GMBlackjack may have one of the lowest follower to word count ratios on the site, but darn if they don't keep plugging away and making fascinating, engrossing stories. Perhaps the most notable is Songs of the Spheres, a tale of the founding of an Equestrian multiversal civilization that incorporates so many IPs, AUs, and OCs, it makes Infinity War look about as ambitious as a PB&J.

I mention it because a certain cross-eyed multiversal wanderer found her way into a minor role in the most recent chapter. (The human, not the pony.) I won't lie, reading this story is already a massive undertaking, and it's not even half-done. But if you ask me, it's worth the effort, and Ditzy being in it for a bit is the smallest of the attractions it offers.

I wish I was remotely cultured enough to enjoy megacrossovers. Ambitious stories like that can be a lot of fun, but the vast majority of the inclusions or references would probably go way over my head.

As a fellow high words:followers writer, keep at it, GMBlackjack!

Jeez oh mighty those chapter word counts!
I can think of only one other story with chapters so hefty, Harmony Theory. Hasnt been updated in like nine months sadly. And I need to read the last ten chapters, I was current with it at the time.
And I added a fair amount of GMBlckJAck's works to my read later list, which is already out of claw as it is.
There is not enough time and to many words to eat.

They do a great job of describing elements for the uninitiated. In some cases, what I thought were original settings that were being created before my eyes were actually crossovers with more obscure series.

There is not enough time and to many words to eat.

Far too true.

:pinkiegasp: Well I certainly wasn't expecting this!

Not complaining though, the more publicity the better. Seriously, thanks, sometimes I'm sitting here clacking away at my keyboard and wonder why I'm shunting hours of every day I live into this thing. :twilightblush: Just, thanks.

Though seriously you didn't have to do this, it was just a reference. ...set of references.

Thanks, I plan on keeping at it! Hrm... need to finish Austreoh before reading yours, and given how slow I read compared to my writing... It's in the bookshelf, don't you worry.

Also, I try to explain everything so people who have no ide- and Fome already answered that. Welp. This is what I get for thinking out my comments too deeply.

So is this somehow related to that image you posted a while back?
It feels related.

Between wanting to get you more attention and wanting to thank you for Ditzy's inclusion, it seemed like the least I could do.

Yes, but not in the sense I had in mind when I posted that blog. Still, can't deny the connection.

Into the RIL abyss it goes.
