Lore:
Her name is Rosemary Cosmic Light, but she rather likes being called Rosalie or Rose.

She is an Cosmic like entity who was born the same time both Harmony and Chaos (yes, the concept.) existed, she who is the one who balances both of them.

Rose was born as a Concept of Balance with an already physical form, what you see in the drawing is what she looks like when she was born.

She's a mischievous but nice spirit with no purpose, and is trying to find one.

She stumbled herself into Equestria, it was like the place was made for her, so she decided to stay much longer there, more than the other times she stayed on the other multiverse.

And... That's about it! The paper hasn't added more info about 'em, so we'll just find out when the story is published!

Harmony and Chaos, she held in sway,
A paradox untouched, in twilight's fray.

Through vibrant lands, she wandered free,
Seeking her place, her destiny.
Beneath the stars, her essence gleamed,
A cosmic rose, her purpose yet to be redeemed.
