I knew exactly what the tone was going to be when I thought of the name. I liked this one a lot. I think it did pretty well for not getting featured.
Both stories for May are written and just need proofread. I'm very excited for both of them!
Go read An Ordinary Story, by Steady Gaze | Moondancer is best pony! | Bio updates daily!
This story was a speed write from a few months back. Finally finished it up and got it posted. I think it turned out good.
I'm liking this two story a month release schedule. It's going good, and I feel like I can handle it so far. My next story is written and just needs to be proofread.
Thanks for reading!
Before I start the code overview, I wanted to say thanks to everypony who commented on or read the story. It was really fun to work on with PseudoBob Delightus, we both really appreciate the response the story has gotten.
I should also explain what happened, in case you weren't there for the event.
As you might have noticed, my bio on my profile has started changing each day. This is because I've written code to automatically recommend other author's stories. The stories are not ones I have picked, but the author themselves. I simply asked for their most proud work and their best pony.
I have wanted to do this for a long time, to try to promote others where I can. I hope you give their stories a read!
I had fun writing this story, a nice refresher after Cardboard Casket.
The plush in the cover is mine, I've had her since 2013.
And yes, I do strap her in a seatbelt when she comes with me.
I have several stories in the works, and I'm doing a collaborative story with PseudoBob Delightus for April Fools, so stay tuned for that!
Thanks for reading, and stay safe!
This story was my first attempt at writing with detail, I think it turned out well.
Thank you to all the wonderful ponies who proofread and pre-read it!
My next story has been written since before Cardboard Casket was released, it just needs to be proofread.
Going to try to get it released this Sunday, but if not, it will be out next Sunday.
Thanks for reading!
This is the second story from the 100 followers giveaway, for PseudoBob Delightus.
I really like how the story turned out.
When I selected it as one of the winners, I had no idea how to write it.
I ended up rewriting the start after talking to Bob, who helped a lot with feedback.
I am surprised by how well it did, caught me off guard, but I am grateful for its success.
Creative Freedom is out! I hope you enjoyed it.
This one was personal to me. Being creative can be hard, and dealing with unmatched expectations can really drain your motivation.
I'm excited to start on my next story, it should be for one of the 100 followers giveaway winners. I also plan to release a few blog posts in between about a couple of topics I'd love to discuss.
Stay safe.
This is the first story from the 100 followers giveaway, for Hyper Star.
I really like this story, and I loved writing it.
I think I've learned a lot from it and can't wait to release my next one.
I want to release my next story in January.
Happy Hearth's Warming!
See you next year!
