Hey everyone! Gonna keep this one kinda brief, but figured I should give an update since it's been a little while since I've posted anything. The new project is moving along fine, and I don't foresee any issue meeting the July deadline, but things have definitely been thrown askew due to some life things.
To make a long story short, I had a big personal event happen at the end of last month, and as soon as I'd picked myself up from that, I immediately became incredibly ill. Last month was not my month, and this month doesn't look to be much better for me. Just a string of real shit luck I'm afraid. I don't mean to throw myself a pity party, though. As much as dealing with all of this has sucked, I have many more reasons to be happy right now. Just lots of interruptions I could have done without.
In a few days (optimistically), I'll hopefully have more info about the new project, but some things need to finalize before I can give out much info on it. Since it's been more of a wait than I intended though, I'll go ahead and say the title of the new story is indeed the same as the working title:
TECHNOMAGICOMMUNION
(Technomagicommunion)

In the comments of my last post, I mentioned there are three cutie marks in this picture. One of them is obvious, but the other two are both obfuscated—one much more than the other. The story centers around three characters in particular: Twilight (SciTwi specifically), Starlight (though not the one you're familiar with), and Sunset (the traces of yellow behind Twilight's mark [because of course I'm going to write about Sunset lol]), but the rest of the girls will be there and have their own roles in the story. The only other detail I'm gonna let slip for now is that this story takes place just a little while after the girls have graduated from high school.
Beyond that, you'll have to speculate. 
Anyway, I'll try to tell you more sooner rather than later. Life's still a bit hectic so bear with me! Thanks for reading 
Sorry to hear things haven't been the best for you lately, I was in a bit of a similar situation regarding my life before my Boston trip, which is just about done. Still, glad to hear some more news on this project of yours. Can't wait to see when it's ready next month, and just hearing that it'll involve Sci Twi, Starlight, and Sunset, is making me hyped. And for some reason Goosebumps? Idk why, but it might be because in one of the last stories I wrote on fimfiction last year, I had a lot of moments dedicated to the three girls specially. And in my final story, I made too before retiring as a fimfiction writer. Nevertheless, I hope things will get better for you, and good luck with the project!
