable happiness. Today was a good day! 
Wow, sorry! This tried to go from blog to a shitfic in a hurry! I see mixed tenses and many other mistakes. If I keep writing long posts such as this, I'm going to need to start looking for an editor or something. I don't care really much care, however!
