A Moment With Doctor Wolf. It's a series of YouTube animatics featuring The titular character, a sentient wolf who lives in Ponyville and works as a psychiatrist. They're really well done.
Spitfire never made mistakes; all those horrible things were acts of willful maliciousness. And she's most certainly not sorry for any of them. Spitfire belongs behind bars for assault and malicious conduct.
This was interesting, but it seemed to end too quickly. Also know that this is silly to ask, but why 'Soren' instead of 'Soarin'?
IIRC it was a pun of Soren and soaring, but some writers here seem to prefer the real name over the pun. I was curious if it was due to different translations of the show or just general preference.

Now the choices made by lightning were her own but at the same time she was the team leader which meant she was supposed to be there to keep the recruits in line so that they don't do stupid things. She didn't even notice the slight injury that dash took because lightning valued speed over anything else including safety.

I agree lighting may chose to the stupid path and personally she needs to be replaced with someone more responsible and the dragon thing did they even have a plan because it looked like they thought charging a dragon was the best idea which of course didn't work.
