2018 - best. year. ever. · 2:56pm Jul 28th, 2018
Something I wanted to write about: 2018's been a really good year so far. Seriously, there's at least a dozen good stories that cropped up this year.

Hello there!
I've been looking over my past blogs, and noticing a trend: personal blogs got more attention than the ones stating "I've published a story; go read it for me!" This can't be a coincidence. No, not with over a hundred blogs.
Perhaps I should be a little more "personal" with you all. Getting a glimpse into one's daily life might enable you to understand them a little more, maybe even connect to them. I imagine that's where friendships start.
In other words, a recount of stuff that happened. And was fun.
Also, less fun to read than Aragon's but hey. That's life.
There is the concept of the After-Con Depression.
Essentially, it means exactly what it says on the can: You had a bunch of fun for three-to-four days, now reality sweeps in and takes that happiness away.
I'm not depressed.
Now that E3 has come and gone, what games caught your eye? Here's a list of games that caught mine:
Now for the rambling about random thoughts about the recent pony con. Copy-pasted from my main blog. Random length paragraphs with no pictures or overall organization. Reader beware.
Long story short: I should have done several things different and kinda disappointed about things, but I made the weekend better for a lot of people so calling it an overall win.
I'm going. It took months of saving and some cars not exploding in my direction, but I did it. I'll be in Baltimore from July 26th to July 30th.
So, yeah. I'll see you there, or if not, I'll take plenty of pictures.
Hi all! For those of you who do not know, I'm the Vice-Chair of BronyCon 2018! If you've been to BronyCon in years past, you may well know Quills & Sofas is kind of the general Fimfiction hangout area!
In previous years it's been relatively quiet on the 'Things to do' end - there's usually big sheets of paper on the table to doodle on, maybe a couple other things, but that's about it!
We're just over three weeks out from the biggest event in the gaming industry, and as we get closer, I've been thinking about what to expect from this year's show.
Sony
Sony has come out and said that they are focusing four titles; Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima, Spider-Man, and The Last of Us Part II.
I've heard of two of those, and care about one. The Last of Us is still one of the best games I've played in the past decade.

Well, I'm definitely not getting any other 2018 games this year, and I'm ready to rank the top five that I did buy. Here we go!
5. Spyro Reignited Trilogy
Last night was awfully slow to spin up socially, but Saturday seems to be heating up, with a lot of folks arriving for the day or an overnight. Xepher is trying to corral the fanfic crowd into a laid-back author gather tonight in a hotel room. It’s a closed door party (not on the party floor so we have to obey quiet hours rules), but basically if you know either one of us well enough to be reading this announcement, come join in and socialize with your fellow FimFic peeps!
I’ll do a longer blog post later (probably), but I just wanted to share this with y’all:
Edit: Figured out how to put a picture from Twitter in the blog post.
(Hopefully it shows up for everyone
Ah, the final day of my first convention, and it was the most chill. Not even going in chronological order here, but given I decided to skip out on the unveiling of the winner of the Iron Author contest—I basically just decided to sleep late—I spent some time just playing some games in the electronics room, mostly Rock Band. I bounced from there and went down to catch Ashleigh Ball's autograph, as well as Ryan Beil's (Zephyr Breeze) and Richard Newman's (who aside from voicing Cranky Doodle,
Hey gang! I just wanted to inform you guys that I will once again be participating in this year's National Pony Writing Month, and will be going back and forth between working on Case 3 and my NaPo entry. Expect to see some hiatus during NaPo, but I will still be working on Case 3 as much as I can during November. Hopefully, I'll have it done by the start of December at least.
Once again, thank you all for your patience and understanding, and I hope to see you all soon!
Hello all, I am nerve-cited about this being my first blog post on this site.
Anyway, I tried uploading one of my stories but for some reason, there was some kind of error in my submission, and I am fairly certain I filled out all the relevant information, if anyone who sees this post has any suggestions or ideas about what went wrong or how I go about submitting something, feel free to pm me and I'd be happy to chat.
Bronycon is a week away and I'm a little short on funds, anything helps and I'm willing to commission stories in exchange for bits.
Donations always welcome via Paypal.
Anything helps
$5 per 1K words; anything you want. If I can't do it, I'll let you know. But good luck finding something I can't write.

Well, today was a lot more manageable. I ended up needing to stream today's episode this morning, which wasn't that bad. I then kind of dragged out the morning before I actually went downstairs and had breakfast around 11...
