Signal Boost: Albi and Post-Accident Recovery

To slightly expand that summary, Albi was moving cities (and getting into a new job) then got into a car accident. Since his salary only comes by at the end of the month and the rental truck Albi was in was not returned in time due to repairs, there are rental fees on top of bills and other fees that have accrued during their recovery... so any help is much appreciated on Albi's end.
