Hey all. Just gonna pop in real quick to tell you about one of my personal projects that I’ve been working on for a bit. That’s right, today’s flavor of story is a short one with the Dazzlings called Full Course
This idea really only exists because of the image. If you read it, you’d know I basically reenact the pose she’s in on the cover. I just really liked the image and thought I’d show some love to what people consider to be the worst dazzling.
I feel like I haven’t seen much dazzling love as of late. I’m sure I’m just not looking that hard, but it’s been a while since I spotted a Dazzling story in the feature box or what have you. I know there are a lot of things to write about (God only knows how many characters I think are interesting, but never write) but it’d be nice to see something with basically my favorite characters in it. That’s the other reason I wrote this, btw. To spread some love.
Anyway, I’ll start working on a larger personal project next. Maybe something with Pinkie, maybe something with Fleur. We’ll see when I get around to it next.

To write something as good as "Full Course" simply using the inspiration from a single (admittedly very enrapturing) image...
It's very impressive.
It was a good story, and I have a soft spot for stories where the Dazzlings are good to one another in their own way while also managing to be sufficiently challenging to one another.
It's a sort of secret sweetness in character without losing the sharpness in spirit of who and what they are.
Each Dazzling was convincingly herself, and it's always interesting seeing a glimpse of what life might be like for them post-movie.
And that's to say nothing of the hawtness of this particular glimpse!
