Okay, time for some more story art! 
This time, I have art for Through the Looking Glass and Into Wonderland, the sequel to Tales of an Equestrian Battle Mage.
Through the Looking Glass is the tale of Sunset and Aiko Adobaizā, Kitsune Equestrian Battle Mage and Sunset's beloved Battle Sister. On escaping through the portal, the elder god Baal Zebub tries to destroy them to thwart Harmony's plans, then failing that, forces them to regress, intending to regress them into oblivion. He fails at that as well, the girls falling through a tear near the portal exit instead of through the portal itself, leaving them with no knowledge of how to get back, and with the minds and bodies, if not the intellects, of six year old girls and tossed back in time. They definitely have their work cut out for them. Baal Zebub also tried to regress their minds, but their magics protected them from most of the ill effects of that, though much of their memories from before are now missing or corrupted. 
Anyways, these are their adventures. Enjoy! 
Of course, starting out with our heroines, Sunset and Aiko.
And of course, one of the first people to try to help them, Fae Walker.
Fortunately, Fae has a new job now, and a better wardrobe. 
And who can forget the pair that took them in, Father John (yeah it's an old photo, lol).
And his assistant, Sister Mary Magdalen.
Do those two have a story to tell. But likely most of you are not old enough to hear it. 
Thanks to the bag of bits and gems Sunset scooped up before running, they are able to afford a nice apartment, so they don't have to live at the mission all the time. Though the do spend as much time there as they can, because they love Father John and Sister Mary very much.
And they found another friend! A sister from another Mister... Shimmer!
They enrolled at Canterlot Girls Academy to join their sister Shimmer, and already had their first day of school.
And made a new friend! Another sister for their circle of friends. Meet Orange!
Of course, can have the first day of school without meeting your new teacher!
Meet a very fresh faced, right out of Crystal Prep and straight into the teaching program, now doing her internship at the school where she started...Cadance Mi Amore Cadenza, or Miss Cadenza to her even fresher faced students. 
I can tell it's going to be a fun year. And they haven't even met Orange's cousin yet, Miss Pie.
So cute!
Can't wait to see more.
By reading the tiny little synopiss expaining the photos, I get the sense that this story is straying further and further from EqG show canon. To be fair, having it as a crossover with railgun was also leaping off a high diving board, but now I get the sense that the story is unrecognizable from its base components. More like a child of a child of a child. This is a few generations down and has taken a life of it's own. While not likely to be attractive to fans of the original show (EgG), it has become it's own original story.
But again, this is just an impression, and I'm not complaining either. Original stories can be grand. In any case, this one is clearly begging to come out. Life and worlds evolve and this one is picking up speed. Gaining more momentum. The writer probably feels like the writer is racing up to try to catch a train that has already left the station, and the only way to get on is to race along side of it fast enough to make it safer to leap on while the train is not only in mid motion, but still picking up speed. Eventually it will keep going faster than a human can run with our current level of awareness.

A fair point..
There is canon, and there is *canon*. I hew to the canon story points.
The events, characters, participants remain the same, and the fallout is the same (mostly - clearly my interpretation of AnonaMess was a bit more violent).
But, I try to put actual, believable back story to the entire franchise, and tie it all together in a way I find believable, perhaps charming, intriguing, and completely in character, if the characters were actual people, individuals with their own motivations and dreams, not just caricatures or cutouts as happens too often in the show.
My dreams and visions might not be for everyone. I am sorry if they are not. But.. they are mine, I am happy to share them, and I hope that others will enjoy them as much as I have and am.
