So yeah, this critter (which I have a vague inklining as to who it is) sounds pretty apocalyptic. That life draining ability is probably its nastiest power, as it makes even getting close to it in melee a serious problem, and melee is most kaiju's primary attack method. Honestly evacuation of a planet is probably the best choice here, because you'd need planet busting levels of power to really threaten a creature like this, unless its got a weakness somewhere that can be exploited.
