So, today I was messing around with mods and I kinda laughed for a whole minute at this:

Consciences for my favourite class, the Pyro! So, that being said, and pony pony modding, if there is any cool, loving, artists who works with SFM and or modding of ponies, if you can take my OC Graze and like... make two miny hims?
I'd actually pay, depending on the pricing range... if you know any that'd like to take up this project for this stallion

I think the guy eho, made the my little pony mod for skyrim, might be able to help you
You could just open the vtf texture of lyra from mod, recolour it in gimp and repack it back into a mod. Bam, no need to change models or anything, just change filename to the accessory you want to replace.

EDIT: also, you should be able to make horn transparent if you wanted.
